jcguy 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2004 I use frontpage mainly because I can't work without seeing the visual outcome of the site, but I guess more 'pro' designer go for Dreamweaver of even just Notepad.
Hercco 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2004 I prefer to use a text editor which supports code highlighting. But no dreamweavers or frontpages for me.

Darren1405241470 0 Report post Posted September 8, 2004 I've always used just notepad for mine. I would like to try dreamweaver though as most people say its really good.
japanick 0 Report post Posted September 9, 2004 I use notepad and an open browser, then just ALT+TAB back and forth. It works well and I have tried Front Page and other WYSIWYG editors, but always go back to notepad.
OrbitPoints 0 Report post Posted September 9, 2004 I use notepad also, but I would like to find the old program I had that had wildcard support for find and replace, saved quite a bit of time when doing some projects, anyone know of any good ones?
dissipate 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2004 I use a combination of programs... Dreamweaver, Frontpage and even good old Editplus.
zarjay1405241470 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2004 I used Notepad because I find most HTML editors intrusive; I know how to write my code, so I don't see any point in having an HTML editor do it for me. I like the complete control I have with a text editor like Notepad.
hawk1405241470 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2004 No... I prefere Notepad.... and Frontpage!
kokushta 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2004 I use DreamWeaver + Notepad. WYSIWYG editor are to speed up things, but if you don't know 'the code' why do you need Notepad. My advice: learn the code and appriciate what a WYSIWYG editor gives you.
