I am not best at tech sigs...infact this is my first try for a tech sig! What I think personally that i have done a fair job.

Well as far as MP3 players are concerned I think Apple will continue to rule the market with thier IPOD'S the reason is that most people are familier with it and know that it is one of the most established product.No company can beat Apple by just launching any normal MP3 player and a software with it...they will have to come up with something unusual and better to compete with Apple atleast in this section.

Hey Happy Diwali Everyone! I know most of you must not be knowing about it...It is one of the biggest festival in INDIA and almost everyone celebrates it. It looks nice...but it would have been nice if you would have made the background of the color related to the render's color...due to which the render gets blended properly...also I notice that the render is not blended properly.As truefusion menitoned that the text needs lot of work and the render could have been bigger.....i always used to think when i started making the sigs that i should bring the whole render in the sig....dont even try that ^_^Also to solve the problem of blank space...try to use the size 400x150 which is mostly the standard sig size.

I agree that there is a group of people who dont know much about internet but I doubt that these days a teenager will not know what Internet is...most of us in this forum use it and are familier with it's power....but as far posting hacking links is concerned....please dont think of posting any links on this forum even in your dreams because that will give you nothing but trouble. The reason why I am saying that is posting...hacking, cracking or anything related to that is against TOS..TERMS OF SERVICE.

I agree to you! This is for the topic starter : beleive me my friend that it is not hard to post with this credit system and you get enough credits once you write a good lenthy post. I'm not sure about you posting nature but try to pick those posts in which you can write the most..for e.g. graphics, networking, life talk or anyother thing in which you have good knowledge...because for that you'll be able to write maximum and beleive me a 2 para. post will fetch you around 1.5 to 2 credits which means that you can stay inactive for 2 days...and if you spend say 1 hr. at the forum, i'm sure you'll be able to make upto 10-15 credits. I have more that 100 credits but as I have started loving this place...i keep on posting and whenever in future i'll be busy I am sure that by that time i'll be having enough credits to keep my website active for months. So in short start to love this community...take part in converstations and make credits and in case of emergency..you wont have to worry about credits. Guess what....i've just written a lengthy post and imagine how many credits i would have got for this...and if you are venting then you should write more.

Well, what I think that your step parents are good and they have done the right step by not telling you because you are not able to handle that truth at this point of time and even if they would have told you about this at that time...then you would have taken it exactly the same way...what I will suggest you is that please think on it and if you remember what all they have done for you I am sure you'll thank them instead of getting angry on them.

Well this is basically a problem due to adwares and in order to fix up the problem...you can use various anti-spywares or anti-adwares.You can use Ad-aware free version along with spybot search & destroy.You can also use Microsoft antispyware!what my suggestion is use all these three softwares...scan your computer with these one by one and remove all the adwares found.once you computer is clean...quit using IE and start using Firefox.and you'll notice that there will be no problem of adwares in future

Ok as far as having a button which brings you back to the forum index is already present. If you'll look just below the shoutbox you'll find that there is a link which shows your current location and the very first option which will be always present is "Free Web Hosting, No Ads" and if you'll click on it then you'll get the forum index!And as far as second suggestion is concerned...it is a nice suggestion and that will definitly increase the traffic on the members' websites.

In order to host your site on your own computer...you'll need to make sure that you are using a static Ip address...if you are not sure about that then please get in touch with your ISP and confirm it with them..and if it is dynamic you'll need to convert it to static.Secondly, you'll need to install any server on your machine...i think linux will do...then use a webserver for it....most of the people use apache.then you'll need to follow the requirements of that and you'll be able to host your website.

Well I'll say buddy you made a great sig using those filters which you have mentioned...a nice way of making. I've only made one sig using the filters and that was not as good as yours. I'll say that you have made a sig which deserves 9/10

Hey very nice thread!I have a blog and the idea came from my cousin's website....he made a good website and after having a look at it...i thought that i'll make one for myself..and that is how i made http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ nothing but a personal blog and that's the only thing about it.I'm planning to keep this website for lifelong and i'll love to keep it hosted on Xisto only beleive me..i'm talking about lifetime...provided this service will run free for that time period! and i am sure it will!

When I try to open up the website..it gives the error!Surprised to know that the people are drinking Mountain dew to keep the concentration to play the games for 80 hrs! Is it possible!!!And if it is possible then is it possible only with Mountain Dew or any other drink...if that is the case then I think people must ask for the check of Mountain Dew to make sure that it is not having anything mixed in it!

Hey jim!When I tried to login at my end with wrong username and password the message which i got...if you'll notice that the message you got is having "ftp@jlhaslip.trap17.com" but my one is having "jlhaslip.trap17.com" only....so may be you are putting this thing wrongly....try only putting in "jlhaslip.trap17.com" only in the server section...and make sure you are not using the SSL-Login Try that may be if that helps you! And becasue I had put in a wrong password I got that message so I think you problem is resolved and you must try to put the right information.

Hey jim! Firstly, What program are you using to access your FTP? Secondly, Go thorough this post to make sure that you are using the right settings. Thirdly, there are some ISP who can block FTP, so you'll need to confirm it with your ISP. And, to become sure that it is not the program which you are using which is at fault...please follow these steps. 1. Go to Web2Ftp 2. Put the server, username & password information. 3. try to login and if it works then there is most likely a problem with the program you are using or may be the ISP problem. I think this web2ftp is a cool feature and you should try this because it allows you upload the zip file and they unzip it on the fly...so you can make you site as zip following the structure on the website and you'll be able to upload files as well! I hope that you dont get confused with this last bit...if you do then dont worry about it....you'll understand it once you will use web2ftp!
