Please wait until everything is worked out before OpaQue can launch it. 4) turn on your hotlink protection to save your bandwidth I have been monitoring bandwidth usages for all hosting members and except for 2 or 3, everyone is well within the limits. For those 2 or 3 the most active files were downloaded file contents and not from standard web pages. Again, you can have external file storage services to have your visitors to download. This will save your bandwidth usage in the future.

Let's figure something out first. Upon checking last visitor's IPs I only see three: one is from me, and the other two--none of which matched up to your IP. So, the question is...is your computer safe from spyware or keylogger? If a hacker attempted to break into any Xisto hosting accounts, I and other server admins have been already notified. But no one has. Which led me to the first question. Is your password and username secure? Are you infected with any thing that can trasmit your vital information without your knowledge? It has been few days since your login and you still haven't changed your index file. So, have you used any CMS script that may be found to have security holes? If so, it is your responsibility to keep them updated. Check the file data and you'll know when the file was modified last. However if it was a simple hacking job, I doubt that the rest of your file structures were left untouched. This leads me to the next suspicion--are you sure someone modified your file? kuwait hacker does not just leave a text message. He/she always leaves graffiti of insignia. When your site is suspended, you cannot access your cpanel or FTP. It is always a good practice to always back up your files in your local harddrive and perform frequent database backup and download/email to yourself.If your site is that much important, I would have made sure there would have been enough credits for such as this occasion. However you have to purchase hosting plan in order to use this static IP address--which is very common among all hosting providers.Static IP address is expensive. From what I can tell, your domain was purchased around July 9th? And you changed to Xisto's name server soon after? Please know that it may take up to 72 hours before your domain change properly propagates through the whole internet global area. Therefore, it is normal that within first 72 hours some regions of the world can see and some cannot. In most example cases, North America region would be the first before Europe, etc.

Well, I checked your hosting and you're not suspended. I can see your website's phpbb just fine, among with other files.If you're having trouble connecting to your cpanel and FTP, please double check your username and password or all other security setting including enabling Xisto and your site as trusted site for your browser. As far as your hosting with Xisto goes, it's all green
