Ugh, thats the only thing that makes me not want to live in Australia. Electronics and technology seem to take a while to get there. About xbox 360 and playstation I think I would rather get the playstation, but I dont know, I think revolution will definetely have worse graphics but I think the games will be reall fun, more than xbox 360 and playstation combined. The only thing that favors the playstation for me is the final fantasy games. And on the xbox its going to be Halo. Though I dont know yet, I dont Like it when gaming systems dont work, or overheat when you have just beaten something important, and playing the newest games on pc is so ridiculously expensive if you really want to enjoy them. probably the cost of 360 + ps3 together = a good pc that will play the newest 2006 games but in 2007 it wont work anymore. I still dont understand how a doom3 runs well on a regular xbox, and if you want to play it nice on a pc you have to spend twice the price of an xbox.

You have to turn the image into a symbol.1.- Drag your image into the stage area (the white space which is what the movie shows)2.- click on the image and press F8 or right click, convert to symbol3.- Now click on another frame, for example frame 10 (on the timeline, the place were you see your layers and a bunch of little squares) and press F6 or right click insert new keyframe. 4.- Depending which frame is highlighted (either 1, or 10) is where the symbol is going to be, to make the motion tween, move the symbol on frame 10 to another place different than frame 1. Then right click on frame 1 on the timeline and click create motion tween.5.- The Image should move from frame 1 to the new place that you set it on the stage when it reaches frame 10.Hope this helps, you can find a lot of tutorials on the web. I would also recommend you stay away from frontpage. I would recommend Dreamweaver If you want something easy, but if you really want to learn how to make web pages then I suggest you go to http://www.w3schools.com/, and take the xhtml tutorial and the css also. Then get your self a good program, I would recommend crimson editor or phpdesigner 2005, or notepad, they are all good, and this is definetely the best way to learn. It will obviously be harder but in the longrun you will appreciate it.

I dont know, I know that deep inside the Kid inside of me is the one that rules, but is 21 years of age old? Well I dont know, maybe its just all relative. I still feel fresh and all, I am flexible etc. I dont have a single white hair, or marked wrinkles, but the fact that I am not a teen or anything else but an adult is what scares me. At the beginning I kind of felt like a kid playing to be an adult, but suddenly all these responsibilitys are coming and stuff that make me act more like an adult and I feel that the kid Inside me Is going to die or something and I will end up being a lame working adult where you cant run as fast, jump, be creative, spontaneous, worrying about what you eat, having to wear suits all the time etc. Well whatever, what do you guys think about age. Has the kid inside of the adults been destroyed? What is it like further down the road?Sorry if this comment offends anybody or is in the wrong forum, or if it doesnt make any sense.

I like final fantasy VII over all the others. The story was just more mystical magical and stuff, on the others, I felt it needed something, everything was just too real. Although I still think chronotrigger has been the very best rpg I have ever played

OF course contact lenses!! You cant really compare the two, or atleast through my experience. I have found that glasses, and no matter what frame you use, they are always going to be something extra on your face, hence they are a bulk on your face. When I wear glasses I dont feel comfortable anymore, I feel like I have bad reflex with them and sort of slower. When you play sports you have to wear the horrible looking glasses to be safe (from the glasses falling of, getting hit etc.) which I havent ever bought. I used to be afraid of contact lenses when I was like ~12 years old, until I got hit in the head while playing soccer. The freaking glasses broke in half and I was . After that happened I decided I wasnt afraid of contact lenses anymore . So now I wear soft contact lenses and Im very happy with them, your vision changes a whole lot compared to using glasses. Right now I am waiting a couple of years more until I can get my eyes operated so I wont have to use any of the two anymore. The only time I use glasses right now Is when I have used the contact lenses for over 10 or 12 hours, because it damages your eye if you use them longer unless you have the special ones.

I was reading about browser specific hacks, to hide something from IE, and I found this nice article in the Sitepoint website. As I was reading it, I clicked the middle mouse button (scroller) and instead of the ugly circle with two arrows and a dot in the middle a personalized Icon (of sitepoints logo) appeared. Its kind of like the favicon thing, but with the scroller instead. Anyone here knows how to do this? Or what its called? (scrollicon?, lol, dont know).

Well if games wouldnt be so frickn expensive here in Mexico it would be a whole different story. I Mean paying about 80-90 dollars (about 800 -900 pesos) for a game is a huge rip off. So then there is people selling them at flea markets for about 500 -600 pesos when its original (they are stolen or something I dont know) and when they are pirate cd games they cost about 3 -5 dollars (30 - 50 pesos).So do you think piracy is going to stop ever this way? People want to play games, and their level of aquisition is way lower. There are more people living in third world countries then there are in other, and those are the ones that develop these sort of things. Stores are so stupid here, but its not really their fault, Its the stupid and ridiculous politics and taxes you have to pay here. Thats why the stores cant lower the prices because if they would, then no one would go to the flea market just to save 5 or 10 dollars. I bet everyone would but their games from a store and have their warranty or something, but all this is impossible since they have to pay 35% import taxes, 15% sales tax, plus the store has to pay water, gas etc. (the ridiculous thing is that they have to pay these even though they might not have a faucet or anything). Which makes the sellers have to sell their games at around 80 dollars to make enough money off of it. Thats why piracy exists, cause a lot of people cant pay the prices of original stuff.

I have always had this Idea that Genre was just made up to discriminate music, and limit people by makin them believe that the genre they like is the best, and they defend it with their life. People like this are never open to other genres even though they hear some other song and they might find it interesting but since its not the genre that they worship they will hate it. For instance, someone who is a hardcore hip hop fan will probably hate nu metal or something like that, or pop, etc. There is this project called the Music Genome project, that started in 2000 and they analyzed a whole bunch of songs, but I dont mean just hearing them. They studied the theory behind them such as harmony, melody, key, syncopation, a whole bunch of things included in music that sort of have some effect on people kind of like hypnotizing them, but different people have different taste in music, so what they have done in this project is to show you what other types of music being the same genre and some not that you may like. I was really surprised when I had put Linkin Park and then sean paul feat. blue cantrell came along, because I really like that song, and didnt really expect to hear it. Then some other songs, from electronic to metal came a long. I actually ended up liking most of them, but not all. It cant be perfect I guess, or sometimes the vocalists voice isnt just right.

I was wondering, since I just started taking a 6 month cooking course diploma thing. Yeah, Im gonna be a chef. I mainly decided to take those clases because all I can make is a cereal and my mom usually doesnt have time to make all the meals per day. So Im gonna do my best at it. If there are many people who do know, maybe we can open up a space for cooking in this forums, with recipes and tips. etc..

Why do girls like to suffer and be miserable from people like these? I have a couple of friends that have gone through the same thing, and they insist but some have finally gotten over guys like these. The worst thing that ever happened was when a friend who is the vocalist of my band was the boyfriend of a friend (girl) that was in my school.

Umm, I accidentaly voted for Mcdonalds, but now Im thinking that they are sort of equal. In Kentucky you can get real nice chicken, and in Mcdonalds hamburgers are almost ok, but the fries are really good, and you got to have the mcflurry or one of those awesome little cones. Overall they are both very unhealthy but quick and good, I dont think you can compare them because it would be like comparing chinese food with italian, chicken is different than hamburger although they both sell each but one specializing in one thing.

I was roaming around the internet, and I suddenly found everybody selling the expensive notebook macs for around $500 to $700 (used), I am currently tempted to buy one. So I went around the internet looking for info and found in one forum, someone advising not to buy macs until mid january because something big was coming, and I searched more and found it. The Intel based macs are finally coming, I thought that they werent going to be a reality until mid 2006 or more, but it is here and it will have a very low price tag. Read along on the following link. http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ I guess Ill wait a little bit and see if prices drop more, or if I get an intel based mac. I dont know yet, any advise?

Yeah, his computer is Ok, because I saw him on messenger when he told me. He said that a 1/3 of his warcraft cd survived, but I guess that wont be enough to keep on gaming. Lol. I remember something similar happened to me about 6 or 7 years ago. I had a compaq desktop computer (very old, 333mhz cyrix processor) and I dont remember If I was playing a game or something and the cd tray suddenly opened and spit the cd flying in the air. I remember a friend who was next to me almost got hit, and I remember him saying, man this thing wants to kill you.

I have a friend who was playing warcraft III on his computer today, and the disc exploded in his cd rom drive. Actally it was the frozen throne cd, and it is original. I think the disc must have gotten pasteurized, Lol. The cd was out in the cold (+colder for being the frozen throne) and then he puts it in his drive and and I guess it got heat and Craack.! the thing cracked and even his mom who was downstairs or something heard it. Well enough of the story, what do you think he should do? The worst thing is that he is on vacations, and now he cant play, Lol, like he didnt play it while he was in school.

Hi guys, its me again. Its been a long time since I post another animation, and I know I promised I would put up some tutorials, but Ive been very busy last semester so I really didnt have time to make some quality tutorials worth putting up here, but I promise I will starting next week or so. Some friends asked me If I could teach them flash, and I will, and the material I make for those classes I will translate and put up here on the Xisto forums first than on any other page . So you can expect them on the following vacations. Anyway, enough chit chat, Ive got to show you a flash video I made exactly a year ago (it was my final proyect for multimedia class) I was going to send it to mtv since then but I had a lot of retouching to do, like changing to a specific size (tv resolution), and fixing the weight, (I reduced it from about 6 megs to about 3.4 megs that it is now) and It is finished (well sort of,) Since the ending is in spanish and goes by pretty fast Im going to go ahead and give you an Idea of what it says. The baby left his parents house (broken home sort of) and he now lives very happy with his grandparents. He sworn he would never make the same mistakes his parents made, so no other child would ever go through the same things he did..... his parents are still fighting and in the process of getting divorced....... Hi, I dont know if this is the right forum for this, but its the one that fit the best. Im writing here to find out about what you think on predicting an earthquake. Because I got this mail from a trusted friend who also got it from a trusted friend, that got it from a trusted friend and so on... The point is, that the person who wrote it, was a person that works in a siemens plant here where I live, and on the mail, he said that recently in that plant and some other foreign companies they have been exercising a lot of earthquake drills lately. He said that he heard, and he said it probably was a rumor but it was best to be prepared anyway, that an earthquake at around 8 magnitude is supposed to hit in a few days, the day its most likely to hit would be tomorrow (december 7), according to his mail. At first I didnt really believe it especially cause I thought earthquakes were unpredictable and I was about to throw the spam away, but then something struck me, so I started looking for info on the web about predicting earthquakes, and I randomly picked a link, and it said it was impossible to predict earthquakes. I looked at another link that said it was possible to predict earthqueakes, so I kept on reading and found out that high level earthquakes are possible to predict months before, I looked at the date and found out the article was from 2004, and it said they had predicted a couple of quakes a couple of months before. I went back to the first article and its date was 2000 or 2001. Which led me to believe the mail, and search a bit further. I found out an earthquake warning page on the following link: earthquake warning page and guess what? Where I live in is inside a white circle, meaning that it can hit between december 5 and the next 4 days (december 9). So then I totally freaked out, and I am freaked out, So I like put tvs on the floor and secured some stuff. Its totally better to prevent than to feel sorry for not taking advantage of the warning right? Do you think this information is right? And If they can predict earthquakes, why wouldnt they put a warning on the news or something?
