you can try phpminiadmin. put phpminiadmin.php inside your website and you can access it from yoursite.com/phpminiadmin.php you can also change your subdomain or another url to redirect to a page (like phpmyadmin url which is http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/). try it, i hope it works

unsubscribe what? email notifications? if yes then you could find it at your "my controls". find it at upper right of this page and change your email settings there. (you can find it in options)

yes you're right. windows server should ignore it. This only connected with the server host because the server which will read the html, load the files, and send the info to you (client). Client's OS doesn't have any connection with this. i think rvalkas is saying something about building a website. When you're writing html inside your winblows PC, it will ignore the case, and your files load without any problem. But when you upload it in a linux server, this case wont be ignored and you get errors when loading files.

nope, you don't need to. Just upload your file as usual. As long you know html (or php and mysql) than you can design your lovely website You can install your website from fantastico too (if you"re using cpanel). You can choose from joomla, wordpress, drupal, etc..

What do you mean with that? I didn't have any problem with virtualbox. What kind of distro you're using inside virtualbox? And maybe your virtualbox version.

you'd better try empathy then. i heard it supports voice and webcam conversation. you can also use web app like imo.im which also support voice and webcam, but the quality is bad in my conn. About yahoo IM client for linux, it's suck. They haven't update it for years.

this is only my opinion. Joomla requires you to have good sql server. It does lots of sql queries. It really has lots of powerful tools and extensions, but i don't need them so i chose wordpress which is much lighter. I used drupal once, it much lighter than joomla, but it's maybe a little bit hard for a beginner to understand it.

An MMORPG where you're the real player. I mean not just typing keyboard or moving and clicking mouse, but you act as it's your part of live. And of course with 3d audio-visual and much better graphics ;p
