Well, I'm 17 years old and I have never been in a relationship before. I am quite shy as a character and that's why I never told the boy I love from primary school (!), Nick, what I feel about him. The thing is that I never stopped loving him, even now. We are in the same school, in the same class, and our parents are best friends. And I sense that he feels something in return, but, just like me, he doesn't make the first move. That's not my problem, though. Look what happened. In October, I was in a party and I met this guy, which is 16, and we had a really good time together. But when we were dancing, I suddenly thought of Nick, and I couldn't move on. So, we didn't exchange phones and never spoke again. Since yesterday! I went to a bar to see a concert of some friends of Nick and mine, and I realised that he was singing too! And then I felt something so strong, although Nick was there too. And he talked to me, remembered my name and hugged me. And we looked at each other all night but he didn't do anything. My friends told me that's because I rejected him at the party. But now there is a way I can find him. I know a friend of his who can give me his phone. Should I call him? And what to say? Please help!

The Best Free Roaming Rpg? Suggestions needed.
iGuest replied to buherath's topic in Computer Gaming
sorry to say this, but Arcania is the worst of the Gothic series, and all because it was made by a different developer as the predecessors, if you preferred the old Gothic games, keep an eye out for Risen, and Risen 2, Arcania was a feeble attempt to recapture piranha bytes' magic with the first few games -
Achaea is a commercial MUD that's been running since 1997 and still going strong in 2012. Best MUD hands down, I recommend giving it a try if you want to play a MUD that still has a playerbase in the hundreds, constant development and a full-time staff with top-notch customer support.

Video Games are bad,I work at a game store, I am required to know all about video games, yet I don't even own a console. Why? because I go to school full time so which do you think I'll put more effort in? I watch kids and parents come in and buy these rated mature games for their little ones and see how the kids react, it's like selling a damn drug to them! and if they don't get it, they throw the meanest fit ever I've had kids ruin my shelves. Kids were never like that before, i grew up playing outside, making REAL friends and having great communication skills. Now-a-days kids heavily rely on games for communications but lack it where they need it (school). although it has become the social norm, the young generation won't be as advanced as we are, in fact they are going backwards. as a child i used to get grounded for not coming home on time from playing outside, kids now days don't even go outside and they get grounded for getting too violent because of video games, and their actions are so much worse, like it is the end of the world that they are grounded from their games. It is a waste of time for multiple reasons: addiction, loss of self control, lack of social communication, over-use, emotionally unstable, and even obesity or starvation. and yeah playing video games are good if your planning on making it a career, but if not it shouldn't be overly used. but see i still work at a game store and study graphics design, without the use of video games. to parents, never buy a game that is rated mature for your child, it won't be their fault if they act out, it will be yours, i see too many of it everyday talking about how bad their kids are yet here they are buying another rated m game for their child. to kids, if you know whats good for you, get out and venture the world, go meet a hot guy or chick, go educate yourself with knowledge that will make you a successful person in the future so you can buy anything you want. Can you honestly say your happy with just playing video games? yeah video games can be a learning experience, but that doesn't cover all video games, and i know you would learn way more in actual life than fantasy because in fantasy you can only pretend, try living it up to reality.

I Keep Seeing The Same Numbers Everywhere
iGuest replied to gisellebebegirl's topic in General Discussion
I have the same thing happening. For the last several months, 9 out of 10 times I look at a digital clock, the number is a repetitie sequence like 1:11. 2:22 or 3:33. Other numbers I notice randomly are the same. You could chalk it up to mind conditioning, coincidence, etc., but, why now?I've drawn the conclusion that my life is moving more in the direction it is supposed to now. I've made major changes in my life where I am no longer doing what society or others expect me to do and following my own inner voice. Life has improved considerably. I'm working for myself (made a profit in my first year of business). I no longer spend time with people because I think I "should," only spending time with those I want to spend time with. No more shoulda, woulda coulda anything. I listen to my own voice and talk to God/Source all of the time. Where money was previously an issue, it comes when I need it. Don't get me wrong, I work hard and a lot. But, I love what I do.Many people see number synchronicities as a negative. I think it's a positive. I think it means we're becoming more tuned in. -

3=2 ! Ramanujam's Proof!.... Can U Find Any Flaws?
iGuest replied to shiv's topic in Websites and Web Designing
are you kidding me? (2-5/2)^2 = (3-5/2)^2 is true, because it is (-1/2)^2 = (1/2)^2. doesn't mean -1/2 = 1/2. it's all just made to confuse you. he could have just as well said: (-1)^2 = 1^2 "taking positive root (which spoils the proof):" -1 = 1 -
I sort of agree with you, I believe that rapist don't deserve to have their lives taken away, but also the most important fact is that no one deserves to take another's life whether though crime or legal force. I also wrote a 3 page paper on capital punishment

Registry Tweaks tips and trick for regedit
iGuest replied to EinReaper's topic in Security issues & Exploits
Hello, first of all please excuse my english, then, i will try and resume my problem, i work in an offshore company, and they have some polices for using the network, internet, and many other things, 1st of all, few days ago they dissabled my option af changeing my screen saver and the posibility of changeing the time i wait untill screen saver pops up, so they set one of theyr own screen saver and set it to 5 mins, the problem is, the program keeps asking me for password, after each screen saver, so, they also enabled autolock in registrys, thanks to one of the tweak upper, i managed to modify the time before screen saver apears, and set values to 0 to "ScreenSaveTimeOut", "ScreenSaverIsSecure" and "ScreenSaveActive", and worked just fine, but, after restart...the values goes back to how they(network admin) set it, how can i dissable this option(rolling back registrys)?Or u guys tell me how to undo all changes they made to my screen saver :)Thank u in advance!Kind regards!Dan -
Help, My Laptop Charger Is Not Working Properly
iGuest replied to torres1287's topic in Hardware Workshop
i have had a similar problem, mine was caused by simple wear on the contact points in the plug, so i just got a tiny piece of wire and wrapped a piece around the male plug, and inserted a piece into hole in the centre of the male plug, and that got it to work, as a very temporary solution -

Dude I totally believe you on that one, and though though I know this may piss you off I want some help. I don't even know you but I need a favor. Can you help me study ways to make programs that you can access before the OS runs or before Windows run. I'm not gonna say Unix because unlike some people I'm actually gonna tell the truth and say I never used Unix. I never used Unix and even I knew that! Smh. Anyway if your up to it reply. I'm trying to study up on it. And libraries just don't carry this type of information. . . -
