Hi all!As the forum grows, the member's posts will grow too. I am wondering what are the options after I have reached 100 posts? I hope the admin can implement higher capacity plans, like having more webspace and bandwidth to reward the posters with high posts. This will also help to encourage users to keep posting in the forum.For example, this can be a suggested scheme:150 posts===> 200 Mb 2.5 GB BW200 posts===> 200 Mb 3 GB BW250 posts===> 250 MB 3.5GB BW300 posts===> 300 MB 4 GB BWSomething along this line would be interesting. But I do urge admin to keep the plan ladder going because the post ladder is still going....Remember, if there is no water, there cannot be life. Contemplate on this and see if you can catch what I mean.-Shackman

On general terms and speed capibilities, Cable can reach way higher speeds than ADSL. However, ADSL is getting faster these days... But for a more all-rounded comparision, ADSL is more stable in terms of speed and is affected by network traffic to a lesser extent that cable. Cable is largely affected by network traffic and may experience speed swings. But I would say that on a nice day, with moderate network traffic, cable would beat ADSL anytime. -Shackman

I don't really understand the whole chunk fully... Which do you recommend and what are the pros and cons? Probably you should try to keep it short and written in simple English, because for those who can't comprehend computer jargon can't understand it fully....

Well, not all games have to have the latest trends in graphics, the best sound ever, the best music ever....... I think that If someone had much talent and much time he could make a very nice sophisticated game... You don't need the best graphics but you need something presentable. If your humans are so badly drawn that they look like chickens,( i have seen this before....in a ..welll...soccer sports game..I won't mention the name..) you will give the user a bad impression. Same for sound, you don't need the best, but you need something soothing to the ears. It is not easy for someone to solo a ' very nice sophisticated game'. You could probably solo a flash game or a Java applet, but no way, can you solo a commercial game or something on par with the market products.

C++ is a programming language...so its neither expensive nor cheap....its 'priceless'.... You don't have to buy C++, neither can you sell C++. But, if you are talking about a compiler, that is a different thing. Basically, a compiler is a program that consolodates the source code. To write the source code, you can use any text editing program, such as Notepad but you have to save it in a .cpp file extension.

Yeah...Incredimail is cool...you can add lots of decors like background...animation to your e-mail. Its quite user friendly too and it is remarkably similar Outlook Express. The thing is that I hate when you download e-mail onto your com..its never safe...I prefer webmail like Yahoo or Hotmail.....even my own forum is giving out free e-mail(4MB....quite alot already since we don't run on ads..) Bah....Halflife 2 and Doom3 are all talk no work...it has been going on saying that it will be realeased but everytime either the release gets pulled back or something comes up.What we see are only rumours, nothing is solid yet....anyway, see how smart the comapny is?
