Completely true. With DnD you can incorporate your imagination which the sky is the limit. With WoW there is a set number of things to do. And i agree with you on the social aspect as well. DnD is a lot more versatile.

I don't really think its fair to compare wow and DnD. Since one is a computer game and one is pen and paper, they are completly different.I can totally understand how you enjoy DnD more, but you can't campare the two directly.

I entered my phone # on one and I keep getting calls from them. I signed up last night and ive gotten like 6 calls today. But also I don't want to use a random phone number cause then some other poor soul will get the same thing happening. Anyone know how to make them stop calling me?

If you're talking about uploading music, yes it does. You just have to set it to "manually upload my music". And I don't think the iPod is bad. The navigation with the click wheel isn't great but I can easily live with it. It does exactly what I want it to do and I have had no problems with it for the couples years I've had mine. And as truefusion said, if you don't like the software, just install linux. I like it just fine.

It didn't look very good to me, although I never saw it. I'm kinda disappointed the way that John Travolta is doing a bunch of kids/non-action movies now. He was much better with his character in Pulp Fiction and other such things in my opinion.

Designer Yong-Seong Kim has brought us a MP3 player that can also play CDs. It has a really sleek design but seems unnecessary. Why not just upload the CD onto the MP3 player? I guess if the MP3 player didn't have enough room on it, you could just play the CDs directly but you could probably get a MP3 player with more space for the same price. One feature that would be really cool to have on it would be to transfer music from the CD its playing onto the MP3. What do you guys think?

Very interesting idea. They have partnered with companies that get over 60 million people a month. So there is pretty much no doubt that you will get that 1000 hits. They pretty much get free traffic to their site and the participants get free traffic as well! Ingenious!

Exactly. With the exception that they could get a little dirtier with their jokes. Only have the movie focused on the "plot". I say save your money, and if you really wanna see it, rent it when it comes out on dvd.

It wasnt that good at all. It had a few laugh out loud moments but overall it was pretty bad. What I think is that they made the story and then figured it was only gonna be about 45 minutes - an hour. So they just added a bunch of stupid jokes to fill in the rest of the time.

It sounds very interesting. Sounds like one of the most advanced browser-based games out there. It also reminds me of starcraft, except its not real time. In Starcraft you have to build things to get resources to build other things that make troops. You can have alliances and the goal is to destroy the enemy(s). But as mojo said, most of those games get boring after you get over the beginning awesomeness of the game.

Hockey. Extremely boring unless the guys get into fights. That is the only entertainment you ever get from hockey.

I don't understand why people don't like other religions than their own. It affects them in no way, it's just what that particular person believes in. But yet they try and try to take away that person's rights just because they are different than them. It's ridiculous.

Ok, first off, this post is extremely hypocritical but it has to be said. What really grinds my gears is when people go out of their way to dis and make fun of people who like certain things. For example, someone goes to a Tv show's website just to post "This show sucks". I mean, why the hell bother? Why not just deal with it, accept what other people like, and get on with your life. But noooooo, these jerks have to go and try to make other people feel bad so they can maybe just feel a little bit better about their pathetic lives. Harsh, I know, but sometimes true. The sick thing is, other people have the common decency to not go and bother that person about what they like. So, they get a feeling that they're better than everyone else and can go around and keep dissing other people. Now, if someone were to calmly explain why they do not enjoy the subject, that would be fine. But it's when people go and just say "This show sucks" or whatever with the intention of hurting people, thats what really gets to me. Ok, now my defense. Some of you might think that I was just describing myself in a very ironic paragraph, but I think I am more justified. You see, I am posting to defend the poor innocent people who get dissed for enjoying something. I am not trying to make anyone feel bad, I am just venting my frustration. Thank you for reading.

There's a FPS in development called Project Offset. It has a campaign, multiplayer, and even a multiplayer campaign. It looks like one of the coolest games ever. It will be interesting to see how it is compared to previous versions. Seeing that it is microsoft, I doubt it will come anywhere close to FF3. Just like vista, I bet it will be shinier but have so many security things you have to get around that it will be extremly annoying to use.
