  1. This function is not built-in in neither cs2 and as far as I know neither cs3 (but in the next release it will be implemented for sure ). I use a tablet too but I think I can cope up with not rotating the tablet, even though it IS quite valuable in some cases. --- Searching google I found this extract (adobe.com) : even though I cannot really see the help offered through this idea ;p The only final advice I can give you is to switch between opencanvas (or better Painter which has had this feature for a long long time) and photoshop... It isn't much helpful but it's the only easy solution right now. Oh and abandoning photoshop is a solution but I wouldn't count on it.
  2. I'd say Nineteen Eighty Four (1984) by Orwell is by far my favourite, apart from some Dostoyiefski books of course Don't know if you have read it...Talks about a dystopian government and its influence on the population...This book has not only influenced me personally but also COUNTLESS future books, movies and other arts. Check it out : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nineteen_Eighty-Four
  3. Also, aren't there any private servers for this thing (as well as any other massive multiplayer rpg that I know of)... I googled it and found out this page : http://www.xtremetop100.com/world-of-warcraft Maayyybe, you don't even HAVE to pay anything...(it's the vitali way ) I for one played lineage2 for a couple of weeks in a greek server (B'n' and then understood how much time I'm losing for a silly game and just quit it...no remorse really cause I hadn't paid any money for the foolishness. Reminds me of the southpark episode... "I don't have a WoW account, I've got a life" (Sic)
  4. If you search this forum you'll find a lot of threads discussing the whole deal of increasing the page ranking of your page... Just use the search form http://forums.xisto.com/topic/222-misc/ Also, I would advise you to check the same engine for more links : https://www.google.gr/search?q=increase+page+ranking Generally, there are some programs which may help you but maybe they're too generic...I would expect others to fill you in in the subject.
  5. I thought that the whole scheme of introducing it a beta and having it locked out (and only if you were offered an invitation were you given a chance to register) was just to increase the rep of the whole procedure and product...I mean gmail was becoming extra-cult(ish), especially in the first months when we had never seen something similar...In my opinion, the whole invitation thing helped it become no.1 in the first steps of the game, of course...(cause afterwards, its user-friendly interface helped it a long way)...
  6. I can't really understand what/why you wrote such a thing. Genocide IS the systematic killing of a certain race/nation... What matters is the hypocritical attitude of many countries which have commited racial extermination in the past. Instead of just acknowledging the mistakes of the past, thus making sure it is never reiterated, they just refuse to make the truth come to the surface... Examples are many but I for one am concerned with Turkey in particular and their armenian and pontiac race murders...Other examples are countries in Africa which have commited atrocities and still can't seem to understand what impact they had.. The most profound and controversial issue is how USA has helped all these mass murders (actively or not)...I will not press the issue cause I know that many people in here Are Americans and they will throw their propaganda against me... Some Links for follow-ups... http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/102803.stm http://www.armeniapedia.org/index.php?titlmenian_Genocide http://www.armenian-genocide.org/ http://afrocubaweb.com/news/afghangenocide.htm https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rwandan_Genocide Also, one good link, again coming from wikipedia is this : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Democide One great blog post about the american genocides is this : http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ I don't want you to believe all these things...just opening our minds is one really big step from a simple forum... Notice from truefusion: Must use the QUOTE bbcode when copying other's post into your own.
  7. At last, something to stop the monopoly of this site...Companies, when not affected by an antagonist tend to be what paypal was all these years, real sons of ***** ...It's not only the case that google will be presumably good (When at last it becomes world-wide) but also, that it will push paypal and make it become more user-friendly... Having a foot in your a*s tends to make someone work harder, they say...
  8. "Now assisted suicide is a whole different story, I believe that assisted suicide is absolutely retarded, anyone who "Assists" someone on killing themselves should go kill themselves as well because they are worthless and meaningless to the world."What an enlightened point of view...So people who are too sick to even more their tongue and plea the doctors to stop the machines so that they can stop their painful existence are idiots too ?So, our ENLIGHTENED human civilisation can't even tolerate one's freedom to choose their own path ? So, it's retarted to help someone exit from his/her misery (think, someone who can't take his own life because he's unable to do anything, for example, because of an accident).Even most of the pan-idiotic religions of this planet don't condone suicide, helping someone take his life...for some silly reasons...You really expect that you won't go to paradise because you tried to take your life ? Paradise ? 10year old myth-stories to frighten people so that they have a certain code of behaviour ?People have gone a long way from their early Primate ancestors but I still feel that their perverted sense of good and evil is more clouded than ever before...If we find stupidity in freedom, then the next step is to find reason for the killings (Afghanistan, Palestine, Iraq) no matter if they are small children or soldiers, we'll find sense in genocide (Pontus, Armenia), we'll find logic in seperation based on social micro-differences....Maybe you don't see the connection at first but, maybe you don't even find the connection between suicide-helping others take their lives when they can't and freedom...In the end, it's another small rock of the wall that was built to protect the vanity of our species.
  9. You're going to get much more help using the official fora for the subdream csm... http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ Just post the same thing in their technical problems section... As I'm seeing it, it's a problem with the integration of the forum in your site ? Maybe reinstalling vbulletin or the whole subdreamer will fix the problem. Well, good luck and I hope you will find a solution soon...Problems tend to cause me some anxiety too when I see that I can't find a workable solution
  10. I've also experienced many lucid dreams after a lot of efforts on my behalf. t gets quite easier when you start to remember most of your dreams (people either forget their dreams or forget that they even had one)...The secret is to write all the dreams you see the moment you wake up to start remembering them more easily and maybe sleeping more than usually...I only had lucid dreams when I was sleeping more than 8 hours....Also, don't forget to check for astral projection too. Even though It has vague similarities, it's still another thing people should research and try with all their strength to accomplish for the mere beauty of the results...
  11. I kinda like it. It's minimalistic but maybe others won't like the plain design (maybe some stronger graphics which are more suitable for a hosting plan like computers, wires or something would suit better)...The only thing I didn't like was how you stretched the flag and maybe the texts that you wrote...Btw, " Its extremely versatile website editors and cPanel are loaded "Its, not it's
  12. Will definitely agree with Koopler on the coffee place. Then again, you have to consider the fact that you may not have met the right girl for you yet. I dont meet the one you are going to marry n *BLEEP*, but the one you will have a great time with, and click with from day one.Hell, I have no idea what American girls are like, but most women have some standard ways of thinking and reactions, so i guess that you should be patient, and most importantly, keep dating women.Dating will give you experience. If you have noticed that there is stuff that you do that repeatedly has no result on women, then... erm... stop doing it . Try different approaches, and most importantly, keep your morale high. NO woman wants a man with low self-esteem.
  13. Whoa... take it easy there man, Im sure the guy had no intention of ripping off this fine piece of intellectual property from someone else just to make himself famous... no need to be so strict and threatening!!! This is a post for fun for chrissakes... no need to report anything!! Just remind the man, dont go on telling him how you are going to report and show him just because he broke the forum rules... Btw trave-uk, no such piece for uk-ers, or at least none found at the above weblinks.
  14. Way to go Canada!!! Although I do believe this was partly a publicity stunt, these guys saved that kid from a lot of trouble... 10,000 $!!! Now that must have made his father a pretty pissed-off man!!!
  15. No need to correlate such an incident with a general attitude towards death... even if we were attending... public executions, chances are he would still kill these people and run off to holidays with that girl of his.The kid was simply crazy and ruthless, so he killed his folks, and unknowingly flushed his life and future down the toilet.Btw... "Maybe we should go back to public executions where the whole town turned out, brought their kids, and vendors sold refreshments in the crowd, like in the days of the Old West"????????Whoa... and I thought that it was a good thing that we stopped making a spectacle out of peoples' agonizing deaths...
  16. Well... from my experience of Scotland, the smoking ban is a TERRIFIC idea, that was, mind you, implemented with the least problems possible, and highly successful! http://www.gov.scot/About/Information/ArchivedWebsites I am too pitying the smokers that have to go outside in the blistering cold and smoke, their frozen hands trembling, but I prefer this indefinitely to having to go home every single night reeking of second hand smoke and having to inhale ALL that stuff. Yeah, I know that in some places (like California) the legal attack against smokers is unreasonable, but I believe that the thing that smokers dont realise is that smoke has this... penetrating effect that tends to annoy, and make health worse for others. I wont disagree of course, that most pubs and bars could have INFINITELY superior ventilation systems... most bars in Scotland STINK and people dont even smoke in there... makes you wonder what a decent vent system would do, and if the ban would be really necessary then...
  17. I'm afraid I can't really see what's so... dangerous about the x-mas word.I mean really... is an abbreviation commonly used to make writing quicker really a threat towards tradition and the Christianity? If you people are so concerned about religion and tradition and the meaning of holidays, try applying what you believe in your own lives... I do not think that raising such debates, although you have a right to, is helping you any.Plus, it's like shadowx put it, it's more of a gift/shopping kinda holiday anymore, so I think that any religious/ worshipping concept it may have had, is now long gone... at least in the minds and hearts of most children that see this as a chance to get that video game they always wanted, and be able to play with it all day just because its christmas and the holidays.
  18. Well... even old people are afraid to die mojoman! :lol:The pope being assassinated was, and is, a highly unlikely issue... yet there has been an attempt in the past, thats why i even considered such a thing.
  19. Um... ok. Read carefully. I said that the FACT that Turkey is predominantly MUSLIM can raise DOUBTS about its ability to integrate into a predominantly CHRISTIAN Europe. I think that you can pretty much tell why, examining the differences of each religion and how they have worked out so far. lol ok man. No offense taken . So, you think that the different religion does not pose any integration problems? Many would disagree with you... mainly German and British people... did you see the first link I posted? https://www.brusselsjournal.com/node/1183 Firstly there is actual proof of it, I would suggest reading any expert book on the Armenian Genocide to see that there is abundance of evidence that the genocide took place, a very good one would be Peter Balakian's The Burning Tigris: The Armenian Genocide and America's Response (for info, http://www.amazon.com/Burning-Tigris-Armen/dp/0060198400). Do read either this, or other books. You'll see that the whole counter-argument thing comes mostly from Turkish think tanks that promote genocide denial in cooperation with the Turkish governments or governments who hate Armenia for their own reasons, such as Azerbaidjan (but we're evading the point here). Secondly, if you think that the genocide won't be a problem to Turkey's entry, I'd suggest you checked out this article, about how Franco-Turkish military relations froze over a matter of genocide-related legislation (http://www.css.ethz.ch/en/services.html). Contrary to what you believe, it is a grave human rights issue that tells a lot about Turkeys stance towards human rights in general. Truthful words indeed mr. Flakes, but at least they can admit to it. After all, it was a different government that did the killings. But why wont they? You dont see Germany denying the Holocaust. You dont see Great Britain censoring magazines like BBC History when posting articles about killings in former British colonies. Why accept this attitude from Turkey?
  20. Half of it in the bank, without even thinking about it. I would probably put them in of those cool interest rate programs and just take ANY interest from them, while keeping them in the bank in case I need anything (wow... 500,000 pounds in the bank... how... comforting! ).Then 250,000 pounds towards a new house, where I would put my rich self in... probably NOT a flat, but a single house, which I could spend the next 250,000 decorating and filling with useless shite, like hi-tech computer set ups, plasma screens, a nice car (I'd probably go Saab) and definitely a video game/ console collection.God... what a waste of 250,000 that would be...
  21. Well, a lot of people seem to share this opinion now, dont they!!! If you would ask me, Id probably for the iPod. Why? 1) The latest iPod is a massive 80gb big... thats endless hours of music, lots of movies (they support full movies as well if im not wrong) and countless pics, all in one pocket device!!! Now thats impressive!!! 2) The sound quality of iPods is one of the best around (just check any high tech magazine, like https://www.wired.com/ or http://www.t3.com/. Most magazines give it top ratings. 3) The Zune is 30gb big (correct me if im wrong) and last months t3 mentioned that it was priced approximately the same as the 80gb ipod!!!! 4) The wifi connection feature is cool, but would you prefer that over an extra 50gb? Plus you cannot trasfer songs wirelessly, but only playlists (good -and expected- move to fight music piracy and illegal file transfers though)!!! So is it REALLY worth it?
  22. Friend, I would really appreciate it if you read what I write more carefully, and avoided comments such as the ones you just posted. I mentioned the pros and the cons; that is different opinions towards Turkey's entry. Some people consider that it is a good thing, some that it is bad; the same way, some people say that it would benefit Christian- Muslim relations, and others say that such a thing cannot happen because of recent experience of Muslim integration. Did you actually read the links??? Secondly I never said that Turkey is a part of Europe... I merely mentioned the fact that Turkeys entry is being seriously considered. Thirdly, I have no problem with Muslims, and I really cannot grasp where exactly in my text you saw that. Last but not least, the acceptance of the Genocide is STILL a BIG problem for Turkey. Do you know that they recently suspended their military ties with France because of genocide related legislation (see http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ for more details)??? I appreciate your added view on the subject (the one about Turkish adults adding to the problem of unemployment) but I would appreciate it even more if you actually read my post a few times before commenting back, especially in such a way. Thanks.
  23. Of course.Plus, his security could be compromised if he does go to Turkey with all these people NOT wanting him there. A person has already been killed because of that statement and even if it is considered a bit extreme, this might well be the case for the Pope as all these extremist groups will be there to boo and shorten his welcome. The Turkish state should be extremely wary and careful during his visit to Turkey though (if he DOES go there despite all warnings); should any incident occur, because of the Pope's huge symbolic status, turmoil might ensue, and the Western image of Turkey would deteriorate rapidly.
  24. Exactly. I do not think that Islam in itself constitutes a threat to the West and the Western way of life. The problem, if you ask me, is the radicals, and the reasons behind the birth and expansion of radicalism. We must admit that the West bears a responsibility in the Islamic fanaticism as well. If you think about it, ever since the Holy Wars and the Crusades, the Muslims have had a REALLY bad experience of contact with Westerners, which recent US- led wars and bombings have not helped at all. And be sure that many people in the East still connect Crusades with recent wars...Poverty and isolation from the rest of the world are not helping either; many children in Asia who have no other choice or way to get educated or "spread their wings" ultimately end up being recruited by Islamic fanatics that train them to be Jihad warriors and suicide bombers. Both they and us have a responsibility in this... I think that we have to abolish this image of Islam as a threat by steps such as cooperation, provision of economical help and ending all warfare. If not anything else, this image of Islam ends up hurting more and more innocent people... from Muslims who end up being excluded from their societies, to Westerners (what a vague term really) that are hurt when isolated people resort to acts of angst or desperation.
  25. Turkey's entry in the EU has been postponed for the time being, and is said to be reconsidered in a few years time. As it is a matter that I consider of great importance, I would like to know what the opinion of most people here is on the subject. There are many pros and cons to the issue. Turkey is a large country of 72 million people and a demographical wonder for its size (with the media age being 28.1, see http://worldfacts.us/Turkey.htm). It is an economically developing country, and can contribute greatly to the European median age as well, provide a good solution for the ageing problem in Europe, and some even contest that it can also serve as an example of Christian- Muslim cooperation, that should help international relations worldwide. Not to mention that, as I said before, it WILL boost Europe's population by 72 million people. On the other hand however, there are great, and justifiable fears and objections to such a case. First of all Turkey has a predominantly Muslim population, a fact which raises doubts about its ability to integrate in the EU; Muslim populations in Germany and other places are still showing problems of integration and adaptation to western legislation and norms (see https://www.brusselsjournal.com/node/1183 for examples of Islamic populace- related problems). Plus Turkey has a tremendous deficit in human rights; throughout their conflict with the PKK an Kurdish insurgents, Turkish authorities have violated human rights many times, bombing, torturing, and killing with no discrimination (see https://www.hrw.org/legacy/backgrounder/eca/turkey/turviolations.htm). Not to mention that the Turkish state still refuses to recognize grave violations of human rights such as the Armenian and Hellenic Genocide, and that Turkey STILL has troops in Northern Cyprus illegally. Hoping to get some more opinions on the subject... what do you people think Europe should do?
