It's bit embarrassing to hear such applause :unsure:We, Xisto Staff, are all volunteers and I, for one, am doing this as a sheer joy of being part of Xisto Community. I truly appreciate most kind and uplifting words. And thanks to all great Xisto members for keeping and supporting this fine community to where it is today--and beyond.Thank you LR fan and everyone.

Please go to the top pull-down menu Credits > Purchase Credits UPDATE: Looks like Xisto's credit purchase page is lost for now. Please contact sales{at}Xisto{dot}com and request for Xisto Hosting Credit purchase information. As of this message, 365 credits cost $20. For a comparison please visit http://forums.xisto.com/topic/572-mycents/ This site is NOT to purchase Xisto hosting credits.

I think the reason OpaQue wouldn't want ASP support, especially, on gamma is because of "practice" usage. Gamma is already THE place to practice PHP and database...add ASP to it and I'm wondering the reliability of server function. Another reason ASP should be installed on Windows OS system is that ASP is Microsoft's proprietary language (as we all know) and never licensed full 100% compatibility for any other OS systems. To monitor this on Apache server would mean another server monitoring support. And I'm kinda bothered by this statement I think Apache ASP is still limited and has a long road before it can be a full ASP support on Apache.

New Custom Bbcode [table] much needed tag
BuffaloHelp replied to BuffaloHelp's topic in Alerts, News & Announcements
I've been going through some combinations of which would be the least amount of bbcode tags requires to achieve desired column establishment and I decided it that for now TABLE, TR, TD would be the least amount. Included in TABLE, new tags TDDASHED and TDSOLID were added today http://forums.xisto.com/topic/47184-new-custom-bbcode-table-much-needed-tag/ by request. TDDASHED and TDSOLID have options that defines border width with their appropriate border style (obviously ) -
New Custom Bbcode [table] much needed tag
BuffaloHelp replied to BuffaloHelp's topic in Alerts, News & Announcements
Table is much more versatile when it comes to adding columns without defining every little detail Xisto isn't the only forum--actually I borrowed the idea from Xisto but just made little changes how I saw it fit, like allowing border width, 100% width and equal division of columns.UPDATE:FF2, Opera9 shows columns in equidistant from one anotherIE6, IE7 shows columns in equidistant from one anotherAll tested browsers show 100% table width according to any browser resolution size -

Hosting script will never be updated to accommodate NOT to reset your hosting credits after the activation. This has been discussed so many times and everyone should know this by now. I will repeat it once more. You are receiving Xisto hosting as the direct result of your active participation to Xisto forums. Think of free web hosting, no ads by Xisto as the byproduct of your contribution to this forum community. By staying active in this forum you are given a rare chance to have free hosting by Xisto. If hosting credits are not rest at the time of new hosting account activation, the remainder of credits left will bring absent in active participation by a new member. For example, if you had 100 credits when activated and lost only 30 credits for plan 2, this member will most likely be absent for the next 70 days. When hosting credits run out this same member will be back to our forum and frantically contribute low quality posts just to gain hosting credits to sustain. This projection is the very reason why hosting credits are reset during the time of new and upgrade account.

I Need Free Php Hosting?( Suitable For Phproxy Safe Mode Off)
BuffaloHelp replied to dadafarid's topic in Web Hosting Support
Trap17 AUP clearly states any proxy service using Xisto is forbidden.End of the discussion. -
Obviously. Once you change your domain name, the old address is no longer exists. Therefore, you cannot access it. Obviously. Your new domain has not been propagated completely. Try gamma{dot}xisto{dot}com/~{your_cpanel_username} where {your_cpanel_username} is your cpanel user name (not the actual words, like few members have trouble with in the past). Dear members, This is not to make fun or point any finger but this subject has been well covered in the past. Admins and moderators have established Xisto Readme for other ways of accessing your domain in case of change, i.e. HOSTS file, for this occasion. If you have been a member for a long time, please pay attention to past topics and Xisto Readme. Creating topic like this not only raise questions if members do really pay attention to topics by admins and mods, but also makes Xisto an unreliable hosting place to google, yahoo and other non-hosting members. Please give a second thought before making redundant topics. Try contacting admins or support first. Update: It seems to me that you also enabled domain redirect using your domain control. That is the reason why your new domain--which should be functioning perfectly ONLY by changing nameservers--have been pointing to your old and none existing domain (since you changed your domain). If so, please turn off or delete the redirect service via domain control. Nameserver change would have been sufficient.

New Custom Bbcode [table] much needed tag
BuffaloHelp replied to BuffaloHelp's topic in Alerts, News & Announcements
Alrighty then ;)Until I can find a way to fix cross browser incompatibly, the current code will stand. I hope the people with 800x600 resolution would understand this issue for now.IE6 shows correctly whether the content is filled or not.FF2 shows compacted when the content is short or small.Opera9 shows compacted just like FF2. -
New Custom Bbcode [table] much needed tag
BuffaloHelp replied to BuffaloHelp's topic in Alerts, News & Announcements
I would like to make the table to fit 100% width of the forum, so that in 800x600 or 1024x768 screen resolution can see the forum nice and clean lined. If we all had 1024x768 or higher resolution I would not even worry about the width of the forum format. But that isn't the case. ;)As you can see, until I change it, when table width isn't specified it reduces to as compact as possible under Firefox.Which is another problem: making all browsers to show it exactly the same. Gosh, I wonder why I decided to make this one in the first place... -
New Custom Bbcode [table] much needed tag
BuffaloHelp replied to BuffaloHelp's topic in Alerts, News & Announcements
Ah, yes... I didn't expect for 3 column design. Since I limited to 50% per TD, it's natural that the 3rd and additional TDs would show like that.Hummm... I wonder how we can solve this situation.UPDATE:Alright, I believe I have fixed the equal division problem. So that, either used two columns, three or more, it should divide equally. column A column B column A column B column C column A column B column C column D Additional thought: should you have the option to have table column border as well?Additional problem: it does not work under IE6! -

Within the TABLE tag or separately? I have modified the table to be at 100% with table columns as 50% Would you mean to specify user's own colspan and rowspan? -
New Custom Bbcode [table] much needed tag
BuffaloHelp posted a topic in Alerts, News & Announcements
Hello Xisto members, After reviewing members' signatures, I believe TABLE tag is needed in our forum as well. The usage is the same as the regular HTML code: [table=1][tr][td]column 1[/td][td]column 2[/td][/tr][/table] will show: column 1 column 2 Table column's width is predefined. To avoid unnecessary forum format distortion please limit per column content to fit the forum width. Table=1 option is needed to create table outline. You may use 0 to omit this option. [table=0][tr][td]column 1[/td][td]column 2[/td][/tr][/table] will show: column 1 column 2 [hr=noshade]UPDATE on TD bbcode tags[/hr] Additional TD tags called TDDASHED and TDSOLID were added to give optional table column border with width in pixels, such that following codes will show [table=1][tr][tddashed=2]something[/tddashed][tddashed=1]something else[/tddashed][/tr][/table] something something else [table=0][tr][tdsolid=1]something[/tdsolid][tdsolid=3]something else[/tdsolid][/tr][/table] something something else Notice that by omitting table border width, you can create some different effects. Mix it up! Xisto within dashed Xisto within solid -
What part of my last message 'please send all hosting support to support{at}xisto{dot}com' wasn't clear? Please keep up with all Alerts and Notices topics and Hosted Members Area topics. You can send hosting support email to support{at}Xisto{dot}com along with following information: subject: Xisto hosting support email body: cpanel: server: gamma web address: place your domain here body: describe in detail, such as "when I try to do this, this error/problem occurs <<paste complete error message>>" I am getting a strong impression that no one reads but posts.

I was traveling on my actual birthday (the one stated by this forum is the anniversary of when I actually started to use Xisto hosting service) and so I have missed these many warm and heartfelt wishes! I am so grateful that I have found an online community where we can celebrate both the friendship and membership! I thank you for all your kindest words and for more to come. My actual birthday went unnoticed but the following day was filled with surprises and phone calls. Reunion of old high school friends, visiting my sister and my grandmother, and calls from friends scattered through-out the world have made me feel like the richest man alive.

The web address http://www.industry-online.com/ shows Xisto's default index page. If you were referring to another sub-domain or add-on domain, please specify. But as far as the web addressed mentioned, it's showing fine. This means HTTP is working but your database may not be working correctly. Please send email to support{at}Xisto{dot}com, if you have not done so along with:cpanel name:server name: gammadomain/sub-domain name: (the original one even if you're referring to add-on or sub-domain)detailed issue: such as 'when I perform this action, I get this error <<copy of the error message>>' etc and then explain if it's tied to sub-domain or add-on domain

1) refrain from making double posts. If your post is the last reply, you should always use the EDIT for your post (that's why we enabled this feature) 2) I am able to see your site without a problem. I see that you still have the default index page. Was your problem resolved between the time you posted and the time I made this post? If so, I believe the case is closed. When your hosting credit reaches ZERO your account automatically goes into suspension (not -0.01). You must bring your hosting credit back to above 4 and wait about 1 hour AFTER you achieved your minimum hosting credits to re-animate your hosting. If you are the only one or region wise that cannot see your site, perhaps it's not the server's end but a localized matter. Please seek help with your ISP.
