I just think the ipod is just pure fashion. Its for the rich, just like in pcs. For those that want to pay more for things that look cute. Because for half the price of an ipod or imac, you can get a better pc with better specs.

If this is the size thats commercially available now days, then I wonder what type of technology the real spies are using these days. I dont know but with nanotechnology they can make really amazing things. About the size of this one, I wasnt really that surprised, because come cellphones have their cameras at about this size. Just think about how tiny most cellphones are now days, the only exception about this would be the battery and circuitry that would go along with it. For what it is I realy dont think its expensive, Obviously you cant expect real good image quality from it, but its design, the way the have made everything fit in there just makes it worth the price. I still cant find any use for it though, dont really feel like spying on anyone. Just hope this type of technology doesnt fall in the wrong hands (parents (lol), perverts,etc...)

Well, even though its been out for a couple of days, I did a search and couldnt find anyone posting this before, and this is the best place I could find to put it in. Sorry if its wrong. Anyway, its the Simpsons intro with real people, I saw it just a while ago and I thought it was great, a good thing to share to my fellow Xisto friends, specially if you are a fan of the Simspons. Anyway, here is the link, enjoy and discuss what you think about it. Link: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ I personally think the people who recorded it did a great job, though lisa doesnt really convince me.

Which Is Your Favourite Zelda Game and which one is least fav.
FLaKes replied to Borghunter's topic in Computer Gaming
I really like the link to the past way more than any other so far, Ocarina of time was really really good, but I dont know, maybe its just that it was more fun, though the 64 version has way much better graphics. Or maybe just the age I had when playing each game. Who know, the point is that the Zelda series games is really really good. So far I havent seen any of the like or better on any other console, but I have never seen it as an rpg though, I would rather call it a platform type game. -
Where In The World Are You From? vote and post
FLaKes replied to MaineFishing45's topic in General Discussion
Ive always wanted to live in Australia... and maybe I will! Just thinking about that huge island and all the oportunities there. It sort of seems like paradise for me, working in the morning and afternoon, learning to surf after work, and going out at night. Thats what I would do over there, not everyday of course.Mexico... well its not a small country (land size) though politicians have eaten it all up, turning it into a fd up country. Its gotten better though, at least the political party that had been ruling (or dictating) since Mexico started falling lost the elections in 2000, and they will probably loose this time again (in July). That can only be good because they were so corrupt, I just hope that the leftist candidate doesnt mess up in case he wins cause he has great ideas though they are going to be very hard to achieve because it will mean that the people who manage the country are actually going to have to work.Ill just wait and see what happens, Im getting work experience right now so that I can meet the requirements In case I get enough courage to go and live in Australia. Cheers! -
Have You Heard Computers Sing? Text to speech... or Text to song?
FLaKes replied to Dooga's topic in Science and Technology
Wow, now that will be an interesting toy to play with on the pc. Specially since Im not really a good singer and its hard to get someone to sing to the music I make. Thats pretty cool. -

Back in the days when an online gaming service owned by Sega called Heat.net still existed, a friend won a commander controller por his pc by playing quake 1. The funny thing was that he was a newbie and all he did is walk around the map throwing grenades like a maniac. Heat.net was really fun, they would give you credits for playing and winning games and you could change them for prizes or cash. To bad the dreamcast killed Sega, I really liked sega.Congrats on your prize man!

Do You Think Popups Are A Bad Thing? www.bpsite.tk
FLaKes replied to alexwhin's topic in Online Advertising
One should not be forced to have a window open (pop up) on their computer if they did not ask for it. They are very disturbing and annoying, I would seriously try and avoid the as a web designer whenever I can. -
Thanks, I had been looking for an antivirus and Clamwin... Well, its OK, I dont really get much if any viruses, but lets see how this one turns out, Im am downloading it right now.

And after this a camera? Lol, Icam.... Lol. Though I would seriously like them to put a number pad on the Ipod and make it a phone, that way you would carry your phone and an Ipod on the same device. I would really like that, I dont see why it is so hard and no other company has ever done this before.

I think the projector is a perfect idea, because it is so easy to move compared to a huge dlp or lcd tv, besides a projector that is between the 1k and 2k budget hast support for hdtv, If you do have all that money I would definetely say go for it, because a projectors bulb lasts somewhere in between 3000 to 4000 hours, and if you exaggerate, lets say a quick example where you would use the projector 10 hours a day that would make it 3650 hours per year. Which is not bad. Im currently saving for a projector also, I see it as a great idea, Im going to sell my tv, and In a couple of months Ill have the money to buy one, In my case I would use it for ocassional movies and playing games (about 10 hours a week) so I wouldnt worry to much about the bulb.

Are Mobile Phones Dangerous? to the users health...
FLaKes replied to googlue's topic in Mobile Phones
Well it probably cant be any good. I guess it will be after long term usage or something, but then again we have other things to worry about, in my particular case, I would worry more about using the pc than using a cell phone (because its what I use the most) not because of my brain, ... I hope, but I do worry about my vision, also sleep, so If I ever have a problem because of a cell phone it probably will be to late because the pc or lack of sleep are a step ahead. -
Gimp Tutorial I need to learn how to use GIMP
FLaKes replied to fsoftball's topic in Graphics, Design & Animation
I find gimp to be as good as photoshop, the only difference, which probably makes it hard to use is the interface. Sort of like linux, ugly interface and kind of hard for the new people to adapt to. By the way, Pixel2life is a really goodsite for Gimp tutorials. Good Luck! -
Delta Airlines Has Issues Worst Flying Experience of My Life
FLaKes replied to htdefiant's topic in General Discussion
Wow, that Delta = Dont ever leave the airport was really funny, Lol. I remember when I was like 6 I would really like delta, especially because they had some sort of happy meal, and the lion was cool. -
Lol, I wonder how the person who shouts Eureka when he wakes up and then a magical quantum computer is going to happen.Great article, its always nice to know how the future is going to turn out, though its still a bit confusing, the part where it is a 1 but then its a 0 and then its both? I read this article somewhere else about a week ago but it was really really confusing. It said it had to do with teleportation, and that scientist were already able to teleport bits and stuff within a computer. I dont know, I guess we will just have to wait and see how it all turns out. Cheers!

fantastic 4 sucked, so have xmen (am I the only person who thinks this?). The only ones I have liked are spidermand and constantine (although I really havent read or seen the comic book). Oh and sin city was good also. Spawn was almost ok.What I would like to see converted into a movie would definitely be... I dont know, maybe they should stop making a bunch of comic book movies and make a good movie, just stop flooding the movie theaters with a bunch of crap. Taking it slow but keeping in mind the quality of their movies.

..... movies like final fantasy and mario bros and doom come to mind. Ugly ugly really ugly movies. I wish they could get a decent script for their movies, I mean what the f, did the final fantasy game have to do with its movie version? I hope they save up some money for any movie they plan to do and get a good director and script. Whenever I know a movie is about a game I immediately expect it to be a flop or something awfull....uggfffh... belch.... Mortal kombat 2 came to my mind..... please stop this.................

3 Elements Of Life, Balancing Life Health, Money Family
FLaKes replied to OpaQue's topic in General Discussion
Well, I suppose a dead man cant enjoy his money can he? and a healthy person is nothing if he doesnt enjoy and have fun with his life. He would have no reason for living and he would probably end up commiting suicide. But if you have happiness you can enjoy life no matter how many coins are in your pocket and you most probably wont let any defects or illnesses get in your way. -
The "cyber" Thing Relationships on the Net
FLaKes replied to Becca's topic in Dating And Relationships
I think its a great way to make other types of friends, sort of not real friends. Unless it turns out they live near your area. I dont think a relationship would work out in online dating, though I saw this case (..on tv) once where this lady met someone over the net and they fell in love, she was dying because her kidney was failing or something like that and it turned out that the person she fell in love with, donated his kidney to her and it just happened to be compatible with her body. So after that they got married and lived happily ever after..... Their ages were around their 40 almost. I seriously think that teens getting married online and stuff is just another way to kill time. -
Lol! I liked how it turned from a horror story to a hilarious story, I suppose that those monsoons are pretty heavy.
-
I think that it depends on your opponent. You have to know your opponent before you play against him, if you do you will know what he will throw after the first time you beat him, and the next and the next and so on. You have to be 1 step ahead. But unless you dont know him I would choose rock, because you have a few fractions of seconds extra to change your decision depending on how your opponents hand is changing. You have to be really fast though, otherwise you will be considered a cheater.

Can Predictions Be True? Did Nostradamus Predict world War 3?
FLaKes replied to amitojduggal's topic in General Discussion
I saw a really old movie about him. The french incident wasnt about Mussolini, what happened in France is that the king or queen (I dont remember) invited him over because they were surprised with some things he had predicted, and he had to tell them something anyway, that he had a vision of the future of the royal family of France in which he saw them lying all over the place with blood, which eventually did happen, they ended up dying. He has predicted many many things that have become true, and the way things are going It could only lead me to believe that there may just be another war.And about his predictions of 9/11, those had been discovered a long long time ago. I remember that time when I was in school, that was one of the first things that came to mind. I had not seen any images yet, and I thought world war 3 was already starting. -
sorry but I find this worse, and less believable then horoscopes. Atleast those tell you what you want to hear, all this is just made up by somebody that classified the letters with the first names of his friends, and obviously the persons name who wrote this starts with a J.... Not that my description was bad, my name starts with P, and it is way off.
