I used to play this when I was younger, probably 13-14. Only 3-4 years back. I got into it quickly, but I never really liked the idea over all. It was kind of sluggish, and I didnt like the idea of paying for credits. They have a new 3D one out, forget the name but its really cool because you can built and buy clothes ect while building your room. Still, the chat and whatnot seemed slow. If I wanted to chat live, and msn/forums werent happening, I go use IRC to meet and make new friends. But I'd rather just go to a real life party and make friends. Habbo seems to be a place for people who don;t want to go socialize outside of there home lol. No offense.

I have two gmail account which I use (I run them through outlook express). I also have a hotmail account because MSN is used around my location. Most, if not all, of my friends use MSN as the main messenger (got over 350 right now). I had an aim account, but only used that when I was into web design scene where alot of personal websites that affiliated tended to use AIM. I have never used YIM, and I had ICQ vaguely but never really liked it because I only had 1-2 close friends with it. I have used trillian when I had msn/aim but I never really liked it. So I stuck with msn instead. Only thing I don;t like about msn is how the email comes up in IE, so I got a 3rd party script that opens the email with my primary browser which is firefox, however I tend to click and watch alot of the msn video stories and whatnot and they dont work on firefox. I guess I should probably look for a hack, or just take the plug in off as I really don;t mind using IE7 that much considering I dont really use hotmail as my email service, just as a gateway for msn. Then again, I could always make a new msn account using my gmail. That seems like a good idea to me.Actually while Im on the topic, I should consolidate all my accounts into one gmail account. Meaning, make one gmail account (A new one with a universal account name that I could use for hotmail and my new email) and have both my other two gmail accounts forward to my main account. I cant eliminate my other emails because I've used one for sooo long, my other is for websites and online alias, and then my hotmail. Anyway, yea I use MSN w/ hotmail account... then two gmail accounts :XD:

Congratulations... Sometimes I wish I could stop. I dont smoke cigarettes, I only smoke mini-cigars. Captain blacks to be specific. I usually enjoy one a day, but on weekends if I go out drinking I'll buy a pack and go through it easily that night. I just took my walk for a cigar, and lately I've really wanted to stop. Im 18 this saturday and my parents don;t know I smoke. My dad actually thinks I only have them when I'm drinking because he had seen me one time. But I still feel guilty and I have to sneak around to have a smoke. Hopefully I can pull together some motivation to stop, but I really enjoy having them when I drink. I think I am going to try and stop having them unless I am drinking, and even when I am drinking I will try to slow down over time. Lets see if I can pull together enough will power to stop smoking unless I am drinking. So I guess that ciga Ijust had will be my last one until I go out drinking... which will probably be Saturday night. Then after that I'll try to stop until the following weekend where I am going camping at a party spot. (The camp ground is at sauble beach... At this campground mostly kids go to, and Labour Day Weekend is college weekend over there, so I'll definately end up smoking cigars cause I plan on bringing a couple 2-4's for the two days/nights)Anyway... congratulations and I am going to try to reduce myself. I am looking at Plan 7S. I plan on hosting a download database, and since I am paying for the bandwidth I don't see how this can cause any red flags with the terms or conditions. i plan to host content that is copyrighted however may be used personally (non-commercially). Will this cause my account to be investigated/suspended/terminated by Xisto - Web Hosting?

You gotta be careful with these types of sites. Some sites make it ridiculously hard to cash out even though it looks like it may be easy. Other sites are scams but some do work and are good. You really should check out the money making section of the forum to see which sites to go with and which to avoid.

Well.. I looked at the website "Xisto Watch" and the guy is obviously a clown. I am going to quote a few statements from his site and explain why he is an idiot. Lets be honest people... Xisto obviously doesn't exist simply to please random web users. Every websitehas a purpose and I'm sure the founder of Xisto is not paying hundreds of dollars of bandwidth to resell to you for free. Xisto offers a sample of a service - if the user likes it then theres a chance he will upgrade to a paid host in the same network. Most free hosts without ads work on this theory. Can't seem to organize his thoughts very well. Notice how he is saying the site was created because T17 was allegedly deleteing posts, but he'll take it down if BuffaloHelp leaves because of abuse. Seem like two completely different issues. This guy is an idiot. Would you atleast put ads on your website to benefit from the ridiculous scheme. Would an admin please get his IP and relate it to another account?

TRAP 17 SUCKS! jk/jk/jk love the site. Good forums most of all. I haven't had a chance to really use the web hosting yet as I haven't established a site. And the one I'm working on is going to need alot of bandwidth/space so it'll miss out on Xisto's host. But hopefully I can put my account to some good use.

Good to see another user join up already posting knowledge and ideas. Mixing Science and Philosophy will definitely make for some factual, yet opinionated posts. As for the extra wordy people - they don't last long and you'll notice that very quickly. You need to be looking for more than just a host when you come to Xisto. Would you recommend any particular survey sites?

Well I posted my review on all of the above except for the Xisto - Web Hosting/qupis - even though I just copied/pasted one review to each site. Lol SM did that as well. While reviewing the sites, I visited the Xisto network and noticed Xisto. I've seen it before and visited but I never looked into it to much. I've noticed a few members from T17 are there and I'm wondering why they have Xisto co-exist with AltaHost when they both have the same features except that Alta offers dedicated bandwidth.

hehe, i used to use a ruler on Yahoo! Pool but found when I didnt use it, I didnt play as good. As for the no-scope method... Use a very small square piece of masking tape and that should be good. I think I've done that before on Counter-Strike - only problem on a CTR monitor if you move, the thickness of the glass changes the image on the screen.

I've been with a brother site... 789mb.com and its not the best. They all use the same template and are basically the same host. As for the one cent deal - thats to upgrade to paid hosting. The paid hosting is another site, probably the father site.

Actually bad idea... Direct X used to be backwards compatible, meaning newer versions of Direct X would still run games that required older versions. When DirectX 10 came out, it was built for a different graphics architecture - specifically Windows Vista. Make sure your 'hardware acceleration' is set to full under The display properties > advanced. I googled around and found some solutions for you aswell. Well, I don;t think you should shop at that store anymore. You have to find a place that gives some good support. It's basically like looking for webhosting... they all iffer the same features at the same prices... its how good your support can be. Once you find a store with some good support and will still care about you after you leave the store... stick with them.

Welcome... if your primary reason for upgrading a monitor is gaming, id suggest you'd go as low as you can on the "response time". 5ms should work fine but you can go lower. Also, you will need a graphics card that can support the monitor on its native resolution which means if your monitor runs best at 1024x768 and your only running your game at 800x600, then your going to lose some visual area. I was also reading something to do with grey-to-grey response time which has to do more with gaming than the plain simple response time... im not sure why that is and you might want to research it, but the only problem is - it is rarely listed with the monitor. Ive had a flip phone for some time, and whats nice is the screen cant get scratched... But slide phones are the new trend and you might want to look into one.

I dont like poorly designed one either, but I do not know flash/javascript so everytime I have a DIV overflow: scroll it puts a nice big ugly scroll bar where my main content is. Guess ima have to learn another way of styling the scroll bar.. perhaps java?I dont wanna go the flash route.
