Yeah I know where you're coming from. Basically, if you want a really unique name, it's almost impossible to find that with the .com extension. I've basically just left the alone for now, as most any good domains for .com are taken. I suggest going to the new TLD, for example .net, .org, .biz, ect. Even .info isn't that bad. I've learned that people really do not care about the extension your domain has. As long as you are using a TLD, and do have a site that is worth visiting, then you should be alright

Well I know that many people have probably already replied to this thread, but i think I'm going to give you some insider tricks (LOL yeah I said insider) on getting yourself a forum up and running. First off you need something called a host. A host is someone who supplies you the tools, and resources to get yourself a website up and running. SOme hosts charge money, while other hosts like Xisto******, offer a free genuine 100% service at no costs to you, other then spending time and posting on their forums. So once you get the hosting aspect all figured out, then you have to come to the conclusion of learning how to work the control panel that accompanies the hosting that you are getting. For example, let's say you do go with Xisto, they have a control panel called Cpanel (how nifty is that?) which controls all the files you have attached to your hosting account. Now, once you get a small grip on that, then you can go ahead and install some forum software. Now, inside of Cpanel there is something called fanatastico that hosts programs for forums, such as phpbb.com, and SMF. Now, if you want a more variety of forum software, you can try mybb, or just search Google for anythign that might spark your interest. Well I hope that helps you soemwhat

Well I'll make my opinion pretty clear on this subject right here, and that is I really do not like anime. I don't know, but there is just something about ti that doesn't appeal to me. Like, okay I think cartoon are funny, such as Simpson's, family guy, ect ect. But, what is so great about anime. I've seen some, and they seem really lame, personally. So in repose to the question you asked, I would have to say that I prefer comics and comic book way over anime. I remember when I was little i used to be obsessed with collecting comic books. Used to have some in like special cases and covers ot hsield away any dust or debrees that could faulter on them. Then one day I sold them, and basicaly that was the end on my obsession with comics books So yeah basically... COMIC BOOKS FTW!!!

Yes, I strongly advise you to go with the mycredit system as Opaque, and server have advised you. The mycent system is so much more flexible then the older post to host system that Xisto had been using for a couple of years now. With mycents you can actually buy pretty awesome packages that you were not able to buy with the old post 2 host sytem. Now you can things such as VPS's, reseller hosting accounts ( meaning you can give out hosting to others such as Xisto does, domains, windows plans, linux, unentered plans, digital certificates, ip address, and even domains. yes I know that tra0p17 did give away domains for free in the past, but with the nee system it does not limit you on the amoiunt of domains you can get, and you do not have to inform, or make any sory of request whatsoever to get the domain in your name. Basically, it's easier for you to get the domain for yourself, of course after admin screens you request to make sure that it is legit. So basically what Im saying is that the new Mycent rocks, and you really need to get into it

I disagree. I was with Xisto - Web Hosting for about 3 months, and did indeed like their 3.33/month plan. But, by saying that, I love how with Mycents you are now able to pay for some of your hosting bill with posts, and some of it with money. This makes me want to post a lot more, and helps me pay my monthly hosting bill. Now I can actually afford something like a VPS for 20/month, whereas without Mycent I wouldn't be able to sustain 20 on my own. Now, I'm most likely going to post half of what it costs for a VPS, and pay the other half via paypal or credit card. And Kobara, seeing you have almost 400 posts, you most likley made around 9 or 10 dollars via Mycent for all of your past posts. This means it most likley saving you some money for your hosting plan, which is still the same as it was before.

Various methods. One is I tell all the members of the staff, roughly 8 people, to view the video. I then run it through a couple of traffic exchanges. One traffic exchange I use it on, is one that I have a premium account so I get some good amount of hits for your video. Lastly is through AIM, telling friends about the video. So those are just 3 basic methods.
-
Hmm.. that's really strange because it extracted for me. Though, I extracted the file from my PSP's internet browser, so maybe the problem lies within the browser itself, and not Cpanel?
-
As for making the youtube video, we only make the video for that service. But, we have another service where we will get you a set number of hits to your youtube video. So in essence to your question, yes we can promote the video for you, but in a different service. Like mentioned the site was purchased from someone else, but I've ran sites with around the same amount of stats, and all your really need to do is advertise a lot, and refer as many friends as you can. I think most of my members who registered were friends of mine, or friends of friends

You just sign up, make the appropriate number of posts, and then make a request for our post package. Then, one of our service members will get to it, and make the posts for you on your forum

Opaque reliped to my ticket and said they were working on it. But, I found another method that you can use to fix this problem. You can use the legacy file manager to extract any file, and it works just as good as the regular file manager does.

I would say English, but I'm not really sure. At the Olympics, the official languages were French and English, if that gives you any sign on what languages are the main ones around the world. It would be easier if the world spoke one language, but it would be EXTREMELY difficult to make anybody change their countries language. And people who are so accustomed to their own language wouldn't like having to learn some other language foreign to them.

1. Firefox2. Photoshop3. I.e (Just Kidding). PC Tools Spybot search and destroy4. Threatfire5. AIM6. Windows Media player7. Paint. NET8. DreamweaverI think that photoshop might be the best software I have on my computer. The only reason I ranked firefox ahead of it is because I am always using the internet, so Firefox is what I am always using. Threatfire is also really good. It is by PCtools and it helps detect and delete Rogue Software (software mimicking real good software.) It's really good, and free. AIM has to be on my list as it is something I use whenever I go on the computer. Paint.net is on there, just because I have PS only at school, so I cannot use it when I go home. Paint.NET is a good alternative to photoshop, but it is not as good. And finally ,Dreamweaver has to be on my list. This is another program that I only have at school, but it is still really good. Has helped me make some basic web pages

Some services require posts, while others are absolutely free. For example, we have post packages where we will post on your forum. For example, if you have 15 posts on our forum, we will make 20 on yours.

Well I just recently bought the following site, and have it now hosted on my web hosting account. It's Web-Boosters.com The site, is an advertising forum where you can get a large variety of services for your forum to get posts, members, and reviews for it. We also have some unique services where we will advertise your site via youtube or myspace, and even make a youtube advertising video for you. Registration is fast and free, and you get all these services for registering. So hope you enjoy the site: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ Thanks, bk2070

Yeah, she obviously likes you. I think you should try to make a move around now, just because it seems like she is very much interested in you, and denying you isn't something that seems very possible at this time. So I just say go for it, also don't wait because there might come a time where she loses interest in you, and you do not want that to happen

Don't use Hotmail. If anything use gmail, or yahoo. Hotmail has to be the worst email providers period. I remember when I used hotmail, I never received any of my emails or anything. On top of that, their email services are very insecure and one of my email accounts actually got hacked and i cannot login into it anymore. So my advice would be for you to just get a new email service, period. Hotmail sucks.... Big time.

Most likely, I presume. Looks like I will just open up a ticket with Xisto - Support then. Hopefully all of this can get sorted out, and I will be able to unarchive any archived files once again. Thanks for your help and advice guys
-
First of all, when talking with live support you are logged in with your Xisto - Support Account, which lists your details and the plan you have. I think the chat operator can see this information, and know that it is you, and not somebody pretending to be you.

I agree with you Saint Michael. I think it's ridiculous how one person is trying to persuade his political views over all of his believers. Yeah, I do understand that Obama does kind of go against what he, and most catholics believe in, but basically he is trying to say if you voted for Obama, you will go to hell, which I myself find it ridiculous. I agree. I think he was just lashing out in anger, and not really realizing that this is America, but I guess he has his agenda all lined up. Yeah I really think that individuals should decide, on the issue of abortion. I mean, I don't think it's right to kill anything, but I also believe that everybody should think for themselves, and be given this option if they so feel it is necessary for them.

You need to go to your billing account: https://support.xisto.com/ Login with your details as usual. Then, go to where the invoive is at, and select your payment method as "paypal." It will then deduct all your mycredits, and use them to pay for your invoice. Hope that helps.

Well I haven't been able to extract any sort of archived files. Everytime I do, no matter what size they are, I seem to get a fairly big error. I forgot to copy the error, so I don't have the exact writing of it. But, it has happened with .zip files and .rar files. ( I tried .rar just to see if it would give the same error.) Has anybody had the same problem? I mean I could easily just use an FTP and import file by file, but uploading by archiving the files is easier.

YES! I'm nominated. If only I was given the chance to repeat as Trap Gamer of the year
