  1. You can get a copy of a number of MUD codebases on the net. There are a lot which are openly available to download. The one which i like the best is ResortMUD. You should just google "ResortMUD codebase" and you will get a few. At first looking at it seems daunting but experience is key, along with a firm understanding of C. Give it a try..
  2. Hey,Thought i would put in a little introduction about myself.I am a student in the UK. I enjoy playing MUD, and am an Immortal in IahMUD, and play a number of other MUDs too. I can write in a few programming languages e.g. C, C++, PHP, VB... I am constantly learning them, you can never know it all Basically i am 100% pure-breed nerd. lol. But its kewl, look what being a nerd did for Bill Gates, sure his OS is erm...good*cough* but if he were a country he would be the 14th richest country.....Anyway,--Atami
  3. I am currently an Immortal (member of staff) on a new MUD, IahMUD. It is not entirely open to the public yet, but hopefully it will be soon. We have a number of good coders and builders so it should turn out well.If you are interested you should check out the website: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ great MUD in the making...
