I havent put any music up, but i am working on an acoustic christian soul project. I'll post again when i get it online. Its a solo project, and it uses a lot of odd chords and tonalities to create some weird sounds. i also beatbox the drums on songs that need drums, since my drum machine is from the 80's and i cant play drums.

yes, FFIX was my favorite. While VII was hook, line and sinker for me, IX was my favorite. While sephiroth was the creepiest bad guy ever, always being one step ahead of you, VII was way too short. And I beat it 3 times. IX was much tougher, and I've only beat it through once, but I beat kuja a whole bunch of times to see the sweet ending movie over and over. I think, as unrealistic as the characters are (although dagger is hot ) the cut scenes were better in IX, save the ending of VII (post credits) and where sephiroth *WARNING SPOILER WARNING*kills aries/arieth. I never liked her anyways. Another great spin on "rpg" is star ocean the second story(ps1) and till the end of time(ps2). The original is for sfamicom, so good luck reading it. Its a cool spin, because in battle, you actually have full, real time control over your character. Sweet pair of games.

I listen to DJ Sammy, bt, paul oakenfold, bus stop, and any, as I call it, "organic techno"(techno with real instruments) such as joe satriani or blue man group. Also all the groups listed below...Well, if you're looking for some new trance music, stop by your local best buy or go to http://www.bestbuy.com/ and find a cd called "A Trip In Trance" This is a 2 cd package and both cd's are packed full of trance hits. Here's a list of the artists:Midtone, sonorous, above & beyond, push vs. Globe, hemstock & jennings, hiver & hammer ft. Javah, supakane, dj cor fijneman ft. Jan johnston, darren tate vs. Jono grant, gtr, holden & thompson, oceanforce, paul van dyk, aluna... CD 2: northbound, traxxor, dj blackbird, khaan, inqdine, bee dee, evangelion, inner vibes, privilege, dj peke, trancepulse inc., dob xl, dj tosh, nb, szartd&trancejax, gate 42.Also look for the water dance music cd "this is trance" its a bit more "mainstream" as far as trance goes. For a change of pace, check out happy hardcore. The only cd I've ever see of it is called "happy2bhardcore" It is speed techno with rockin beats and goofy vocal effects. Another great subgenre is drum and bass/breakbeats. I don't think either would be good by itself, but together they make for some interesting songs. A good cd for that is xperience drum & bass. Finally, last but not least, chillout. Its like coldplay or radiohead on sedatives. Or dido. Its all very mello and soothing. Good for sleeping. Just look around for chillout, as it is one of the more popular subgenre for collections. If all else fails, locate yourself a copy of dance dance revolution for dreamcast/playstation/ps2 and dance your heart out.

I own a tmobile sidekick 2. In fact, I am posting right now, in the middle of class, on it. This device is amazing. It features a full web browser, aim and yim services, calendar, camera, email, and it's a phone. You can also play games on it. You might be thinking, "wow! I want one! This device is amazing!" unfortunatly, it is not amazing. Here's what the hype won't tell you.First of all, the service. I'm not sure about the rest of the country, but the service here sucks. There are maybe 5 people in my town that have a sidekick. Ohio is not a huge 'hipster' area. But for the past week, I've been lucky to have data service. It is constantly down, and tmobile just says reboot it, and wait, and then they give me bonus minutes. The web browser. Basic html. No animated gifs, no movies, no sound, no java/javascript. All the web pages have a white background. It does show picture, though. No flash/shockwave. Many pages unaccessable because of those flaws.Downloads for the device. This deserves its own category. If you have tmobile for a service provider, all you get is what's in the download fun catalog. Unless you become a developer and void your warranty, you have no choice. YIM is a free download, and you can download one game. Don't plan on downloading games from online, no matter who your provider is. Ringtones can be downloaded on non tmobile (aka outside of america) phones. The camera. Not too many complaints, except that the quality is crap. Also, no mms. You have to email all your pictures.Txt msgs. Slow, and unreliable. But free with the plan! I guess its okYIM and AIM. Yim never stays connected and stops responding about once every 10-30 minutes. You sometimes won't get messages at all, and sometimes the person you are talking to won't, either. AIM is ok, but sometimes lags for up to 5 minutes. The phone. I've never had any problems, but others have complained about the phone dying while moving, and only having 3 minutes talk time before it disconnects. I have talked on my phone for almost an hour straight with little problems. It is very quiet, though, and I find myself turning speakerphone on when it is up by my ear, just to hear it.Over all, the phone is crap. lack of security is a huge part (paris hilton's account got hacked online). Don't get this if you want a reliable phone. Its just a very nice toyThank you for reading thisAaron

Just curious. Anyone who likes true alternative rock should pick up this cd dvd combo. Its kind of a rare find, but well worth your money.Their music on this cd is very heavily plastered with synth parts and goofy vocals and lyrics. Tons of guitar effects all over the place. the dvd is amazing with a few different music videos, dvd audio bonus tracks, and "waveform cartoons". The cartoons look like windows media player. The audio from the cd is also on the cd, but on the dvd it is mixed for 5.1 surround sound. The effect is dizzying, and sounds great, even through headphones. Bass lines chasing around your heads, drum parts bouncing between beats, a different drum kit for each speaker, and a guitar hopping every strum for the intro of a song. Amazing mixing and a neat futuristic sound like nothing else I've ever heard- except from their buddy Steve BurnsPeaceAaron

I got dreamweaver mx from a friend, and use it, flash mx 2004 pro, and fireworks mx. I used to use a prehistoric visual editor (pre crappage) but I don't remember the name. I tried front page, but it was after I had already started with DW. I can't believe microsoft would put their name on this low quality prog.... Never mind. I forgot I run windows. Dw rules

Wow, you all have time to watch tv and post on a message board and build websites? Do any of you work? J/k... All my favorite shows aren't on tv anymore. I loved Sheep in the big city, yakkity yak, rocko, and kablam, tho

Wow, has anyone ever heard of/attemped to play this game? This game is amazing. It is set in a post cold war ussr country where a totalitarian 'president' took control and silences all opposition. When you were young, he killed your parents and you want revenge. How do you do it? By starting a new faction to battle the government. How do you do that? I have no idea. While the game has beautiful graphics, and a good story/objective, the delivery was horrible. The game is controlled by queing 'actions' to be done during parts of the day. 'Actions' is a very loosely used word, because it is more movie than action. Its a choose your own adventure movie. While the actions are nicely animated, you never have time to watch them, because you are trying to cue actions on the minimap the whole time. The booklet is a joke for this game. The ingame tutorials are all static images that say refer to instruction book for more information. Over a period of about 3 or 4 hours, it starts to make sense, but only if you have the patience, and you don't play any other game at all.The voice acting is great, for speaking a russing sounding version of simspeak. The music is excellent. Full symphonic orchesteras and everything. This game gets a 2 out of 5. Its a great idea, great graphics and sound, but the delivery totally sucks on it.

Best. Games. Ever. ps2 games. cheap and good
lacking_imagination replied to lacking_imagination's topic in Computer Gaming
While many people argue with me and say that san andreas is the best game. Well, when it was new, it was. I beat it in less than a week. My file became corrupt somehow, and I tried to start over. Honestly, I did. But I then took the $35 in eb credit for it. Alien Hominid is only $30 and katamari damacy is $20. Although those two games are beatable in a weekend each, there is so much extra stuff in each. I have beaten alien hominid twice now, and will continue to play it. Its hand animated 2d graphics, surprisingly, are fresh compared to the tried and true 3d of gta games. Check out http://www.alienhominid.com/ for info on it, and I can't remember katamari damacy's website. They are both good, cheap games. -
Useless Posts Dont you hate useless responses?
lacking_imagination replied to Rudy1405241475's topic in General Discussion
I think you should just google 'useless posts' to find the answer to your question... Just kidding. I agree that that is a bad response. I surf on a tmobile sidekick 2. Dial up speeds, one browser. One page at a time takes forever to find information, but my mom won't let me get internet on my computer, so its better than nothing. Actual answers would be nice -
How Long To Learn Dreamweaver?
lacking_imagination replied to chris1234's topic in Websites and Web Designing
Well, for someone such as myself, who doesn't know the difference between php, html, and xhtml (I'm not a noob, I just was out of the loop for a while), dreamweaver, when paired up with fireworks and possibly flash, is one of the best programs you can use. Frontpage sites, imo, suck. But dreamweaver gives you so much freedom. Not as much as a plain text html editor, but since its been about 9 years since I've coded html, I don't mind. Well, here's a review of what I've used and I learned most of it in about an hour. Very nice, and simple templates. Usually I ignore templates on any program, but these are usable. Also, the built in tutorials, as with all macromedia programs I have used (except freehand. Ug.) are nice. Creating hotspots in images to use as links is a click and drag process. Linking to external sites, I.e. Going from index.html to http://www.relientk.com/, is frustrating at times, but if you remember the http:// its not that bad. I'm trying to figure out how to play streaming sound as a background, and I'll make a tutorial when I do. A lot of editing is visual, but it is possible to use it as a code editor, making it versatile. I tried editing a page I made in frontpage, and the lack of options almost made me contemplate suicide. Dreamweaver is fairly easy to jump into, and I would recommend it. It shouldn't take too long, unless you hapen to like the ever so limited frontpage.PeaceAaron -
Oh, I remember what the caffiene mints were called. They were made by stacker (the fat burning people) and it was calld 'stingers'... Just in case anyone was wondering. Plus if you chew them, they send a massive shock into your system... Woohoo!

Also, if you don't want all the setup hassle of a phpBB, look for the fully modded version like https://www.hugedomains.com/domain_profile.cfm?d=mfhosting&e=com uses. It has a cool fade transiton between pages and is already set up for you. Very, very simple to use. I think the official website is http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ but I'm not 100%positive. Just ask jeeves cus google is the devil. Peace Aaron

I was just wondering... Isn't this risky? What if it leaks? Is it really worth it? Let me know your opinion... PeaceAaron

All servers are currently down. You should keep checking the shoutbox for updates from nilsc and if opaque gets here... It seems to be a virus. Check back later

Well, my only internet access is the library and school, so i dont download much... i do have flash mx 2004 pro and the rest of mx studio, and ive managed to fill half a 74 gb hd with music, animations, and games. maybe i should cut back... It only took me like 3 months to fill that much up without the internet... eeek! Well, looks like im heading to best buy soon...

In my opinion, paying more than $20 usd a month is outrageous. Plus, unless you do a lot of online gaming, I don't think you really need broadband. Buy a 512 meg, or bigger, flash drive and download stuff from a public library. And if you want gaming, flash drives come at least as big as 2 gb (that's the biggest I've seen) so you can install a game to them. My only internet is @ school, the library, and my highly unreliable, slower than 33.6k, tmobile sidekick 2. That's all u need. PeaceAaronBtw, most broadband internet here is aroud 50 usd without a discount/sale/whatever

Well, check out my forum @ http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ bbs I did it with phpbb thru my control panel, and I think the only ad is the copyright info and the pic up top that says phpBB. Its under fantastico, I think, and I even set it up through my tmobile sidekick2. Its def. worth checking out. PeaceAaron

While doom 3 was pretty, ths story/gameplay/scariness was just a rehash of past first person shooters. If its gonna be pretty, make it good like resident evil 4 or the suffering. I would much rather play doom 95, sans demonic symbols and prettyness. I STILL play starfox-the snes one- regularly. Because it was new and refreshing. Nothing else came close to it. Now, its all been done. The only thing that was getting new/refreshing recently was final fantasy before xi joined the ever growing group of mmorpg's. Eventually, we'll all be playing 8bit games and wishing for mode7 again. And the superfx chip. Lol. Peace
