Dude *** it SAYS SERVER IS OFFLINE *** WHEN I GO TO SITE to managee it it says it's offline I'm confused help!

I can't find JDK 6.0 or 5.0 so I cannot compile it, it says you need JDK 5.0 or 6.0. And I cannot find them for the JRE 6 update 2...

Its not on the site given in the guide

So I cant compile my server so it doesn't work for me.
