It depends on what web page its for. Like if you're doing a web page for some login page then use php, but just a normal page like some introduction about your self with no advanced features i.e. guestbook. Then use html. To me html is easier, but php gives you more functionality. Also if you don't want people looking at your webpage's code use php, only advanced users that know how to create web browsers can know your 'code'

Whats Your Favourite Rts Game? favourite rts game.
csp4.0 replied to TeamOuT's topic in Computer Gaming
Generals? *spits in disgust*I like all the C&C series except Generals, since it ruins the whole story line thingy, no soviet army, no tiberium ruins the whole thing. Yep EA i'm talking to you.Ok other than the C&C series (except generals) I like the Dawn of War seriesand although it barely runs on my computer Supreme commander, I just love the aaa vs bbb battles, hundreds, sometimes thousands of units. More like a movie than the game when played properly expecially that artillery piece that took me7 hours to build.Any other rts games? let me thinkAhh the total annihilation game created by the same person that created SupCom, one of the best games.Company of Heroes didn't appeal to me that much because it just didn't seem you know battle-y enough to slow. -
What's Your Obsession When It Comes To Hygiene
csp4.0 replied to master_bacarra's topic in Health & Fitness
I ain't obsessed with cleaning but I do do alot of it, since if you're too clean your body's immune system will become very wea so when you do catch a disease it'll be hard to get rid of. I do wash my hands and such -
A Relationship Of Mine Was Ruined Through Myspace.
csp4.0 replied to Se?or Maniac's topic in General Discussion
If you live within walking distance (or similar) you should consider talking to her personally, not electronically. I know how much damage a hacker could do. My best advice - Make sure that you keep each other's trust and believe in each other, or else the 'relationship' can wreck havoc on your or your partner's life -
If you are using a old OS i.e. win95. The MBR may not be protected, so the virus may start even before DOS is started. All newer OSes have the MBR protected, so could be that.

Long Distance Relationship Advice? LDRs... Not Fun
csp4.0 replied to Rosaline's topic in Dating And Relationships
Trust is the main thing here, you'll have to trust your partner isn't cheating on you, and should always be in contact even if its just an e-mail. Remember to always say something like an 'I Love You' or something, or your partner will feel that you don't love your partner anymore. Fighting over the phone or even over msn should be a complete no-no, not only does it breaks your relationship. -
Monopoly has no strategy in it, it only has luck. And yes, I agree with you that chess requires alot of strategy, but what about those games such as Warhammer 40,000, or risk though not many play them anymore, It is nice to know that people still value them, Like a complete set of Warhammer 40,000 figurines and buildings can cost up to 10,000 dollars. As more people move into this computerised age all the good old classics will simply wither and die. So get off your seat and play a good game of risk (you'll like it)

Yes, well I remember the good old days, anyone here know about the warhammer 40,000 board game? well it's pretty fun, and really dear these days

Microsoft Claims Vista Is More Secure Than Linux
csp4.0 replied to Saint_Michael's topic in Operating Systems
yes, I agree with el mafu, linux is much more secure than Vista, even though i have vista installed, I still regret not installing ubuntu linux first. Anyhoo i have used linux, and if you're on a network you should install AV just in case -
After watching just the first ten minutes I'm already convinced, because the fires cannot be compared to the madrid fires, but I did hear that the floors were built very poorly, the structural resistance of those steel floors are only supposed to be used in buildings less than 20 stories high. So maybe 1 kg of pure semtex or 2 pounds of c4 should be able to weaken the floors so much that they collapse like dominoes, kinda like the oklahoma bombing

Yes, if mars used to be 'livable' earth will be too hot and much of the surface would be basalt. And currently much of earth's crust is basalt so that is an idea, or if a war erupted on mars that resulted in global evacuation, or something similar, they maybe able to land a pod of bacteria that slowly evolved inside the pod, and when earth became right for life, the pod self destructed resulting in the already evolving bacteria being spread across much more land, meaning that the bacteria will spread across earth faster, and so we came from those bacteriums, thus supporting te evolution theory

we do have a sixth sense, it is a small part of the brain on the very front of our foreheads, it analyses previous experiences, knowledge with what is currently happening, that is why you sometimes get the feeling that something bad is going to happen. It may not be so accurate, but it certainly can save your life one day.

It is sooooo... sad when someone in your family dies but everyone must die, and you can't get over it, unlike some people that say stuff like ... Oh, it'll be alright. well it isn't alright and it'll never be. So unless someone can find the fountain of youth we are all going to die at some stage. For those people who loose their family members, I suggest to you that you should always be prepared for a death. what happens is meant to happen, changing it will create a whole new parrallel universe

Yes, I agree with above. And why do you need any game consoles when you have your trusty computer. And there should be patches for particular games that need them if they have a serious bug or something. Consoles need to be more flexible like computers or else they'll always be less popular than the computer

Well, I am a religous person, and following the old Testament, people should be not hanged or electric chaired but stoned yep, stoned. It would demoralize murderers and would stop them from commiting such horrific crimes. Life Sentence is just a waste of tax payer's money, it'll be cheaper if they dumped the prisoners in the sea.

csp4.0 replied to velma's topic in General Discussion
My room is and probably always will be squeaky clean, because I'm hardly ever in my room, and there is hardly an stuff in my room. Once a week I vacuum my room and once every month I clean all the draws and stuff -
Till now I've been playing the piano and I'm probably going to stick with it for some reason. And I think being a musician helps you develop more on you mind and imagination

Cracking too much can give you arthritis, and you do pop something when you pull you knuckles (or something else) I would suggest that you stop before you get to the point where you have severe arthritis, I used to crack my knuckles, but I stopped after I learnt that it can give you arthritis
