IE7 and Firefox crash regularly Ie And Firefox Crash For several months, IE7 and Firefox have both been crashing regularly, although it seems like more often if I have several tabs open. This had not been a problem previously. Unfortunately, I have to use online applications that insist I use these 2 browsers to access the sites. Sometimes I get an hour or so, sometimes only a few minutes before the crash. My ISP went over to Yahoo based email around the time this started, and I had gotten a gmail account because the CA internet security suite bollixed my outlook express email. I also recently replaced the CA with Zone Alarm security suite, which seems to have problems, or at least lots of error messages. Of course, I can't contact Zone Alarm or either of the browser's support people directly using the internet/email. I thought that it was interesting that Zone alarm has a tech support page without a scroll bar, and or course the submit button is below the visible bottom of the page. By right clicking on the page in Chrome, you can choose 'duplicate page" and open the same page in a new window, and this one will have the scroll bar! No one will respond anyway, but you can at least fell like you submitted a query about a problem. Anyway, I'd like to know what I can do to help fix all this crashing, and maybe even get the internet security working right without buying the extravagant and expensive big system usage programs. Windows Xp And Dos Multiboot Run the XP CD and go in to recovery console and then type in fix boot this will do a new boot text and it will give you the option on booting in to xp or dos wen the pc boot keep hitting f8 then go to chose operating system and keep pressing the down key still xp is highlighted then you can boot in to xp and change the boot order and time you have to choose the OS you wont to boot in to. I think abortion is wrong after about 16 or so weeks because after say 24 weeks as the law is putting in place for it to be illegal the baby is already developing and would most likely to be alive if it was born then. Replying to trinifawkI tried to install Smiley Central. First thing it does is try to override your default webpage. Second it tries to install its own websearch, from an ActiveX add on. Zone Alarm goes berserk at the first attempt to download smiley central. I tried to decline installing the add on in Internet Explorer, and then it lets you download the program manually. But when you try to install it, it comes with an attached search bar you MUST install in order to get smiley central. It will override your IE defaults and take over.Again, Zone Alarm goes apes**t if I try to install it. They claim to have no spyware. But Zone alarm disagrees strongly. I set it to PSK2; but I don't know if it's secure enough. BTW my WIFI adapter never asks me for my password, even though I chose one when I installed the program. Is that normal? Help!
