Hum, I'm not sure either, I know in invision you edit the header.php and footer.php files, or something of that nature, but in phpbb I can't be sure. Did you try doing it like you do Invision? If you can't get help here, I suggest going to phpbb's website, and the support section.

Yeah,And then there's also those complicated money systems, and all kindsa stuff. Large site populations 1000+ can pull those off sucessfully. But a smaller site is kind-of a waste.Those money systems are like if you make a post that meets the requirment of 'x' lines, you get 'y' amout of money. And then you can spend the 'money' on stuff around the forums, like changing that little name above your ranking (below avatar) and things that add to apperance..Those are good because you can 'donate' money to people too.. even though it's not so much related to karma or rep. systems, It's cool anyway.Panda

That's true too. make one. and I keep saying to peeps, that you're not forced to post, it SHOULD be something you enjoy. If you are going to get hosted, and have to stay active, don't make it a JOB! If you complain about getting 10 posts, then how are you going to manage staying active across the period of- 2 months even?

Hey, It's ya boy, tha black panda, and I'm having some problems. I love the flash content featured on people's websites, signatures, you name it. But I don't know the third thing about working Macromedia Flash MX 2004 Pro. I went and bought it. And now I've got this sudden urge to learn how to make this cool stuff! Now I may be good at other stuff (yes, don't comment me too much) but flash is my major downfall. So somebody, please, explain, or find a site that will explain to me the way to make flash animations, movies, interactive crapola, you name it. Please be productive in your posting, don't post just to get hosted, post to be a part of the community. Well I like your site in general, better than the games, mainly because I cant do flash at all! Only Macromedia products that don't spontaniously combust when I attempt to use them is Fireworks MX. And I love my Fireworks too!! YAY to fireworks

Ah, but how do you apply them to the particular filetype? I orginally asked you about this because I wanted to make all the .php files on my computer show the PHP logo. So I dl'ed the logo, changed the size, extention, etc. But how do you apply them to that filetype?Heh, I got ya here don't I?

Hey admin, or whoever reads these, As soon as I get my hosting account, my site is oriented upon a bunch of topics. One of them being mobile phone "stuff" from java midlets, to ringtones, to wallpapers, It's all about making your life more convient by using your phone. Xisto.com isn't just a site for making posts, and requesting hosting once you have ten posts, or 25, and get upgraded. It's also a community. A grouping of people together, and that's why people SHOULD stay active. I think making the community more accessible by adding Lo-Fi access for people with dial-up connections and such, was an excellent idea. And taking that alot further, and adding WAP (Wireless Access Protocol, I think) Support would be even more productive, and would help more people stay active. I had a long strech at one point where I was out of state, away from the internet for three weeks at a time, and had nothing but my wireless internet enabled cell phone, I wanted very much to get ahold of a computer in order to keep my account active here, however it got deleted during my period of inactivity. If that feature had been installed prior to that time, I would've been without that inconvinience. I'm sure I'm not the ONLY person that would appreciate that service, but I strongly reccomend a test/trial period to see how many people use it, before completely ruling out that that option. By visiting http://www.sprintusers.com/ via your PC you will realize that many of the users there post and stay active through their phones. (Even though it is a phone oriented site, that would be a requirement) but I'm an active member there, and I can stay up-to-date on sprint phone information, and how my newly made friends are doing on the forums, just by pressing a couple buttons. My personal opinion is that since I believe that god does exist, it's solely based upon the individual whether, or not they call on god or not, that his "responsibility" is to help everyone in their time of need, whether they've realized that god does exist, or not, people like spawn have recieved his grace in their life even if he doesn't remember it. I agree, and disagree with most of ya'll, and I'm about to make an excellent example here.I play video games alot during spare time, hence time that I'm not doing the things that are important to life, such as flirting, eating, giving my little sister money for lunch, etc. In other words, I'm not supposed to be doing anything during that time period, and that's assuming that the things I stated important to life, are already done. Including studying for tomorrow's test, then reading the mind-crushingly dull book assigned for language, etc. Also assuming I've finished calling my girl for the - 4th time that day. If that's done. Then I do my hair (believe me, I may be a guy, but this takes time) then I sit down and wait for the phone to ring so I can remember to not answer it. After the preceeding things are done, I listen to music and think, "since my life-important duties are finished which of the following should I participate in?"1- Cut the grass, (once you do it monday, it's completely unnecessary to repeat) 2- Take my "significant other" shopping, (My wallet doesn't like her very much)3- Go meet up with some friends, (Kinda pointless since I just spent the day with them)4- Play video games, (Why the hell not? Nothing else to do..)So I plug in my Ps2 and throw in the disc for Grand Theft Auto : San Andreas. This is easily the most contraversial game on the market these days, seeing as the main components of the game are:1- Shooting2- Killing (See: Shooting)3- Drugs4- Sex Many parents seem to find this a irresponsible game, but I rest my case saying that wouldn't you rather have your kid shooting/killing (see item # 2) in a video game, rather than walking outside your door with your .9mm? or a M4? Exactly. So Henceforth I can release anger, stress, and enjoy myself, while straying away from realistic illegal activity. Ya, but you posted it in the RTS sub-forum. Don't worry, I feel you though. I played D2, and the Expansion for years- easily. And It's still the only computer game I will play (I got tons of stuff on the PS2 though) And a Diablo 3 would be killer.
