  1. I hate it when country's go to war, as an east european citizen (The Netherlands) I have yet to face real war, but I can imagine how awfull it is and to know people die in terrible ways makes me very upset. I hope this war ends quickly, but if it goes on like this we will soon see an enourmous war break out, and a lot of other country's will probably join the fight to capture these oil friendly country's...

  2. How did you make it? gml? c++??

He didnt make it *laughing out loud* I guess it's made using C++ but it can be made in any other programming language as well ;\

The game looks nice but it isnt anything special if you look at the thousands of other massive multiplayer online role playing games on the market.. Kal Online, ROSE etcetera are much better games if you would ask me..

  3. I don't think google will be bigger than microsoft. MS has been doing eerythign else for way too long. If bill gates woke up with hiw bank account at the same level as google's yearly profit, he'd jump off a building. he wouldn't even be able to fill up his fleet of jets...<_<

I don't think so, google does spend a lot of what they gain, but Microsoft has a huge ammount of staff, technology, buildings etcera, and they need to be payed for as well of course. Bill Gates earns a nice sallary, but not as high as the total income of a company like google does.

  4. Well to my limited knowledge about linux and steam there is no version of steam which can run on linux. Steam is the program which allows you to run Half Life 1 Half Life 2 and source games, and seeing Counter-Strike is a "mod" for Half Life 1 I don't think you will be able to run it on default linux, you could try the emulating with wine but they will cause you major drops in gaming performance most of the time.

  5. Command and Conquer series are great RTS games. I enjoyed C&C: Tiberian Sun very much, it was one of the best RTS games arround, and I hope the upcomming Command and Conquer: Tiberian Wars will be a good game as well, altrough it will be more of a hype because of the major fantastic graphics games can have nowadays. I hope it has a good multiplayer too because multiplayer games make it more worth to buy in stead of to download.

  6. It's new, the graphics look great and it will have a great single player, that are the major things about Call of Duty games. The multiplayer might not be the best experience compared to other WW2 shooters but it's still a great series of games. I hope Call of Duty 3 will also have a great and entertaining single player, and the multiplayer should be great too.. <_<

  7. Ah another browser based game... They will never be great you know? The ability to make new features and to use your full imagination in web based games is just toooo limited to be able to make a game as good as a downloadable game, most online web based games dont even come close to the quality of a downloaded game, altrough not every downloaded game is much worth either. Games like ragnarok etc are great MMORPG's which would own any web based mmorpg game...

  8. Battlefield 2 is nowadays also called Crappyfield 2 or Betafield 2, because the game is basicly full of gameplay bugs. Every patch which gets released introduces new bugs to the game, and well, there are over thousands of people complaining about them, and EA and dice do nothing about them, because they are more busy working on Battlefield 2142, which is basicly a reskinned version of Battlefield 2 in the future...The demo was good, but that was just a way to make marketing

  9. Microsoft has allways lived under the principle of "The more we put into it the merrier!" as in they make consoles with amazing hardware, but it all depends on the games that developers decide to create for the created console. A lot of neat hardware has no major use if all the games created for it can basicly be used on any other console as well. If Microsoft makes a handheld they will surely meet a lot of competition from Nintendo and Sony Playstation, and I doubt Microsoft will be able to gain more than 25% of the mobile market at all.

  10. Um... no. No, no, and no.
This is NOT a superb idea. If someone would read my post, I explained that the conversion process from regular light to a laser would only use up energy, leaving you with less than you had to begin with.

You don't have to bash into his post, he has a nice idea and the way he is gonna use that idea is going to show us how efficient this way of generating energy is.

Nice read, I hope you'll get this to work, humanity will need it in the short future <_<

  11. Very nice, I ahve used my gmail addy for as long as I've been at Xisto I think, and my email has been spread all over the web on forums etc. When I open my mailbox there will be at least 20 spam mails in my spam box every day, and deleting them takes pretty much work. Very good that Google is adding a delete all button because I was getting desperate. <_<Also, it was pretty irritating that filters only worked on newly received mails, I see this going to be fixed by Google now, how great Google is. Another blow to the competition I would say?
