on your cpanel there is a phpmyadmin.... click mysql --> bottom

when i upload something throw the ftp..i opend the dir then ,,,the mod of all files i uploaded are 500??/ no wirte permission no read permission.

i have using lots of capture screen programme.. hyperSnap Snagit...like sosobut until now i just don't know where i can got a programe to capture the VIDEO..no ..i'm sorry..`

you just install the filezilla as your main language..then you will log on to the ftp : yourname.trap17.com user : your cpanel user name ps : password then just uploadps:when you changed the php skin you just go to the forum or just read the forum of phpbb of how to add skin or changed it..phpbb has so many skins just enjoyed it you will know how to change it quickly.
