How about Stalker-Clear Sky. It has got amazing graphics and is a real stealth killer fps. It does burn out tons of processing power but the resulting graphics is superb.I liked the Hitman series for the story which they carried on in thier sequels. Seeing the bullets zoom through is not something which is seen in a fps game. Probably Hitman was the first game to bring stealth aspect of game.

Condition Zero was very good compared to CS but now CSS is hell lot better with very good graphics for a multiplayer game. I really liked the missions in the game.Due to our geological location we hardly had any good servers with good players on it. And any foriegn servers mostly didn't allowed us or had very high latency which made us become noobs in thier servers, beacuse every time we saw an opponent we were fragged within a second as we were actually playing in the past. But CZ bought multiplayer with bots (we didn't knew of CS bots mod at that time) which we really enjoyed a lot. Playing with our friends and against tough bots was real fun, because we weren't as skilled back then. We learnt a lot of team skills and understanding between our teammates.

Well if you just hold your left mouse button, you will make holes galore, while your opponent will make out a clean head shot. I don't agree with you at all. CS is a FPS multiplayer game where more than a dozen people can play in a single map simultaneously. Hence it requires more skills than traditional PC games where you try to fool the computers AI. It requires very high proprioception, at the same time planning as would be done in real life. Probably you never played CS. If you had been to any of the CS gaming forums, or watched any of the gaming tournaments or atleast watched any youtube videos of gamers fragging, you would have never asked the second question. Waste of money? This depends on your likes and dislikes. If you loved playing CS, the price would seem nothing for you. And the price is reasonable as is for other games of similar genre. About ragdoll physics. Yes its awesome to be seen in multiplayer games. It makes the environment look so real.

Its just a spam. Notice the style of the email, it doesn't look like an official mail from paypal and at the first place why would they send one when you dont have an account. The senders email would be from some other website. And then it is asking you to fill the form through a link which would probably lead to a phishing web page which would make you enter all your real details of paypal if you had.Not long ago, I recieved an email from somebody claiming to be from hotmail staff. It gave a link, which was cloned hotmail page requesting to... guess what? To give away all the real "legitimate" details of mines including real address and login details to them. And the reason it gave was that, hotmail was now collecting real info to reduce and fight spam.? And the most interesting stuff about it was that, the email account would be terminated if I did not give the details within two days.

Meditation And Patanjali's Yoga How to do Meditation and Yoga
pasten replied to xpress's topic in Health & Fitness
Thanks xpress and OpaQue. You both have done a great job in explaining much less talked about subject in such a simple manner. Yoga helps our body to become more stronger and healthier. Many people don't believe that doing yogasana builds a stronger body. It is not like that, performing yogasana flexes the muscles of the body, tones down excess fat, adjusts the shape of the body, and removes all the impurities from the body.It brings charm and vigour to the body and makes him feel ready and alert. To introduce you to various asana's I wrote an article here: Brief Introduction to Various Yogasana's. -
Considering you have only C:\ drive right now and using Windows 2000 or higher. First you need to check whether the C:\ drive has occupied whole of the drive (Right Click properties to find it).If only certain space is allocated for C:\ drive then you can create additional partitions using windows itself. Go to Control Panel > Administartive Tools > Computer Management. Once there in the "Storage" category on the left, select "Disk Management". Now you should be seeing only one drive, that is C:\. Now right click and create Extended partition and then logical drives. If the whole of the hard drive space has been allocated to C:\ drive then you have to use a program like Partition Magic to create extra partitions.

Please be more specific in your description of the problem. What do you mean by accessing directly or indirectly? Are you booting into Safe Mode to access the drives (which you call indirectly)? As far as what I know there is a script or some sort of it which infects the removable drives and blocks any read or write process on it. And the interesting thing is that it is not detected by antivirus programs. The program sits in drive as hidden file and autoruns when the drive is plugged in. Its name is "Macrosoft Corporation". I had this problem on my PC long back. The files copied from other computer would just not show up in my PC. Finally I got rid of it when I reinstalled C:\ drive and to protect it from entering in the future I created a blank "autorun.inf" file attributed as read only. Since then I haven't faced the problem again. Hope this might help you to troubleshoot your problem.

Huh.. a long shout out there. These are spamy ebooks. You should have never bought them. Anyway now you know that. Generally these types of books are offered only in electronic edition, which clearly shows there intent is to save the cost of paper. Where did you saw that ebook, that is from where did you buy it from?

Who Is God just who or what is God to you?
pasten replied to Echo_of_thunder's topic in Health & Fitness
God is an imaginary immortal being created by human beings. It is this God through which the humans feel a sense of protection when there is insecurity around and fear when they do wrong things. -
Then you need to wait and write good posts which in turn would impress the mods to decrease off the warnings on you. As for the cents, I dont think it would have lost. Soon the staff may cancel your order, so you get your cents back. Ash-Bash, marvelous feat with 300+ posts in about 15 days. Edit: Sorry, I didn't load the images. From what I can see you have already registered your domain. Are you able to access the control panel? And where and who told that it was because of warning.

Actually I didn't mean that members be given the power to delete posts which they don't like, just because they are the thread starter. But posts like absolute one liners and some silly mistakes by posters like quoting the whole article of the original topic. These posts make the thread less interesting and cluttered. And considering a member who has quite a good number of posts and has been contributing lot to the forum wouldn't be so irresponsible to delete others posts in favour of his interests.
-
As thread creators on trap everybody wants that the posts on thier threads are clean and spam free. I am talking about posts like one liners, quoting text which are just above. I found that they are'nt usually deleted considering the huge traffic and posts rate. How about giving moderation powers to thread creators themselves. I know there must be some restrictions to implement it. How about members above 200 posts given moderation power for thier own topics? What do you think would be the outcome if it is implemented? Positive or negative?

That's because some days your ads appear for some hot keywords. And the impressions increase, as visitors search the keywords through google and arrive at the page, and a few clicks is all that adds few tens of cents to the account. This has happened to me too. Guess how much? 3+ dollars in a single day. But happens only once... in a full moon day.

What Is The Best Processor For Gaming? Is it Intel or AMD?
pasten replied to 2091's topic in Hardware Workshop
Both AMD and Intel are good companies to buy processors from. But in this era of multiprocessing, one thing is that, the games respond more to clock speeds than number of processors. There are very few games as of now, which can utilize multiprocessing power. Its like a single core 3 GHz processor would run games more easily than a quad core 2.2 GHz processor. -
Power saving settings can be found in Control Panel > Power Options. See there for the power scheme currently set for your computer. Choose "Home/Office Desk" from the list. This should solve the problem if it was due to power. By the way what is your current actual processor speed (Right click My Computer>Properties to see it)? The speed may also be changed in the BIOS. But I don't recommend you meddle with that if you don't know. If you never changed that, it is unlikely that the settings might have changed.

Beginners Guide to Hosting a Webserver on Your Own PC (No ads, Completely free) This tutorial will guide you to set up your own webserver on your PC to host your own websites so that you can show it off to the world. And soon you will come to know how easy it is to do so. Before going ahead, here are a few drawbacks of hosting a site on your own PC: The PC needs to be 24x7 'ON'. Your webserver might be highly vulnerable to attacks and even more if you host on a windows platform. Once created, you need good skills to maintain the server. Here are the basic requirements before we begin: A reasonably good PC with power backup. Broadband internet connection with upload speed of 256 kilo bits per second or more (You can check the upload speed from these websites: testmy.net or changeip.com or speedtest.net). Apache Webserver PHP and MySQL (required to host dynamic websites) A domain name (not required if your satisfied with free subdomain and it would be great if you can get free domain like uni.cc or co.cc) So lets begin: 1) First you need to install Apache webserver. There are many nice tutorials on it, google them (for Linux, for Windows). 2) Once you've got apache working on your computer, find your IP here. Now you have to do a little bit of research to find out wether your IP is static (permanent) or dynamic (changing). You can look at your internet package in the ISP's website to find that or better you can directly call the help desk. If you have static ip, go to step 3. The problem with dynamic ip is that, it keeps changing from time to time, and hence the change in TLD takes some time to update. To solve this, get a free no-ip.com subdomain and download the client which constantly updates your latest ip to the subdomain. 3) If you have a domain name you can forward the no-ip subdomain to your domain using free dns services provided by zonedit.com. Once you create a free account, add your website in the zonedit account. You basically need to set web forward from zonedit to the no-ip subdomain you created before. You will get two zonedit nameservers, add them to your domain registrar's website. After a couple of hours your site will be accessible by typing in your domain name. If you didn't add the domain you can access your website throught the no-ip subdomain. Just keep the client running too. Note: If you were unable to install apache, you can download and install XAMPP which contains Apache, PHP, MySQL and more in a single package.

Advice:making Own Hosting Computer Help
pasten replied to Veradesigns's topic in Science and Technology
You need to get free dynamic dns support from zonedit.com. Its better if you have Linux and then install apcahe, php and mysql. If your ip is dynamic you also need to get a free account at no-ip.com to point to your new ip everytime. This should get you going. You can google for more info on these. You can ask if you didn't get this. -
The title "novoAlias" looks somewhat dull. Try changing the colour. As for the photo, I think you can add any photo, its upto your tastes and likes. Although I have never been into sig making, I feel that any photo can be made into a good sig. Good job.

20 Dollars Laptop From India 2 watts consumption, 2 GB, Wifi, Ethernet
pasten replied to pasten's topic in Hardware Workshop
Update: And here we have some sources that tell that the prototype shown in the image is not that of a 'would be laptop' but a prototype basis on which another prototype of a laptop can be made. How can the government project it as a laptop? The present instrument is something like Kindle from amazon, for reading ebooks and notes. The instrument is 10 inch long and 5 inch wide. Here are some more related information: And keep watching what happens next... -
Microsoft Announces Six Flavors For Windows 7
pasten replied to Saint_Michael's topic in Operating Systems
And here I have some post release announcement: IE 8 severe vulnerability patch fix Windows 7 critical update released Hope that doesn't happen. I think this time Microsoft would patch up with thier past failure and move on. I will continue using XP as long it does the work for me. These days I am a bit more comfortable with Linux. So in future, I wouldn't need to have any expectations from MS. BTW do we need to have Windows 7 to try out IE8? Update: Here are the clear package details: Different Windows 7 Packages. The the thing which I don't like about MS in thier Windows starter version is, they limit the open applications. Its like handicapping us for the price we pay.
