Having worked extensively with both ColdFusion and PHP, I can say that there is less of a learning curve with ColdFusion. However, I'm trying to use PHP exclusively for several reasons: It's an ACTUAL programming language. In other words, I can carry more over from knowing PHP than I can with ColdFusion, so if I ever need to code REAL web apps with Python/Django/Javascript, I can. It is object oriented. There is nothing cleaner and neater than OO code. Have stock libraries for applications is excellent to stream line a site. It's secure. Because of it's OO abilities, (namely bound parameters and results) SQL injection attacks are a thing of the past. It's efficient. It doesn't take many resources to run and it's a breeze to install. It's free. We don't have the money to update ColdFusion with every release. Support is GREAT in PHP. Most of the code you need is written for you, anyway. Alright, I'm done. ColdFusion is easier to learn, but it's not very useful for anything other than writing ColdFusion code, making your business/corporation/department stuck in sticking with ColdFusion which ultimately will not be able to meet your demands as your business grows. What's more, so many huge sites use PHP and other FOSS. When was the last time you were on a ColdFusion-powered page, anyway?

The Americanization of Australia......Is Australia Like America?G'day Everyone, I am a very Proud Australian :-) My Mum and Dad, Nan and Pa taught me everthing I needed to know growing up on how to be the BEST Australian I could be. I just want to coment on the above subject. I do feel as Australians we have one of the broadest multi-cultural countries in the "New World" and believe it will continue like this into the future. I'm so cool with inviting our fellow citizens into "Our Beautiful" and "Promising Home" as everyone should have the opportuntiy to enjoy what life is all about e.G. A kind smile from a "True Blue Aussie", a typical "G'day" from a "Digger" that has been here way before any of us, and mostly having a "Beer and BBQ" with neighbours, families and friends, ANY TIME OF THE YEAR :-) What I feel most passionatily about is the fact that we as "Australians" have the opportunity to Preserve our Historical Sites, Tell our stories of Hardship and about the War our Australian Men faught in, keep the "Australian Spirit" alive in our Children whilst teaching them about the Australian culture and how they should be proud of where they come from, regardless of the History. We are creating our future, so as Australians lets not let outside influences shape who we now or in the future. Know yourself and let people know who you are... They will only "Love and Respect" you the way Australians do with any other Culture. It is up to every Australian individual with the choices they make, their behaviours and most of all desions they choose on how to be An Australain and what Australia will be in the future for the next generation. Teach our fellow citizens what being An Australian is, then invite them over for a "Beer and BBQ" :-) Thank you for your time and patience :-) Have fun and Be True to yourself. I have an htc touch diamond it is not the right thing to compare wid apple iphone because htc is an professional mobile its an high end business mobile where as cmin 2 apple iphone its an fum mobile we don't have any features like office mobile and the camera clarity of iphone is worst except touch rest all are nthin much 2 say about but htc touch diamond is an gem of an mobile even the camera clarity and steroheadset clarity is awesome I would suggest that if your want 2 try out sumthin different go for htc touch diamond beacause apple iphone and apple ipod are pretty much similar apart frm network

I've been looking at building a desktop for nearly 3 weeks now, and I've acquired a lot of knowledge, when I stumbled upon a sale alienware was having. It was 300 dollars off plus free shipping, and it had all the parts I wanted. After assembly a computer and spending about 3 hours making decisions, I had the final product in my cart. I clicked check out, and it cleared my cart. When I went to remake the computer (as I had done at least 10 times) the sale option was no longer there. I called their "customer service" and when I mentioned the sale, he told me how it was a great offer and lots of people were doing. I spent an hour setting it up with him, down to the last notch, and at the end he says "Oh, I'm having some trouble putting it through, 1 second, I need to talk to marketing." I sat on hold for 10 minutes, and when I got back, they had pulled the sale, and then he went on trying to sell me more ****. C++!!!!The Best Game Programming Languages?To answer your question its all about preference you could honestly make a game in any language but finding the one you like is the key I also started in vb.Net then moved to c# I hated c# so I tried C++ and now I'm sold. Though for some reason I keep hearing people say that c# is supposed to be a step up from C++ because of its use of the .Net framework I disagree. Also there are many SDK's out there that are totally free that will aid you in your game creation process OGRE, and PANDA3D to name a couple but remember using an SDK means learning more. Remote AccessSharing Printer On Another ComputerHi I hope all you computer geniuses out there can help me. I access my work computer from my home computer via Remote Desktop Connection. I am trying to print at home through the local printer attached to that computer. I installed the software with the print drivers on the work computer, but can't seem to get further than that. Do I have to add the printer to the Work (remote) computer? How do I do that if I don't have it physically connected? I know when its set up the remote computer should redirect the printing back to the host computer to print off the local printer. Thanks! Tim

When any user want to access this server from start=>run=>server's IP address , it ask me the authentication. After giving the authentication I can access the files from the server. next time when I try to access the server again from start=>run=>server's IP address. It doesn't ask for password and access directly to the server untill unless I restart the machine. I want whenever I need to access the server from the XP machine, it should ask me for authentication without restarting the PC. I checked the GPO but I didn't found any policy for this limit.
