  1. You can do that or go to https://support.xisto.com/ and choose the option number 4 if you would like to terminate in hurry.

  3. Hi malish, I just checked your URL address and it's pinging to the correct hosting IP: 69.50.188.18 But according to this result http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ your nameservers are pointing to the wrong place. Double check it and responde back to us. To access your cPanel, try using this link http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and use your normal cPanel login and password. To access with FTP use this address 69.50.188.18 with port 21 and use your normal cPanel login and password. Once your nameserver is all straighten out you can continue to use the IP link or http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ for cPanel access. PS, you do not need to park your domain using cPanel since you own your domain name. You may delete the parked name once you have the full access to your cPanel.
  4. Also, please note that "some" ISP companies cache certain domain names and sites on their main server. Until that server's cache is either renewed or your site's name is properly propagated to that server, you might experience "page cannot be displayed" message. I know this happens with my ISP when I type yahoo.com. And I know yahoo does not go down once a month at the same time/day. I noticed it with Xisto forum name too. I think it's time for me to change my ISP...

  6. Yes, your credits will continually go negative until -30. After reaching this -30 your hosting will be terminated. Once your hosting account is terminated you can reapply for free web hosting as the same manner as you have done in the first place--10 credits needed for plan #1 and 30 credits needed for plan #2.
  7. Compute, When you come back to your hosting after 30 days of inactivity, your current hosting would have been terminated. Which then, I would suggest to you, apply for another hosting via application process and add a note saying that you are returning hosting member due to << insert reasons >> so that administrators know the whole story. But please remember that applying for hosting rules still apply for you, even if you are a veteran member--10 credits for plan #1 and 30 credits for plan #2. However, your forum account will not be terminated. If you are willing to take my advice this is what I would do: let the hosting die and be terminated. Your status as a member will go from [HOSTED] to . Once that happens, make your post whenever you can to build yourself new credits. Because anything before that it will be used to revive your account and your situation isn't called for that. We'll see you soon, Compute. Hurry back!

  15. ----- Topic resolved, thread closed -----PS, looks like your index page is missing because I see your whole directory. For a security sake please put up a default or temp index page up. 16. nameserver is important ONLY if you have your own TLD (top level domain) such as yourname.com, yourSite.com etc. Usually you have to purchase it. Since the issue and the question have been resolved, I am closing this thread.AmandaB78, if you have any more question please use the REPORT! button to notify mods to reopen this thread.Thank you.PS, excellent work snlildude87--as always
  17. Please use QUOTE tags even though this section is not counted towards credits. And we all know why... Furthermore, this section is CREATIVE section--we have dedicated lyrics section. Moving.
  18. You can either upload a new index file with the same extension, i.e. index.html, or click on the file then select "EDIT" option found on the right hand side from your "File Manager." When you delete the default index.html you will no longer see the default page. Remember, all files are to be uploaded to public_html or www folder. They are the same. There are many topics involving how to make your website work, how to create a web page, how to upload and how to manage your cPanle. Please use the search feature to find your answer before making a new topic.
  19. No. The only difference between package 1 and 2 are the hosting space and allowed monthly bandwidth. Otherwise, the level of service is identical! And when Xisto says, 1 credit = 1 day of free web hosting is true for both packages. And as shigajet says, your credit will be reset when upgrading your hosting plan. It will reset, currently, to 2.
  20. Spam, besides the usual definition of email kind, is defind as going off topic (response not pertaining to the topic)--which your first part of your post is very close. Any single word, phrase, sentence and smilies that does not contribute to the response of the topic is spam. For example, "I don't know so I can't help you there", "lol", "yeah, thanks man" and/or "wow that's great." And lastly, this forum considers creating a new topic that already has been discussed is also spam (much like this topic). Please use the search feature before making a new topic. Xisto - Web Hosting offers paid hosting as low as $10 a year. Members that are finding themselves having bit of difficulties in keeping up with hosting credits find Xisto - Web Hosting to be the excellent replacement. Please refer to forum's main page and look for Xisto - Web Hosting in the Hosting Credit box.
  21. You know, some of them are not real at all. Take a look at the other sides and you'll see that some cast shadows but the ones that are aligned up perfectly in straight line do not cast shadows as the rest of them do. I figure since these photos can compromise US Air Force Base's security and the National's, the photos were edited to reveal more/less than what it is. And some airplanes are like from the days in 60's.
  22. As of today, Sept 18 2005 12:41am GMT-5 you have negative credits (ridiculously large negative). But your hosting is operational? Do you have at least 30 positive credits to upgrade?Otherwise I believe only administrators can rectify your situation. Reply to this thread and we'll go from there.
