Some FTP programs will not remove folders that are not empty. If you need to use your FTP, open the folder and remove all the files from it. Then go back up one level and remove the folder.

So good friends don't go out on dates? Since when? I think your problem is not the date as much as the meaning your are placing on it. You are not asking her to be your steady girlfriend. You are just asking her to go somewhere with you. If your intention is for it to lead to something serious, then perhaps your "intention" will be rejected and that might affect your "friendship". I think your concern about the friendship is a little premature. Ask her to join you in some activity and play it by ear.

Sweet And Tangy Meatballs My version of this recipe
Mich replied to cmooredesigns's topic in Health & Fitness
Here is my version of some tangy meatballs. Amish Meatballs Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Meatballs 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup milk 1 small chopped onion Salt and Pepper to taste. Meatballs: Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, milk, onions, salt and pepper together and form meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter). Sauce 1 cup catsup 2 tablespoons mustard 2 tablespoons vinegar 1/2 cup granulated sugar (or 1/4 cup each granulated and light brown sugar) 3/4 teaspoon salt Sauce: Mix together catsup, mustard, vinegar, sugar and salt. Top meatballs with sauce and cook, covered, at 350 degress F for 45 mins or until meatballs are done. Hope you like it. -
Here is a quick easy one I fix for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Hash and Eggs 1 12 to 16 oz. Can corned beef hash4 eggs Spread corned beef hash evenly on bottom of 8" non-stick skillet (with lid). Heat over medium heat uncovered until hash starts to bubble. Break eggs evenly over the hash. Cover and cook until eggs are done to preference (soft or hard yolks). If you are a little more adventuresome try this one. Chicken and Rice Bake 1 10 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup1 Cup Water 3/4 Cup uncooked rice. 4 Skinned and boned chicken breasts. 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Preheat over to 375 degrees F. In shallow 2 qt baking dish (with lid), mix soup, water, rice, salt and pepper. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Cover, place in preheated oven and bake at 375 degress F for 45 min. or until chicken done. Good Luck!

I agree with about everything you said. However, I have a little more empathy for the Grizzly Man than you. His demise was a tragic event, indeed. He was a less than highly intelligent human with his heart in the right place, but he was very misguided in his venture with the bears. I especially feel sorry for his girlfriend. I wouldn't interact with wild animals unless absolutely necessary. However, I have interacted with wild song birds. I have rescued and raised 3 fledglings that fell from their nests. Two were returned to the wild and one became too attached to humans to go back to nature, and was kept as a bird in a cage for its lifetime. Although I would have wished it to have been able to go free. I have also rescued a duck from the ice of winter that I gave a local bird rescue group. When I spoke of the song birds I saved, they said that their rescue was confined to larger birds, mostly of prey, so I probably had done the right thing in working with them myself.

Well now, global warming as well as global cooling has been happening cyclicly since the beginning of the earth. However, mankind has certainly contributed to the hastening of the phenomenon of global warming. Maybe it would happen anyway, but it is happening faster considering all the junk mankind is pumping into the atmosphere. Let's get real. There are always those people who will pooh-pooh the evidence and campaign against anything. The glaciers' recession is proof enough to me. I evidenced this on a recent trip to Alaska.
