I beg to differ and here's why. You can eat right amount of calories of food and still stay hungry (or get hungry after an hour). You can still put on weight going the "calories way". Watching calories is not effective in keeping slim. Contrary to what we're programmed to accept, we also need correct amounts of monosaturated fats. We've been told monosaturated fats equals bad cholesterols, but we actually do need monosaturated fats in moderate amounts. Because the components in monosaturated fats are linked to the way healthy fats work. Assuming that a fruit is not tainted with preservatives and chemicals, "Peel away the skin of an apple and you have a less effective fruit." What I am saying is - there are better healthier ways of eating healthily and keeping their "right weight". Governments have not came out fully with the truth for what's good/harmful for humans.

Sone, the only thing I see that can help you is to keep knowing other people. Join a real group in your area or start a game or something. Krzyflipx , apps like Freecorder.com can record almost anything that's on the net - audios or videos. There's a kind of script that may make recording stuff a lil bit harder. Whenever someone tries to save an image, the person will find smiley images saved instead. But the script does not prevent screen captures at all. What you can do is prevent your images/audio/video from being used OUTSIDE of your own domain or sub-domain. Linked audios or videos can't be PLAYED outside of your sub-domain, etc but it also means that your audios and videos cannot be embedded elsewhere.

There are discrepancies in all religions (I'll just say what I know for 2 main religions): The first bible (old testament) was printed many years after Jesus died. Different denominations of Christianity formed. What is mentioned as 500 sheeps in one bible may show 5,000 sheeps in another. NO, I DO BELIEVE IN JESUS and many prophets of God. I just do not believe in the teachings caused by errors of humanity. As for Islam, I feel many of its principles are again made up by man, not God. Example, Muslim men can have 4 wives while Muslim women were forbidden to work or study so as to keep them like "slaves". This WAS the religion of ancient times for Muslims although the law haven't changed for the part of "4 wives". Muslims can't eat pork either but in DIFFICULT TIMES, they can! Same for fasting. The religion feels like a cult somewhat....Muslims in Turkey can kill their children if their kids date non-Muslims. And there's also the extremist-Muslims like Osama bin Laden. Ok, before anyone shoots me, let me get this thing clear: I believe in some of the principles in Christianity and Islam. I just do not believe in all of them. I also believe in the karma rule, of spirits and reincarnation. So what religion does that maketh of me? Whatever your faith or religion is, it should act as a guide. If you have no religion, your conscience is your guide! If you sin, your only salvation is remorse before change and salvation. This applies to everyone no matter what your religion may be. Atheist or not, it also applies to you. You may say you do not answer to your God or Allah, but you are answerable to the ones that feed, and clothed and bring you up.
