there was a girl in my high school who was an attention seeker too. She would go all over school talking to everyone as if she knew them, which made most of the people hate her. Then she would tag along to malls with people who didn't want her to come along.She would also make up stupid (but interesting i must say) stories about her social life outside school, making herself look all so mighty.The worst thing I hate about her is trying to fake cries in class just to make everyone feel pity for her, which my girlfriend at that time always fell for. But thank god I'm not gonna see her for a long long time now, but when I do, I just hope that she's become a mature person.

I have a burning question, Has anyone dumped someone only to realize that it was a mistake. I ended a relationship about six months ago, and after three months, I started to miss my ex-girlfriend. At first i felt like she was the one who wanted to break up, so trying to protect myself, i did the dumping. It wasn't so hard, cause i felt I came out unscathed...but after a few months, I realized that i was wrong. I was not going through that guilt period that many went through in a break up, I really I did some bad stuff pushing my ex-girlfriend away. We haven't talked much, but I received an email today saying that I am loved, however, things are over. But I dont want it to be over. Has anything like this happened to anyone...whats your story. I am not depressed, nor desperate...I have moved on. I accept my loses, but just curious to hear other stories.

I've been wearing glasses since i was 12. I'm 18 now by the way.At first I thought wearing glasses would be fun, because u have another accessory to play with, but as time goes on I realise that having glasses is just so very unconvenient, especially for a person like me who loves sport. After that I thought contact lenses would be quite a change, but it was worse than glasses, you can't just slip it on in the morning and take it off at night.Bottom line is, if you're not short/long sighted, you're a lucky person. But if you are, just try to reduce the risk of getting worse by eating more vegetables and avoiding radiation.

I use to collect stamps when i was young. I stopped when i reached my 6th album. It was fun back then. But after that I felt that it was too troublesome, that's why i stopped. Now I collect computer junks. Hardware and software. I just think that they're so cool.

as far as i know there isn't any terabyte hard disks yet, correct me if i'm wrong. And a terrabyte is 1000GB is not mistaken

I strongly believe that amd is far the best!The only thing that keeps intel alive, is their marketing section.It reminds me of Sparta in ancient Greece.They keep their support with force...Don't be fooled by the fact that they sell a lot more;who wouldn't?Almost most of the companies, are forced to promote all the intel products, and none of the amd.Everyone admits AMD's technological supperiority, but the sales don't increase...I went to the stores a few days ago, just to see them.What did i find out?Most of the stores had ONLY computers with intel CPU's...Even the largest chains of stores, had about 50 different combinations with intel CPU's but only VERY FEW with AMD... I went into one store, and told them that i wanted an AMD cpu...They immediately tried to persuade me, not to buy it!But buy an intel cpu...After i insisted on it, they said 'ok, but we will have to order it, and it will take a few weeks, but if you buy any intel cpu, you will have immediately, or in a few days'...I finnaly left and ordered it from the internet...The last place, which is still "free".

That's all changed: Microsoft has canceled Aurora, and the company is moving the Longhorn media player to XP. Now code-named Polaris, WMP 11 will be a major release. There's just one problem: Instead of shipping in November, as per the original plan, WMP 11 will now ship in a public beta during that month, coinciding with Longhorn Beta 2. The final release is roughly scheduled for early 2006.

Well, I can't say that I'm a good cook, but at least I don't starve myself if there's still ingredients in the kitchen, ;)I just started to learn how to cook a few months ago when i came here (US) to study. I'm here alone and if I didn't learn how to cook, I wouldn't be here today.In a few months time the only things I've really mastered are fried rice, curry chicken, simple vegetables and pizza Not really a big thing but it's a big achievement to me cause I've never cooked in my fore till now.
