Alright, the colors are changed! Hopefully I will get replies saying that the text is very readable now =P

Cinema 4D for the 3D rendering. Photoshop for pretty much all other graphics. And notepad to tie it all together. And yes, I see now that I will probably have to change the colors around yet again. I'll try to get it done this weekend and have you guys look over the color scheme for me

lol, never really experienced AOL. Never thought of switching over or whatever. Never seemed intriguing enough for me to use. WHat's different in AOL that i normally could not get access to? This is not a rhetorical question...i really don't know =P

yea....love bit torrents. Personally I use BitComet. It's simple and does the job perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better application for downloading through BitTorrents

well, i had this problem once, but i found that it was just the publishing settings. Are you certain you set up the settings correctly? Also, if you enlarge the pictures on the window, the quality will go down as well...though that doesn't seem to be the problem right now...Are you using Flash MX?

lol, what you probably need the most right now is a bit of patience. ONe week isn't enough for anyone to "master" this. It takes time and patience and in time it will eventually come around

eh...currently listening toSnow Patrol's "Run." It's alright...i've heard better. if i had a choice i wouldn't be listening to this right now, but being that it's a radio station i like and i'm too lazy to change it... =P

i'm confused with what the original topic is about now. Is it for viewing web designs or testing it? Because everyone is saying stuff like, "FireFox is the best, all explorer users suck" (well maybe not that direct). But as most people know, even if "IE really stunk as a browser" majority of the viewers will be using it. So as a designer, wouldn't you want to make it easier for their viewers to view the site? Cause i'm sure most people will not want to go get Firefox simply because to view one site. If i could only test my web layout on only one browser, it'd have to be IE, though I also use a FireFox browser.

alright, maybe it had something to do with the crude hotlinking system i set up. Can you see the images now?

lol, i've never tried a teamed project....it'd be interesting. But unfortunately i don't have time for that anymore....but if anyone's willing to wait till the middle of summer i might be interested in joining a web design "team" lol

lol, like i said the i am horrible at choosing font-colors. I'll try to play around with that again later. hmm, i've never had that problem before...cause if usually either the enitre site's down...or the entire site's up, being that it's all hosted under Xisto and uni.cc...could you check again for me to see if the pictures are showing for you now?

naw, i think Cinema is easier to use. 3D Studio Max has many more options and all that junk, but unless you plan to make very complex artistic renderings, I suggest using Cinema 4D, then Photoshop to edit it. At least that's how I made my website's design =P

Hey...this site's been open for a week now, so I think it's about ready for a little review from fellow web designers. The colors use to be very dark but i changed it around so it's readable now at least for most computers...THe site also has a webcomic moving along slowly. It's updated 2-3 times a week. THere's more info about updating days on the site so review my layout and the webcomic! lol, it looks nice. It has a clean andeasy-to-read layout. Not a big fan of the splash though...seems kinda..pointless cause it's not showing anything off or giving any info =P

yup, heard of them. THey're pretty cool...although none of their songs really stood out for me =P (oh, and i'm refering to DreamTheater, not Kelly the Hong Kong star...)

lol, i've noticed that most serious web designers are never satisfied with the result of their site. Perhaps they are simply looking for someone to disagree so they can bask in the self-satisfaction that someone feels otherwise...but they always seem to be unhappy with the result. lol

heh, i am probably one of the worse when it comes to text colors cause I tend to like to make everything color-cordinated...thus making the text a bit hard to read =P but i completely agree with you two. Easy to read content and keeping a webpage moderately long is very important
