?Vengeance is in my heart, death in my hand, blood and revenge are hammering in my head? (Shakespeare). I agree widely with it. I agree because vengeance is in my heart, as the rough feelings originate there. Death is in my hand because I am the one who decides to take revenge or not. Also the weapons you could use for harming someone must be held in your hand. Blood and revenge are hammering our head means you want to get revenge and sometimes it involves blood. However most of the time it will enter in conflict with your ethic or moral codes. This is why it will confuse you, because you don?t know if it?s correct to do it. "Maria Concepci?n" story illustrates this quotations very well. Some events of the story that illustrate this quotation are that Maria Concepcion found Maria Rosa and Juan kissing each other. Maria Concepci?n got very angry then and hatred arose in her heart so she wanted revenge. Another event is that Juan didn?t care about it at all, like when he talks to Givens he says he can?t leave Maria Concepci?n because he?s married to her by the church; But that he can?t leave Maria Rosa either because she makes him feel good. In the story we can also see how Maria Concepci?n is so mad that she wants revenge and she wants to kill Maria Rosa and make Juan suffer. The relations between the successes in the story and Shakespeare?s quotation are as follows. When Maria Concepci?n catches Maria Rosa and Juan making out, she gets very pissed and a feeling of vengeance surges. Maria Concepci?n could decide to get or not get revenge, she gets to choose it. Therefore ?blood is in her hand?. The fact that Juan doesn?t care, just gives Maria Concepci?n another reason for revenge. After those circumstances, she wants to make Juan suffer and kill Maria Rosa as a vengeance. To conclude I must say that if you decide to kill someone in revenge, you will always carry it in your conscience. Because killing someone is not the solution for problems. I think violence must be left aside and speech should always be the way of resolving issues. But also you must respect others and be careful because you never know when someone will want vengeance on you.

The end does not justify the meansIn the following post I am going to explain why the end does not justify the means, because it would give a conflict between your minimum ethics (what is right and what is wrong) and your maximum ethics (what is better or worse than). I will take a side in this debate and give my point of view. Your minimum ethics are the things that you know that are right or are wrong. For example, killing is bad no matter what or why you do it. And tolerance is good no matter what. Therefore, doing a bad thing like violence to achieve a good goal is against morality and therefore should not be done. Maximum ethics are the things that are better or worse than other things. For example, killing an assassin would prevent him from killing more people; however you would be an assassin as well if you killed him and therefore should not be done.Some people think it is better to apply maximum ethics over minimum ethics because they benefit more people; however they are not good if you must do an unmoral act to achieve your goal. A perfect example would be when a classmate copies on an exam and you notice it. It is wrong copy but it is worse to tell the teacher that your classmate is copying. In this case, it is better not to tell the teacher, but being an accomplice of your partner is wrong, as well as copying. What I am saying is that you must do what its correct, and not what is better or worse.In the reading of Maria Concepci?n, she kills Maria Rosa because it is better for Maria Concepci?n, because she will get her man back. She does bad in order to get something good. However Maria Concepci?n will, in my opinion, carry with the guilt of being a murderer for the rest of her life. Therefore what she did was right? Or was it wrong?In my opinion killing is wrong, no matter why you kill. And it?s against human rights, as well as against religion because we don?t have the right to decide between life and death. I conclude that doing a bad thing to achieve a good goal shall not be done; instead we should try to do really good things, so others do good things as well to achieve a good common goal. Because if everyone does what is right, will we need to do bad things in order to get a good result?

If it is not your life, then it is not your choiceIn the following post I am going to talk about the reading called A Beacon in the Night that we read in class. I will write what I would say to Mr. Shepps as well as what would I tell Yossel for what he done. I will as well mention events from the reading to illustrate my advices. If I was a friend of Mr. Shepps, I would tell him to leave Yossel whatever he wants and stop making pressure so he studied medicine. I would tell him that what Yossel did is wrong, but it is even worse to push your son to study something you want. Also, after discovering that Yossel was taking advantage of his dad, I wouldn?t blame Yossel at all. I would have a long talk with Mr. Shepps trying to make him understand that the election of your professional career is personal and must be done by the person who is going to practice it.If I was Yossel?s friend I would tell him that what he did was wrong. You must never take advantage of your parents. I would tell him that what he should have done is talk to his father and tell him he didn?t want to be a doctor. I would support him because it?s not fair if your father pushes you to choose the profession he wants. But, taking advantage of your father is wrong whichever way you see it. I would as well make Yossel see that his father is making a great effort to pay for his studies and his car. Also I would tell him that instead if lying about he being studying medicine, he should have talked to his dad directly and tell him the truth.Finally, I would help Yossel to talk to his father so he can say sorry and explain him the reasons why he did it. After that I would tell them both that what they did is wrong. Pushing your son into choosing the profession you want is wrong. You can?t make choices for other people just like that. Professional election is probably the most important decision in your life, and if it?s not your life, you have no right to choose for him. Then I would tell Yossel that even if he didn?t want to hurt his father, taking advantage of him the way he did, hurt his dad even more. And that what he did was wrong no matter what reasons he had to do it.To conclude I want to add that I enjoyed the reading. It left me a very good teaching. I really think this happens a lot in real life. My parents have never made that kind of pressure on me for choosing a career. Instead, they have given me the freedom to choose whatever I want. I learned that if there is something bad that you have to tell your parents, but you don?t want to tell them because it would hurt them; it is better to tell them and hurt them a little than telling them later and hurt them even more.

I swear I know a LOT of things, but everyday I learn something new... I hate school too, everyone does... but I love knowledge, I read a lot and often "wiki tour"... the wiki tour is a thing i like doing, I read a random article that caught my attention, then after reading new doubts pop up.. and well i search those doubts and read more articles... I can read for hours and hours and it never gets boring. Seriously its amazing how you can be reading about Manatees and end up reading about The Challenger and then 5 minutes later you are reading about Lance ArmstrongWikipedia rocks! School sucks =)

I skip at least one class everyday, however I don't get absences ... I really don't encourage people to skip classes, makes it a lot harder at exams... (my own experience)However heres the thing: Leave your backpack outside the classroom, inside your locker works too. Then enter the class, wait for the teacher to pass list and ask to go to the restroom. Go out and don't return until the class is over I don't recommend doing it unless your hungry and you want to go have breakfast, or you have an important thing to do... or if the class is bored as hell. Oh and be sure to get someone to do it with you, its even more boring to be outside without anyone to talk to...

Yea pretty much, in my school there are skeets, the fashion girls, the manga-likers aka otakus, the emo's, nerds, the girls that are always talking *BEEP* about other people, the guys who are always making fun of others, the rejected, and lately a lot of goths and punks o. o

My school *BLEEPS* really hard >.<We got one week of vacations right? well... since we were gonna have a lot of free time, the teachers gave us special homeworks!So they gave us a gift box and guess what? 3 essays, 4 projects and 2 speeches... is it really vacations or a "break" if all we do during that time is prepare to speeches, write essays and do projects for school? come on... they should at least respect our vacations

Social Stratification VS Love In the following post I will explain some factors in our society. Such as the divisions that exist in society along those of social class, race or religion. I will talk about marriages between people of different classes, races and or religions and about their parents and society?s approval. Based on the story "Marriage is a private affair" Our society isn?t divided in tribal lines like in Nigeria, but it is divided by classes. In our society, race and religion are not so important because nearly all of us share the same race and religion. However it is divided in Low, Middle and High classes. Also the society is divided by their occupations and jobs. I think people can marry with whoever they want, as long as there is love in their relationship, I think family shouldn?t interfere with the decisions of the couple. I consider that parents should accept the feelings of their offspring and be happy for them, if that?s what makes them happy. In our current society, you can marry whoever you want and the society doesn?t consider it bad or good. Also I don?t think the couple should be influenced by the society because everybody is different and has his own personality and point of view, but we all have the same rights than the other members of our society. For example in "Marriage is a private affair", the parents of the groom didn?t agree with the wedding, but they still did it because they loved each other. Slowly the groom?s father started to realize he was wrong, and started to accept their love. This was mostly because he wanted to meet his grandsons. I can conclude that our society has more freedom in this aspect than the society in Nigeria. The cultural clashes in the two societies are very different and therefore the marriages are very different as well. All the aspects I mentioned earlier are why I think that marriage is a private affair and parents and society shouldn?t interfere with it.

I've been thinking some more about your theory... and haven't you thought that the numbers in the bible are symbolic? there are numbers everywhere... also 120 is referred as a 'number of perfection', many of the numbers in the bible have hidden meanings tho... so it wouldn't surprise me if those long living persons and those big numbers were something symbolic and didn't exactly have anything to do at all with the flood thing

Dogs are definitely better pets, they are loyal and playful... maybe you need to bath them more often and clean their poop but they are, in my opinion, better pets than most of the other animals.The reason why I don't have pets is because I don't like to clean their... <you know what> and bathing them sure is stressful, specially when they run away from you all around the garden xD

I like a lot of sports, but the one I like the most is probably basketball, since I was little I was an admirer of Michael Jordan Too sad now I barely have time to play basketball, however I remember the good times when I played basketball for hours every night...I also like ping-pong xD

They are all nice, but I personally prefer phpBB, why? I don't know, i guess because its the one I've dealt with the most. But like mbd5882 said, probably the paid version of invision is better, not sure thought. If i was to create a forum, I'd definitely get phpBB since I also find it the easiest to manage and the easiest to adquire

I don't really have a homepage since I use chrome... it shows up a page with the pages I visit the most so I can choose which one I want to see in that moment... but definitely my webpage would be Google, 75% of the time I use the internet is to research something, and Google is the best at that!

My favorite season is summer... why? VACATIONSAlso summer has rain! lots of rain... you can play in the streets and get all wet and then get a cold for a week xDIf you choose not to play in the rain... well you can wait until its over and make a paper ship and put it in the street when it rains a lot and it will go like 3-4 quarters >=)Also because of the warm weather you can do nearly any activity so summer for the win!

Hmmm just one?? I totally love animals so its very hard to choose only one.. hmmm I probably would go for parrots since they are smart, small, don't stink, you don't have to bath them (they do it themselves!), they are cute, and they can talk! sometimes they can be so funny :)The only downpart to having a parrot is that they poo on your blouse > oh and when its a very cold night they might not survive :/ thats how my parrot died

iTunes all the way! When on my mac I use iTunes of course.. but when on Windows... well I use iTunes as well!!! xDiTunes is pretty good and easy to use, also I need it for adding songs to my iPhone so its not really an option >.<So yea... thats it, iTunes

I personally don't like most of the geeks and freaks... However they are nice sometimesCrazy? well thats the only thing for sure, they are crazyHowever they aren't always crazy in a bad way... I just see them as individuals trying to be unique and different to feel identified with something and form a personality, an identity.

I would buy a manatee and make an aquarium just for him, I would feed him caviar and then when he got older I would buy him a female manatee! Then they would have little manatees so I would expand the aquarium, then open another aquarium area for dugongs...Later when I have about 50 manatees I would kill them and sell their skins to make another million! Then out of that other million I would use 250k to bribe the police because the commerce of manatees is strictly forbidden since its near extinction... then with the remaining cash I would go to Miami, buy an apartment next to Sarkozy's apartment and would go to beach all day... Then at the beach I would meet a lucky old poor lady and would give her a check so she had a heart attack...No seriously... I would pay my studies with the money

Has anyone of you heard the British singer David Jordan?He is awesome! You should hear some of his songs or buy his disk "Set the Mood"...it is definitely one of my best CD buys.In my opinion he will soon accomplish great popularity. Although hes not very well known nor famous yet, I recognize a genius when I see it. No wonder he's often compared to 'big dogs' like Michael Jackson and Prince.Personally my favorite songs are Place In My Heart and On The Money, but to be honest I like all the CD songs!I encourage everyone to try it

Yeah, the Heart of The Sea is a real jewel and its considered one of the most beautiful and most expensive ones in the whole world... I was amazed when I read an article about that jewel, I was like "wasn't it from the Titanic movie?" then I did my research and there you go... cool
