Thanks for the help, seec! I have programming knowledge in small, which I used to code plugins for a C++ script. I have studied other peoples' php scripts before, and it really helps. I have started to learn the basics and stuff, but I was wondering how on PHP you can make pages like http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/?page=staff and stuff like that. Thanksfor helping seec -Kyle

Sounds really nice, you lucky lucky man :DSome pictures would be great. I envy you for that monitor. I have a 15 inch flat screen, not bad but it could be better.-kyle

I would not suggest BootSkins, ThemeXP or StyleXP. I have had them before and it slows down your computer boot time, and really lags it up. Your better off just keeping it the normal boot screen. I strongly suggest you keep the normal one.-Kyle

Sounded like a great idea, I would have loved to get 20% of my bandwidth back but...I type gpedit.msc is run and an error comes up"Windows cannot find 'gpedit.msc'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, then click Search."Any help?-Kyle

Counter Strike Servers Where do you ppl play?
Velocity replied to nakulgupta's topic in Computer Gaming
Like I have said on another thread, counter strike is the best. THE BEST. I loved my time on counter strike, being a potential ex-server owner of around 3 servers. 20$ a month for a server? Doesnt scare me. My best advice - rent a server and start a clan. Bet AMXX (http://www.amxmodx.org/) and install that, that hitch on some sweet plugins. To rent a fast and cheap counter strike server with a control panel, go to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ you do, good luck-Kyle -
Counter strike owns, hell yes! However I have heard a numerous amount of time counter strike: source isnt the best. I own counter strike 1.6 with steam, which is the best. Classic maps like de_dust, de_dust2, cs_assault, and de_aztec are always very entertaining. I like to hop on steam every once and a while to play. I got my cs 1.6 for like 20 bucks, and i thinks coutner strike source is like 50. So if I were you I would go for the CS 1.6. Just get the counter strike package, not the source. Once you installed counter strike and have the cdkey, go to http://ww4.steampowered.org/ and download steam. Then your good to go. Counter strike is the best.. -Kyle

So, I was broowsing around, looking for places I could put cool little games on my iPod and such. I came accross many different ones, and I think one had a virus. About then I was ready to give up when I see a link on google that says "Linux for your iPod". I was very curious, as it sounded like a pretty cool idea. I looked into it and it had games and such, like asteroids, pong, tetris, mines, and Pod-draw, which is kind of like paint. Here are some screenshots I acquired. ^^PodDraw ^^Mines ^^Tetris ^^Pong ^^Asteroids (A-Steroids) If you get Linux on your video iPod, everything is in color. Heres a picture of some "matrix" coding on an iPod photo. Look at this Doom 95 on an ipod! So there you have it, iPod Linux. I havent put it on my iPod yet but I probably will soon, I want to see what other people think about it. iPod Linux has many other cool features. Just check out their site at: http://ipodlinux.org/ I wanted to share thsi to see what everybody else thought of it. Tell me what you think -Kyle

As I said before, try putting your router up high. That fixes 50% of low connection speed problems. Trust me, it works. Our router is in my brothers room and downstairs we get great internet connect, because the waves travel down. So never put your router in your basement or anything, that would be a big problem. Try putting the router up higher in the house and tell me what happens.regards,-kyle
