level of detail.Normal Maps In BlenderI followed your tutorial and it is pretty concise and clear- thanks. I have a problem though I am battling with- when I apply the normal map to my low poly mesh and render, it gives the effect of a really nice bump map. But it doesn't give the appearance of distorting the actual object as I expected... It still looks like a low poly object with a map on it, whereas your 'low resolution model with normal map' image looks just as complex as the the high res version, with rounded corners and everything. What have I missed?

Tip to Circle of Science : Normaly the board should have the letter "A" and "R" at the bottom. Turn you board around and place your first medal disk toucking both the edges of the two letters, making the radius of the circle is crosed bythe red cirlce. Your next two discs are important! Make sure these are not to high up or all hope is lost. These discs must be on both side edges of the red circle. To be succseful you must make the these two edges overlap barely just enough to cover the red in the center. The first three are acctually not very hard at all but are the base of the whole game, get these down perfectly or your last two are impossible. The last two discs are the hardest. The two discs must overlap while one takes up more space than the other. The shorter of the discs is easyer to put second so try your best to cover as much as possible with your fist disc while still mentaning space around the bottom of the circle. Your last disck should be easy as lond as none of your other discs have been bumped, moved, or placed inccorectly to high or two low. Another hint is to always start away from you and work towards you giving you a clearer image of where the bigger circle is.

You probably stopped the process "Explorer.exe" which has somthing to do with your desktop, i did that once and it went blank but it was fine after i restarted my computer. You files should of returned but never do that again cos half of those are needed to run your computer normally.

Windows 7 problemCannot Install Adobe Photoshop Cs3Hello! I have installing issues as well: a few days ago my Windows XP crashed. We tried to reinstall it but it didn't work (the system couldn't find the SP2 files on the CD and the installing stopped), so we installed Windows 7 instead. Trouble is, I had Photoshop CS3 Extended on another drive and didn't uninstall it before changing the operating system. Now I can't insall it because an error message pops up telling me a .Dll file from drive C is missing. I could actually launch the program from the directory on drive D but couldn't load any pictures or do anything else. I got a new error message telling me that another .Dll file was missing as well when I tried to open a .Psd image. I tried to uninstall the current version but I couldn't find the uninstall command. Deleting the folder did not help either. What should I do? Thanks in advance!

Science doesn't have all of the answers, and those they do are about half wrong. Then they say "the verdict is in", that's meaningless and arrogant - they're supposed to be questioning not dictating.And how about the fossil record - inconvertible proof they say. Okay. So you have a hundred fossils collected millions of years apart and you put them in order. Now explain why the species changed from the first to the last over time. I have FP2000-2003, Dreamweaver MX 2004, Dreamweaver cs3 &5, Exspression Web 1,2,3,4. I still have client sites in FP2000 that I built, have upgraded and maintained in FP2000 10 years ago. They still work fine, still are on the front pages of the search engines, much easier to maintain, upgrade and look the same in all the browsers. I've added All Web and Bluementals menus to the ones in FP2000...No problem...I use a 3rd party form, photo gallery, slide show generator with the sites with all my editors)...No problems. I have much less problems with FP2000 than Dreamweaver and EW and get the job done in 1/2 the times doing upgrades etc. For the ones that do not know how to code, care not to learn how to code, do not have the time and patience to learn how to code...Leave Dreamweaver an Expression Web alone and use Frontpage, Trillion on another free editor DW & EW are not WYSIWYG editors and will frustrate and intimidate you to no end so leave them alone and go with a WYSIWYG editor and have fun building your site or sites. It will show up and will work in all the browsers if you don't try to be a super " I can out code you" web designer and have funky things jumping all over your pages. MANY web designers use free or bought templates now and call themselves super web design guru's. Some are awesome coders and build their templates from scratch. You, as a novice and just want to have fun with your site, friends, your church or who ever's site forget what all the "others" are advising you to do and get you a copy of Frontpage and have at it and learn to build your own templates from scratch. As you use FP you'll also begin to learn how to do some coding. When FP extensions are gone you can still FTP with FP but I would advise you to learn how to FTP and use that over the FP Extensions. Frontpage is NOT dead and will continue on for years to come. MANY pro web designers still have it on their computers and still use it for situations where it works better for them than DW or EW.Have FUN! -reply by chucker

Same ProblemVGA Mode Not Supported Message On MonitorI just purchased an HP Pavilion 6540fdesktop with Windows 7 and hooked it up to my Samsung TV via the VGA hook up.It worked great until I was getting familiar with some of the installed programs, in particular a Roxio video program, when I got a message that said the Roxio program required a minimum resolution to work (don't remember what that was), and it asked "Do you want to change the resolution?" Well unfortunately I said yes and immediately got a blank screen except for themessage from my TV saying "Mode Not Supported". I can reboot in thesafe mode and change the resolution settings. A couple work in the safe mode,but no matter what I select, when I reboot in normal mode I just get "ModeNot Supported". My 10 year old Sony Vaio still works great when hooked upto the Samsung TV/monitor. I'm afraid to do a restore back to the one and onlyrestore point that it created when I first turned the computer on about 2 hours earlier. Will try hooking up via an HDMI to DVI-D cable in a day or two. If that doesn't work I will begin pulling out my hair, what little I have left. Any other suggestions? -reply by Bob H

copying old family picture.Walmart Photo Center I have a picture of my gggrandfather taken between 1861 and 1864 in the civil war. An old tin type. Taken by only God know who and only God know where. He was a medal of honor winner with the 7th Ind Vol at the battle of the wilderness. Other in the family have a copy and we would like to have some more copy's to share with other in the family, (not for profit.) I only would like to have a copy of the picture to show the grand kid. But the Vandalia Wal Mart will not let me copy it saying that it is copyrighted. Since the picture was made and pay for by my gggrandfather I'm sure he would have liked for us to have a copy of it. I think that it falls under the fair use section of the copyright law. And also I think that wal mart is losing money by not letting old picture like that by copied. Thank you Michael L Boggs

remote desktop display problemRemote Desktop Connection In Windows VistaHI: I have vista home with dual monitors and I connect to Microsoft SBS2008 with XP and when I connect, my home monitor only shows an area of 8x12inches of the remote desktop on my screen, the area around it is all black and I cant figure out how to make it fill the whole screen, and neither can the computer guys that work for my employer and they say it would take too long to figure out so they want me to get another computer with only one monitor (they think its a monitor issue)...But I really don't want another computer, because I don't have room for another one and I like my dual screen capabilities. well I read the answer that was given about the flash and the php/mysql and that kind of made me concerned since I have a website that is mostly php for the games but they are flash games aka .Swf files with a php file with it. I also have Adobe Flash Cs3 that I got because I was wanting to make my own games for my site. Now I am still learning and having a lot of troubles getting answers to where to even begin with question that at the time are clear but by the time I actually find some one that knows what they are doing I have forgot the question, and now after reading that answer this is really confusing me because does this mean that I can't make games for my site with Adobe Flash Cs3 for my phpbb arcade?
