Individuals can have a table spoon of peanut butter or nuts, add cinnamon to cereals, oatmeal, etc..., or use olive oil in certain recipes. Granted these foods won't cure diabetes, but if a healthy lifestyle is lead, diabetes can be controlled. Another thing that could be tried is avoid high carbed foods. Do parents know they are wrong?Annoying Parents! Both my parents are extremly arrogant, selfish scroungers... And it seems any bit of their responsibility seems to become my duty. I am the oldest brother out of 3 boys and my mother seems to ***** about my name saying that I am responsible for my younger brothers behaving badly, I'm Aggressive, I'm selfish etc. Yet when I try to tell my brothers not to do anything bad they tell me off ...And tell my bros not to listen to me because they are in charge. My parents contradict what they say...Even when I highlight this they still continue like they are constantly out to get me. For example my dad says don't touch your naughty brother and then when I complain...He says "I'm busy ...Your old enough to deal with it"??! so when I deal with the situation they say... Have been studying my HPN (High Pitched Noise) for years even give it a rating from 0-5. Mine is constant and never at 0, HPN 5 is my maximum so far. Certain towns will make it worse with varying other symptoms such as agitation and speech problems. HPN 5 experienced in two towns one in QLD Aus and One in North Island NZ gave me and my husband severe reactions. Very Large Microwave towers are the cause I have been renamed them Triffids, I can pick up frequencies coming from these. Interesting how many there are, colour and shape the larger ones in big towns can cause big problems to those who have HPN. Found when 15 kms outside these towns the noise and feelings subsided. Also the older type phone with large magnets will make it worse, impossible to speak on these for more than a few minutes, hence have loud speaking hand held phones At night can be worse too, different rooms can produce different effects, maybe which way the body lies in relationship to incoming frequencies and also new and full moons. I have logged when and what days it gets louder and for me and some friends it has been certain days, one friend gets pains in her ears while another feels pressure in the head. Some day I might set up a HPN site with a questionnaire, so that I can log other peoples experiences. If people all over the world experience the same thing and a pattern can be seen then it would help those who think they are going crazy know that it happens to others too.. I have just moved from OZ to NZ and the same noise is here, different in certain towns and villages. The following are things I have felt Noise in head even if fingers are in ears. Not inside head but around especially at base of skull from ear to ear. Extreme times tingling in tongue difficulty in speaking and thinking disappears when not in range of Triffid. Days/nights when worse and this can the same day of the week. Feel very tired with this. All you own is the plastic that it is burnt on, that is it.I know about these things since our station has been broadcasting on the internet for over 10 years now and own over 1000 pieces of this round shinny plastic. There are 25+/- thousand tracks of music on our server. We do not own a single one of them... There is software out there for free to broadcast on the internet, but there are some better software packages for a price that you may be able to afford. We use an affordable software called SAM by SpaciaAudio. Google it... There is a free trial of this software and it is chuck full of broadcasting features.As for royalties, Live365 and SWcast to name two. Use Google and search, internet broadcast royalty fees. SoundExchange, ASCAP, BMI and SESAC are the main four groups you must pay fees to. You have to pay royalty fees to stream/broadcast this music on the internet. You don't want to get busted playing/streaming copyrighted music without paying. The fines can be more than the fines you get from getting caught downloading the music illegally. They will estimate how many listeners you have how many tracks of music you have and how long you have been broadcasting. This will add up to more time and fines that you can imagine. Now for the techi part. Don't think that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is going to let you have 10 to 100s of people connect to your computer to listen to your broadcast. Our provider switches out our IP every time it sees more then 5 people connected to our stream. Next is bandwidth. If you are on a typical Internet service you will only have 1 to 2MB upstream. If you are on FiOS then, OK you have a bit more. But... They will not let you have people connect to your server in amounts set by them. Static IP is the thing that will mess you up if you go via any services such as Shoutcast. Shoutcast will announce you broadcast but redirect the listeners to your server. If your provider keeps changing your IP, thats not going to work.There are many streaming providers out there that will take your broadcast and rebroadcast it through their servers that not only keep the IP from changing (Static IP) but also open the bandwidth for many more listeners. I LOVED the Cirque Due Freak Series I in fact have read it a total of 3 times and I've personally cried every time I read the last book. And it made me extremely happy to see the previews, and it came out on my 19th birthday, when I found this out I said happy birthday to me. But sadly I never got to see the movie and well when it vanished 2 weeks later it pissed me off, I think that the movie drowned under the twi-*BLEEP*-ery. But now that I read up on (just) about every comment and movie review I'm going to vote for a REDO! someone ELSE like a FAN of the series SHOULD DIRECT THIS FILM not some BIG WIG IDIOT who just ended up reading a SUMMARY instead of feeling the love that you can get from READING THE ENTIRE SERIES. Same...Record Sound Directly From Computer?HI all I have the same problem but in windows 7 have installed all needed drivers for my hardware, found the stereo mix, set it by default... And... When I record sound with any software (I use mp3mymp3) the recorded sound is very loud and goes very fast... I found no way to solve this...
