  1. ok the colors are wrong. just change them to what you want it to be. (assuming you know how to)
  2. here just google it. lol you can find anything in google. im guesing you could stream it. i found a site on how to do that and it explains it pretty good. here it is // link dead // about making it invisible just google some more. or you could put it on a frame and have the sizes at 0%, 100% so that you cant see it.
  3. Yeah id go for BitTorrent also. but then again you cant really find torrent files for just some songs on their own. im guessing most people would just download an album. i use bittorrent for downloading progs, movies, albums ect but then i have a p2p thing for downloading songs that i heard on the radio or something. but then again using a mac usualy helps in not getting any viruses. haha yeah.
  4. Hey man. its pretty nice of you to offer all that. i'd like to make a request then. I'd like to make a website where if i have a new item i want to add to my menu list then that i wont have to go through adding it to every single site. Is php or something the right way to go? I know html and css and thats it from the internet languages. i think ill pm you incase this dosent get through. -Luc
  5. ok thanks man. that was exactly what im looking for. its seems easy to use and expand.
  6. There is a way of dong it i suppose. All you have to do is use CSS and the <span> tag. <head><style type="text/css">.menu1 a:link { text-decoration: underline; color: #66CC99; }.menu1 a:visited { text-decoration: underline; color: #66CC99; }.menu1 a:hover { text-decoration: none; color: #333333; background-color: #FFFFFF; }.menu1 a:active { text-decoration: underline; color: #66CC99; }</style></head><body><span name="menu1"> kjslkajd..... </span>and the rest of your html... there i think that should be abour right. you can make as many span tags as you want as long as you choose a diff name for each.
  7. I dont think its actualy possible with just html but i know that you can do it with javascript. i found it on a site once where you just needed to change the url to the image in this code. Its a code that would resize according to the size of the window. but plain html? dont think so.
  8. Im looking for somethin that puts a diffrent image for each pageload/refresh. And it should be something that dosent need any super server technolgys like php and mysql and all that stuff. something that is enough just on the page and finished.
  9. i dont really know what you mean by this but most stuff usualy get annoying if they are to extravagant. for making sites the <div> tag is pretty usedfull for making boxes with text and placing it exactly where you want it. thats what i do with my site. For more cool effects or something just google for Cool Scripts or something similar.
  10. lol thanks but im not looking to buy but im looking to sell.
  11. well yes thats how it is in the 20cent sites. i havent seen a lot but theres a few where you can set your own price. at imagevortex the range you can set is between $20 and $300 so im guesssing its pretty good. the problem with them is that they havent gone online for buyers yet only for the photographers to build up their stock.
  12. yeah im an amatuer photographer but i was thinking that with so many stock sites out there i might make some money with pics that would only get old on my HD and i wouldent use anyways otherwise. Ive signed up for Shutterstock.com and also Imagevortex.com$0.20 is pretty lousy i guess but with imagevortex you can set your own price. Anybody else have any experience with these sites and could recoment something?
  13. if found out that if you open up a floppy disk. and look through that disk where all the info is on. make sure nothing important is on the disk because you probably wont be able to use it again. heres a picture of some clouds and you can see the sun glinting through. -Lucas
  14. i dunno but try this. img {width: 400px;}
  15. I usualy just used editor. i think im much of a graphical designed so all i need is the div tag and css. i make my images with Macromedia Fireworks. its a really good program. very intuitive and easy interface. I coudent manage with photoshop. I have a thing called Webgenz CMS thats like an offsite cms thing.(assuming you all know what it means). you just make a template and then set the thing for each variable. i cant explain it very good but its pretty cool.
  16. well if you download the hello software ( http://www.hello.com/en/index.html ) it has a bot that you can automaticly post to you blog to. it only works with https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?service=blogger&passive=1209600&continue= http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/='>http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/= http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ blogs but its pretty cool. the best thing about it is you can send it images and then it will make thumbs for them and link them to the big image.
  17. Im pretty new to this website but uhm ill just post some pics of mine here. I usualy post them on deviant art but im in the process of making a website/gallery of my own to show them. heres a few. I'd really love some critique on them.
