i don't know if i can tell you where to get those bios.(don't know if it's illegal or not)you can increase the fps by your:computer specs,by configuration of the games--- meaning you must do the enable rendering and all that in one game because one game is unique to others. you can usually find it in other forums or guides.and even if you have the best specs around there are games that will have slowdowns and lag because only a sony personnel/member has the debugger that will 100% emulate the ps2. youll be lucky if you have this one.
