Just don't double click then. I think the answeres tips are very beneficial. Not only are you getting some valuable info through them, they can help you figure out some hard definitions to words. Stupid people, like myself, might not know what a specific word means, and it's easier to just be able tio click on it, then to have to open a new window and search for the definition that way.

It takes longer for people who are using the mycent system to get approved because an admin needs to preview their request and make sure that is is legit, and not a faulty request and such. It can take anywhere for 5 mns, to a couple of days for them to review everything, and set it up for you. Just be patient, it is well worth the wait, imo.

I think the moderators are doing a great job. Whenever you have a forum that is as big as Xisto, you will always be getting spam around the site. The moderators do a great job in finding spam, and spam posts, and doing the correct moderation methods to get rid of them in a good amount of time. I also like how moderators here are just like membrs. In some fourms I am registered at, the moderators do nto really interact in the forum, and stay away from there as if thye are too good to be posting, or do not have enough time to do so. I like how here at Xisto, the moderators are able to do their duties as mods, and find ways to post at the same time. I also think they are strict when it comes down to people make consecutive mistakes, but on essence they are just doing their job, and if they were not supposd to be this strict, Xisto would not be as good as of place it is today.

I dont know. There are some pretty disgusting, and slobbish people out there. I mean it's a hige wolrd out there, you cannot really assume that nobody has that much lack of self-control to let their apartment rot like that, correct? I think I saw something like this on Oprah a couple years ago. It was a really bad apartment, out of shape, looked like *BLEEP*. The funny thing is the person who owned the apartment looked well groomed, and you really couldn't tell by her appearance that her apartment was in such a sicknening state.

If it's a photoshop file, you'll need to save it as a PNG, or JPG while you're in PS. But personally, if this problem does persist in photobucket, why not use some alternative image hosting sites. Hey, I know of agood image hoster, that Opaque made ImageFilez

I don't think so at all. If you look at the success of Xisto, and the amount of members it has gotten over the past 4 years, you can tell that it obviusly has not been scaring anybody. I mean, if this was a failry new site, and not many people were registering, then yes you could make that arugment, and it might be a very valid one. BUT, under these circumstances and how the site has been succesfful, I think to say there is no point in what you are saying.

I don't really like the idea of steam. Like, are you alllowed to install the games you purchase on multiple computers and such? Or are you limited to just installing it one one computer? See there is some kind of limit like that, then I think steam is basically a waste of time, seeing as if you could go to the store, buy the game, and install it on any computer you want.

Hmm.. that's weird how my problem was fixed, but yours is still occurring. Well, sure it doesn't have anything to your browse, as I used a couple and saw the same things, before it was fixed. Just open a ticket like i did. I think they might've fixed the error only in my cpanel, but not in yours, or anybody else who might've been having the same problem before.

This has really scared me a little. I went into my cpanel to see a file that I did not install, in my File manage. It was called "SubVersion." Pretty confused what it's all about, but I found a link to the site http://subversion.tigris.org/ I don't know what it is, or how it got there. Can anybody PLEASE help me. Also, it seemed like somebody messed with one of my folders, and chom'd it to 755, when it was 777. This is really freaking me out a little, I think somebody has gotten ahold of my hosting account.

I agree, I'm really liking this new Google Chrome. I was hesistant to use it at first, because i am so used to using Firefox, but after using it I really felt comfortable with it. Don't get me wrong, i'm sticking to firefox for now, but I think in a year or two I'll most likely switch to Chrome.

Yeah... I guess I do see what you are getting at. But... I think in terms of who made a stupider pick in VP, it's obviously Mccain. I think Mccain might've had a much better opportunity to beat Obama, but his lousy choice of VP really did ruin his chances, if he had any.

And before nobody really bought credits off each other, as they could always just buy them off Xisto. And how would you buy Mycents off each other? I mean if 100 mycents equals 1 dollars, then why would you buy it off somebody else when you can just deposit some money off into your account using paypal or a credit card?

BE warned... The images in this thread may make you puke. Below, are images coming from one of the dirtiest apartments, period. I know a lot of people claim theirh ouses are dirty at times, and need some titying up, but none of those can even compare to the filth that the following apartment is in. I am asotnished at how somebody can be that filthy and let their house become so much of pig pen. It's ridiculous, and these people don't even deserve to own their own place if they are going to keep it in a condition like this. See all the pizza boxes? How hard is it to picth those in the trash when you are done? Yes... another pile of trash I truthfully do not know what that is on the floor. It looks like some kind of chunky mold, or feces of some sort. I can't really pinpoint it exactly though. I do not want to know what is on the toilet seat. A very mold computer keyboard. As you can see, the hosue is a complete disastor. I feel bad for the people who will end up having to clean that place up. Glad you live in Australia Even though I do partly agree with you, I really do not think you can call him an "idiot." Furthermore, I don't think you can call any presidential candidate an idiot, for if they were one they most likley would not have been in the position that they are in today. But, like I said, I do agree with you on the fact the the president needs to be able to act on the promises he has called upon. Sure, you can promise to change the world, and promise to fix everything, but what matters the most is how you actually become to those promises. Nonetheless, I'm hoping Obama is able to act to those promises, and prove is worthy of the position he has been given.

Okay, so you know how the old credit system allowed for credits to be transferable from one member to another? I was wondering if they same would be done for Mycent. I think that would be a great addition as it would make for meaningful transactions. Think about it, if you needed someone to install, let's say a script for you, you could offer then .50 cents or so to do this. Or, if you needed someone to make you a website, you could offer them a larger amount like 5-10 dollars, or so. I know this was offerable in the old system, but since now you are handling with "real money", it would make for bigger transactions.

I do understand partly where you are coming from. In terms of the amount of features paid clients might be using, yes I know that this is very noticeable. But, I think in the long run it will help Xisto - Web Hosting out. Think about it, the Logic plan basically lets you buy the features you need, and let's you let go of those that are not needed. In other means, you are only buying what you need, and you know for a fact that CH is not overselling. (Not saying they were in the past, but just making a generalized statement here. ) Also, let's say you are running low on cash, and really need to keep your hosting up. Well now you have the option to post for the reaming funds so you are able to catch up with your payments, and not get your account suspended. So yes, I do feel you are losing some features if you are a paid client, but in the long wrong I think Mycent is the better system that Xisto and CH can use.

Well the Xbox 360 is the best choice, if you're deciding on what console to get. I wouldn't get it just because of live, because frankly I really do not see what all the hype is about live. I think live is quite boring, and would rather play co-op with friends who come over to my house, rather then people on the net I do not know. But, in regards to why you should buy an Xbox, I would say the answers are quite clear. There is a much better variety of games out for the Xbox 360, rather then that of a PS3. I also think that the graphics are basically equal, and the PS3 is a lot more expensive. In addition, if Live is a big issue to you, take note that PS3's online feature is free, but not nearly as popular as Xbox's. So I hope you make a decision, ultimately, based on your preferences. But, if I was you I would definitely go with the 360. (This is coming from someone who owns a 360, and whose brother owns a PS3 )
