well,like what pawitp said,administrator can change or delete any user(guest or other administrator).so you should not set the right of this kind,you can only set password for your private file by some software(the easily way is winrar )

that's nothing ,your are welcom...i did my forum with discuz(similar like leadbbs and phpbbs) basic template.i have no idea about the forum client about if issuing other language version. i just used some php pages of the discuz basic template.if you are interested in designing,you should install phpbbs and to get it to be beautiful as more as you could. good luck.

maybe your disk FAT of HDD is missing or broken... you can fix them by command console booting from system CD.once go into the console you could type chkdsk /F to recovery your system partition files;then to type fixmbr to fix the disk FAT. reboot... hope everything goes well-good luck.

I have installed style xp and window blinds but windowblind is better than style xp Cas it waste a little system memory resource after boot.umm,although there are lots of theme for style xp,windowbinds looks cool than it.only boring thing is that we must run them when booting windows .
