That was a nice meditation course. I haven't meditated much ,.. but whatever little i did , I generally meditate listening to audio tapes. I would try it today .. I actually , try and bring my eyeballs close to each other , in a sense, i try to get the illusion that both of my eyeballs are on the same point. Since, we get involved doing this, i guess , we forget other things ,. This technique helps me a lot to refrain from getting distracted. Some of the Alan watts audio tapes ,were excellent. If you ask me, i would suggest you to use a nice firewall program installed on your computer. I have been using Zone Alarm firewall, for the past two years. I do not use any other anti virus, or spyware detector/healer,.. My zone alarm firewall, does all that is needed of it , for me.. Whenever, a potentially unsafe operation is about to be performed , it blocks it and informs me . It is a Really good piece of software , for people concerned about virus.. Armor2Net is another firewall, which i trust ,next to Zone Alarm.. It works pretty effectively too.

He he ... When i read about that Dog peeing thing, i remembered the Jim Carrey movie - Bruce Almighty !!! I guess, your dog is not that dumb, for your sake. . I used to have a dog , and i really liked it.. But one thing i didn't like about it was that peeing thing. Within two months , i was disgusted about having a dog and i gave it off to one of my friends. Since then, i haven't thought about having a dog.. Maybe it is time to give a second thought about it , i guess..

My New year experience was not as it was supposed to be. . I was watching a movie , midnight when i was informed by my parents that my grandma passed away ... So, this new year started off a bit dull for me. . I hope there is change of fortune , for the rest of the year ..

I saw someone posting about Fifth dimension as life or death. I have had the same belief. There are many Near Death Experience cases , whom say that , they get suspended at a height above the body .. they also say, they can see things and people outside a locked room , and that they can see through walls. This really makes me believe , it could be the fourth dimension. We could not realize or experience the fourth dimension , as long as we are in the three dimensional world, i guess.. Just like thickness would not be an option for a two dimensional being, the fourth dimension thing would be an option unavailable for our human race on earth in three dimensional form, i suppose. Once, fourth dimension is proved or even given the amount of attention it deserves, i think our scientists and physicists might have some nice projects to spend their entire life on !!! Just as we are wondering about fourth dimension beings , fourth dimension beings (Yeah, i am just assuming ) , might be sitting out there and wondering if there was a fifth dimension above them.. So, why dont we see one dimensional or two dimensional living organisms ?? i believe, we, the third dimensional beings form the basic organisms of a dimension oriented hierarchy .. Or maybe, they exist , but still invisible to our eyes !!! I mean, why do things have to be as what they appear to be ?? Think about it in this way ,.. In our dimension, all matter is made up of atoms .. These atoms, have some thickness, .. Though, highly negligible, it does have a qality , "thickness" to attribute it i guess .. By thickness, i refer to the z axis of a cube, assuming x relates to the length , y to the breadth . In two dimension, things can be made up of something else, .. Say , some form of energy , which doesn't have this "thickness" attribute to it.. And the reason why we might not be able to see it could be the fact that, vision is interpretation of the outside world by our eyes and brain... The two dimensional world might have some form of energy , that could not be interpreted by our eyes and brain.. Maybe it is a form of energy, which can be felt ,. in the form of a pain, or say happiness .. If this is true, we could also be communicating with the fourth dimension in our day to day life.. What if all our prayers to god, is transmitted in the form of an energy .. This energy might be understood by the fourth dimension beings,.just as we can hear sound with our ears,. those people might have an organ to understand what we think .. This makes them superior to us , as if they are the God for our dimension.

Artificial Intelligence ... The field that i believe ,could make man , as powerful as god to ,a species named Robots ... We already use so many bots in our life. It is the degree and quality of Artificial Intelligence involved, that matters , i guess. Watching Sci fi flicks , like Terminator, I robots , and even Matrix , one tends to generate negative image about robots .. But, i am sure, it is toooo early to judge whether robotics would be good for mankind or not. We , have not made enough progress in the field,yet ,to make judgements about it .. Moreover, if we decide that robots might be a bane to mankind, and sit back stopping progress in that particular field, it would not do justice for all those geeks who spent sleepless nights to build robots we use now ,, So, i would say, we got to continue the way things are ,until we have enouh resources to stumble upon a question like this one ..

It is typical, to have problems in your teenage life. But i don't guess moving out to an orphanage is a bright option. That would cultivate more hatred into your friend's mind. Once he stops depending upon his family , for shelter or support, i am sure, he would cultivate very negative attitude towards his parents. This , in my opinion should be stopped somehow, ... and who cold do it other than you , his friend !!! Take your friend to a counseling .. Talk to him about what causes these problem, and try to correct any mistakes your friend might do. If he really need a break , and move out of his house, ask him to move to a hostel, rather than an orphanage. I am sure hostel might not make his relation with his parents too bad. Hope your friend finds happy ways with his family ,soon ...

I have been wondering about this issue since my childhood days .. I have asked many people ,belonging to different religions as to how universe exists according to their religion, and about how God came into existence. Whenever my friends get to answer my questions , they would usually quit within four or five questions. But whatever little they said , made sense. I do support ebula's argument. If there was so much of an evolution once , why don't we have any sort f evolution these days. Why cant evolution theory supporters create a cell with the technology available in today's world ?? I am a hindu. I once visited Watch Towers ,. Bangalore .A non profit organization working to spread the message of Bible. I had a tour guide there , who was a member of the organization. It was an Industrial visit from my college. So , basically , we were taken around the campus to get a glimpse of the printing technology , and graphics department over there. But we were lucky enough to have a tour guide , who really knew something about God. There were about ten students there. Whatever question ,we tossed at him, he easily answered us back with assuring words. His answers were vivid , and to the point. After the end of the conversation, we really felt happy, and started believing in God without any doubt in mind. Actually , we were exhausted of questions to ask him. So, if any of you happen to reide or viit Bangalore, visit Watch Towers. Apart from spiritual and technical knowledge you can gain there, the place is also stunning. Most of it is automated. They generate electricity for their organization's hostels and work place ,themselves. They also had a water refinement plant built in there. The place is also picture perfect. I think the tour guide's name is Ranjan. He really made some difference to my questions about how earth evolved .. If yu can get him to guide you, you might be pretty lucky. One easy way my friend answer these questions... " Leave your doubts about God to God. He is the one who created you. You have no right to question him ,back . Instead , you need to be thankful to him "

I have voted for fast food there !!! There is nothing better than a plate of "bhel puri" or spicy indian fast food , on any cold day . I do like mexican cuisine ahead of traditional indian food. But indian fast food tops the list for me.

I own the Moto A780 . It is a linux phone ,with GPS capability . It also has a 1.3 Megapixel camera. When i decided to buy a phone i was looking for something with mp3 support and 1.3 megapixel camera . Though there were many other options available, i was really forced into buying this one. It is a touch screen model, with dual monitor. You can use the phone either with the flip open or the flip closed. The functions it supports with flip closed is about four to six . One major drawback you might notice is the absence of FM. Softwares may not be easy to get. But there are couple of forums whose members develop applcations for this device . That does not come in as a surprise for me as it is MOTOROLA !!!! About the battery charge , it lasts about 15 hours for me with approximately one hour music . So, people who do much with the phone might need an extra battery to go with the phone. personally ,on my phone the bluetooth does not turn on easily. I have to turn on the device two or three times , to turn it on !!! One big plus point is the physical toughness of the phone. I am really impressed with it. I would have dropped my phone on road atleast 20 times until now. Out of this at least 10 times , the phone fell down with the flip open !! But nothing more than minor scratches have resulted .. So, it is the toughest phone i have seen !! Atleast compared to my previous 6600 !!If you are not a big fan of heavy phones , and prefer sleek models instead, this is not your kinda device !!! Here are some features to summarize : Heavy , Big, excel files, .ppt ,html support , mp3 , linux OS , 1.3 Megapixel camera, ... Comes with real player and opera too ..

I used the term hacking as it is supposed to be used. Though there is nothing illegal in using these techniques, these techniques can be used to lift data from unprotected sites . so, i guess, i can go on posting about it. I will post only basic stuff to educate web administrators about how google can be used to exploit a site. Based upon the introduction, hopefully they can learn more ,and in the effort , protect their site accordingly. And i have a doubt regarding how to post it. i have copied definitions from the web every now and then. Should i be quoting everything i got from the internet. In that case, i can wrap the whole of my presentation in quotes , as it would be mighty difficult for me to remember and figure out what i copied from websites ,and what i wrote on my own !!! At the same time i dont want to loose valuable hosting credits. So, how shall i proceed ??

Whatever ,you tried to convey there.. God knows !!! Anyways, tech getting in way of relationships in life is really bad ... I mean, say you get stuck up with some geeky stuff ,and could not spare time out for your girl .. Man, that is something really bad !!! I wish time flew by a little slow !!!

You better try to get that girl back to her ex-boyfriend , for the sake of that child !!! I really do feel sorry for that kid .. If you can do this for your girl friend, you would be changing the life of her daughter. You can always find a better girl for you i suppose !!!

It depends on what the guy is upto,i guess .. If he is really irritating you ,just ditch him .. Ignore him to an extent that he never troubles you again !! And if he asks questions like "Why didn't you call me " ,Just answer him "I was busy playing Liberty Stories" or something like that. Give him an impression that you care little to go out with him. Once he gets to know that ,i am sure he would not trouble you anymore !!!But if the guy is not really troubling you , and is trying to be a good genuine friend with you, i really feel sorry for the guy. He must be unlucky to have a discussion going on about him ,here at a forum !!! So, apart from posting what you can do to ditch him, my heart feels sorry for that guy

well, i guess the best way for starters is to get theit links on as many sites as possible... It is then, when google starts to rank your site higher. And i guess your next approach can be meta tags. Because ,there is no use writing good meta tags ,when your page would not even show up in first few ranks of the google search .Only,when your site is ranked high, you get a chance of your site being displayed in top few results ,.. so i suggest people to try and improve their site's rankings before spending their time on metadata..

I have made a small presentation in my college about google hacking . It is a technique by which you can use the google advanced operators, for finding out mp3 files ,ebook etc, .. And also provides basic informtaion on how you can use google as a launchpad for server attacks. The idea behind the presentation is to educate web designers about how to keep their site secure. , by knowing the possible ways their site could be attacked . Am i allowed to post about it here ?? I have referred to some sites and books. So the work is not 100% my own, Ihave collected information from various places and produced it in my style. If i am allowed to post about it here, i can go on..

The stunning feature of N95 is probably it's imaging supremacy ... Few years before, it was unelieveable when VGA cameras were installed on mobile pones . It looked next gen technology. . But these days, i can hardly see cell phones without a 1.3 Mega pixel camera.. now we have the 5 Megapixel cameras on cell phones,.. I'm sure they will give Digi cameras a run for their money . I saw an ad of Nokia claiming its cam to be capable of shooting DVD quality video !!! I dont know for sure whether this is true in reality. If it does offer DVD quality recording, then i dont think people would buy handycams anymore... Cellphone would become the cheaper version and replace digital cameras,landlines,handycams,etc., as Computers have substituted Video games,television,music system etc.,

Just moments ago ,i read a topic reading "Can we possibly destroy the internet ??" And here we have another interesting topic.. "What do we do without internet" ? I guess, we would not be dicussing this question here, at the first place !!! I think the core idea about internet is information. People are probably aware of soooooo many things these days ,because of the internet. Even Google ,has become so popular, as it took an initiative to serve the information on the internet to its users ,in an effective way. That has made Google achieve goals, which are paramount.. Whatever i need in my every day life, i just google it. Be it my assignments, or a word, i do not know the meaning of , i am just a google hit away from my answers . And another great thing about using it is communication. I do not see any form of communication , as cheap and as effective as the internet . I call free to people across the globe free of cost !!! The VOIP has made wonders in an average internet user's life. How high can we rate this technology ?? You can speak for hours with your friends at some other country without even spending a single penny !!! We are really lucky to have such seriously damn good technology around us !! But i also do sometimes think that technology could also be the bane of mankind.. Basically ,internet made me lazy. I used to play outdoor most of my life ,until i got internet. The versatility of Internet has glued me to my computer most of the time i am at home. Maybe , we all would have been having very little to study and research about. And also, without internet , there might have been a different and better technology to connect people with information .. We could go on imagining, but personally, i think i would miss Internet badly,if it was'nt there .
