rts (command and conquer, dark crusade, supreme commander etc), fps (battlefront 2, battlefield 2142, counter strike etc), and thats about all, i just hate Warcraft, and all that, I just think that they're trying to make something really good. But in reality it's not so good.

Um, you'll have to check that out your self. Try making a website that doesn't have much words in it, so you'll know which site is your's in Google. Then change your code, so it redirects. It should work, because I've come across some sites that do this before. But i can't see their code

Re-do Of My Site! Please Review :) projectjim.co.uk

It's a very well done site Jimmy. Those pictures somehow make me think about Imperial Stormtroopers. -
Gamemaker isn't that bad actually, but I would rather make a game using pure C++ and some voxels and graphics and stuff like that, because once you build your game with Gamemaker, the game belongs to GM

You people are all forgeting something!ALL WEB PAGES REQUIRE HTML. You cannot build 1 web page without atleast 1 line of HTML, so HTML is surely the best code there is (even though it might not be a code to some people).C# is only good for user interfaces, if you want a reliable program, go and learn C++. Java may be simple but is slower than C++And what the hell is C##? no such thing unless you mean C++

Too late for me, I've already upgraded, though I kept my original XP in a different Parition, so I can use both. But Vista is only about eye candy, nothing more. It wastes alot of RAM and Hard Disk Space. My Recommended Specs for running Windows Vista x64 or x86:Intel Core 2 Extreme - Overclocked to 3.2GHz4GB DDR2 or FB-DIMM RAM4TB HDD (2 2TB HDDs)nVidia Geforce 7950 GX2so if you can't buy that, Win vista won't really be good on your computerbtw, a system like that costs around US$10,000 from Alienware

First Sig Using The Gimp [by Imtay22]
csp4.0 replied to Imtay22's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
thats pretty good, but i'd prefer one with a lighter colour like the one you're using right now, but that writing has got to be more 'bold' if you know what I mean -
I have made a theory, but it will be extremely expensive and heavy. Ok her goes:Because you need the basic elements like an electron and a proton (sometimes a neutron) to make an atom. You'll need alot of tiny super-electro magnets, a place of 100% vacuum.First, you'll need to build the room, using alot of complex mathematical equations, put all those magnets around and inside the room. Put the anti-matter particles in pure form, and simplify them so all thats left is only positrons, negatrons, and the opposite of a neutron, then space them out, so each type of particle will rule over 1 part of the room. That will store the particles, and to use them, build another room, using the same technique, but put matter into it.Build a 'atom mixer' then just using those magnets, carefully move those anti-matter and matter particles into th mixer, BOOM! They collide providing the USS Enterprise Thrust.

Favorite Os? What is your Favorite Operating system
csp4.0 replied to Mafian's topic in Operating Systems
The best OS ever made by MS is WinXP SP2, and the most 'eye-candy-ish' OS is Windows Vista. For Linux, i would choose Ubuntu LinuxI hate Macs for some reason. And Solaris is too expensive. My Overall Favourite would be XP, it has good management on RAM and CPU usage, good Compatibility, and good Virus protection -
Because when you conquer all the provinces in WH40,000: DoW: Dark Crusade. You see Kronus, a couple of planets near Kronus with battles on them (If you look carefully enough, you could just make out a Necron Monolith) then you see 'Relic 2007'Also when you destroy the Orks, it shows Gorgutz 'Ead 'Unter escaping with a nob. They are clearly heard talking about going to another planet and ruling over it.So do you think there is going to be a Dawn of War 2? if yes, would you be interested in it? i certainly would.

Um, maybe. I didn't like very much because:1. It doesn't play on x64 systems (lucky i had my xp pc) 2. It took me 3 Days just to get it to work 3. Campaign doesn't connect with TS 4. GDI is too over powered, 1 mammoth tank can destroy 2 NOD bases and 3 Scrin Bases. 5. NOD Avatar is too weak, my avatar got destroyed by 2 missile squads and 1 light infantry squad. 6. Superweapons are too strong, 1 blow from a nuke, ion cannon, or rift can cripple you. You can't do anything about it. 7. EA Changed the name, it is supposed to be Tiberian Twilight. That is all, but there are many more. Many more.

Game runs fine on my computer which JUST meets the minimum requirements, just a slow response. But the loading screen only appears for about 30 Seconds, so not too long. The only problem I've got is RAM!! Oh! I'm running Windows Vista using 1GB RAM 850MB Actually, because its shared with graphics card. I need to end every avalible process just to start playing, and i have to restart after i finish. I might install it on the WinXP pc now, but no DX10
