Google adsense pays by check only. No paypal. They'll never choose paypal as their option. Paypal is their competition!Anyway, what i mean is, that they have this repute/rumour of banning publishers when they are near the $100 mark, and also disabling lots of publisher accounts on the 'click fraud' accuse. Ofcourse, nothing has ever happened to me like this, but I doubt all the publishers complaining about this are wrong!

Well, even I like LP, but i would say, the latest album, Minutes to Midnight, was slightly disappointing. well, ok that is being overly critical. They put up some real great performance. But, a song or two was ok. Not the best. Overall, the album was good.Specifically, the intro music Wake, was unique. That's what i think. From soft to rock, the changeover was great <_<Just my 2 cents

Bravehost Hosting Is Not The Way To Go For the love of God...No
lifetalk replied to mpinsky's topic in General Discussion
Well.. i would not say that bravehost is totally sucker.I mean, I started out with my first 2 paged website with them, took me 2 weeks to design those 2 pages. I know, the control panel was difficult and all that stuff. And i designed my pages in Microsoft Word ....well.. things could never be worse... Lolx..anyway, they have ads all over, which sucks. That's why i hate them -
Web Hosting From Your Own Local Machine. (very Easy)
lifetalk replied to swizzeron's topic in Websites and Web Designing
I'd suggest, for people who are too lazy to do this, better get yourself some paid hosting. It really has become way too cheap. Serious damn cheap. However, I'd love to try this out. Will do it. How about, how do I assign a domain to it? When am on a dynamic IP? -
Free Hosting - 15gb Space - 250gb Bw Believe it or not
lifetalk replied to translector's topic in General Discussion
PHP Safe mode on.. Now, that sounds like a big big con to me. Cze, scripts is what most people use on high spec/tech hosts. And with the safe mode on, umm.. I'd much rather choose a host with 1GB space and 10GB bandwidth with safe mode off, rather than a host with 1TB space and 100TB bandwidth with safe mode on.Just my 2 cents -
CDMA vs GSM Which will rule the world
lifetalk replied to solankyno1's topic in Science and Technology
As of now, I don't really care.. but would prefer GSM to CDMA...and, i can bet tht UMTS is not long from overtaking the rest! -
Well, for me I've always been pronouncing it as the usual char, the one that comes from charcoal. However, at times, I do read it as Car, but, when saying it out (i doubt i've ever said it!), it's mostly the charr...anyway, I guess, and i bet, that the Car thing is what should be the most sensible and correct one.Just my 2 cents though

Well, I would say, that PC's without hard disks is a very far-fetched idea, and I doubt that will be a possibility for many years to come. Hard disk is essential, and network connections cannot be relied upon every time. Plus, if this were to happen, then countries with an under-developed network and internet infrastructure would be faced with problems.Anyway, the new security system/idea that they are thinking of, WILL, eventually fail. And that is obvious. Crackers/hackers have always managed to keep ahead of everything. What about the promises of Vista being the most secure build ever. Was eventually cracked, sooner than expected!Anyway, it won't be long before people actually learn and get hold of the frequencies used to unlock these devices.Just my 2 cents you know

I am ready to bet that his math teacher actually, screwed the lid on the bottle. The liquid had no room to escape, thus causing the bottle to explode. That happens when you do that foil thing experiment. The gas builds up inside the bottle, causing it to inflate, and eventually explode. So, I am sure, the sound of an empty 2 litre bottle exploding would and will be pretty big.As for the mentos thing, i've tried it, and was pretty amused

Well, this speech to text thing is really old now. Nothing new. That's what i know for the fact that i remember trying to use one around 4 or 5 years back. Failed hopelessly though. These things are far from perfect. seriously. Typing is much faster, and quicker, and would/will have less errors!

Agreed. Totally. Google Adsense MAY be unfair in some situations, but they are still the best one around. Because they do not have any tough qualification rules, etc. Plus, their payout rates are among the highest in the CPC area. You can get as high as $1 per click. What more would you want..?? I doubt anything. My experience with google adsense has been really great, and I am personally sticking with them. No matter what

Well, if you are complete newbie, then WYSIWYG is always the good thing to start out with. I did that too myself. Although, now I more into PHP and server side... so, i would recommend it for the complete newbies

I've been thru a similar situation. Basically, i guess the hacker managed to get into my hosting account. Messed with my SQL database, and then, each time i loaded the forum, it redirected to his page where he left his mark. Sad.I've learnt my lesson too. And now, i use vBulletin, far more secure. Way secure!

OK, i guess am posting in ere really late. But I've too upgraded it long back. Infact, newer versions are out, and they are much better, safer, secure, enhanced, blah blah blah Really great. Wordpress really rocks!

Parked domains are what they are. Parked. That's it. They basically redirect to the original domain name. Nothing more. And then, the usual old domain/subdomain is used.As far as my experience goes, your only option is to reinstall wordpress, but this time add the domain as an Addon domain, and then install wordpress on the domain.Since you installed it on a subdomain, the table entries in the database have all the permalinks, internal links, etc, based on the subdomain. So, the only way out is to reinstall it.Good Luck, and hope you find a solution.

Who Is Your Favourite Free Host? whats your fav free host?
lifetalk replied to teartrack_sos's topic in General Discussion
Well, as of now, Xisto is one of the reliable and industry standard hosting if you consider it among free hosts. Other than that, I would say, if you are looking for some real top class hosting and don't want to do the hardwork, than in that case, consider paid hosting.Asta is good -
Simple solution.. click on View..and then 'View Source'

Simply put, my experience with Bidvertiser has been nothing less than horrible. I mean, I've got tracking scripts setup on my sites, and specifically for Bidvertiser ads the script logged many clicks. BUt i never managed to make a single cent. Frankly, i feel these guys are either scam, or else, their pay rates are way too low!

Aye, i've seen this one. And i must comment on the fact that this thing is really really great for begginers. Something old now, but seriously, i've seen numerous people using it!
