  1. i guess swimming is the best i think think of.P.S i just remembered that a guy is singapore jogged halfway and collapse(died).not sure about the reason.
  2. hmm, whenever when im panic or nervous. i tell miself to be daring and that im not afraid of death as everyone dies sooner or later(dosent mean to curse) . haha, an odd way to face nervousness huh =x
  3. the limit is 1-2 caps per 4-6hrs.i just took 2 caps yesterday and today(headache).>_< hope i dont get addicted to it.

You have to set your goal/target at first before you start to do the stuff you want to do, and don't give up! when you think that your not having any interest in it, someimes it is most likely that your tired/stressed out or might be bothered by something else.continue to be*interested* and learn it and you might feel different the next day/time you try to learn more of it. this works for me
  5. those smokers you're talking about might just have some atitude problems? or are they blind just dont show that you hate them or are irritated with the smoke. or else they will try to provoke you with it and make you get hook on smoking as well.say no to smoking
  6. not sure about it, i only now that my father smokes alot. and he says that it makes his throat feels better?(not sure if hes lying)personally i hate the smell of ciggerette, i would choke and cough everytime i smell the smoke.

  8. if you say its harmful because of radiantion, even facing the computer screen is bad for your health even though they give out little radiation.in modern days now almost everything is harmful.
  9. i dont think so that its the case. Anyway try this out. it might help some of you. This is a method and theory taught by a relative of mine, to all of you who have blackouts do deep breaths its because that your brain is lacking oxygen and also do drink more water for better blood circulation,try doing deep breathes everytime you are going to do a suden move like standing up after sitting for a time or after lying down on a bed. i got those blackouts too mostly from doing a suden move from standing up after being sitted for a while or lying on a bed. after i tried drinking lots a water and do deeper breathes than i usually do i feel better and i've got less blackouts. in my point view, its about the rate and amount of oxygen we take in and diffuse into our blood stream and then to our brain.
  10. they are fakes, just some illusions to make you think that they are physic. i can do that too, i could "float" even though i disagree with you at the top of my post, this point you gave i will have to agree with you i also had experiences with it(not just a few).
  11. ain't there also the left and right brain?? also from my biology class i learnt that theres neurons linking to the backbone/back to the muscles, does this involve the mid and hindbrain??
  12. 1.you could also do squats, squat down can stand again repeatedly(with your legs apart).you dont want to look as if your legs couldn't support your body mass do you?e.g. huge muscles everywhere except legs. no offence>.< 2.for the *lizards*known as push-ups in my country, you could raise yr hand perpendicular to your body hand make your palm into a fist(do this repeatedly) you have to use strength when closing your palm to form a fist this is almost the same with the push-ups, but it is focuses more on your fingers and wrist muscles alot(regardless of sitting/standing/lying on bed..etc). very effective too. the 2nd method might be the solution of preventing breaking of finger joints:D Also, be sure to rest when you feel tired try it out, it works!

  14. i disagree with it. if its the truth, why those people who delivers stuff didnt shrink? if you are saying about old folks,they dont shrink.its hunkback most of the time moreover they dont carry heavy objects too. P.S just my view about it.

Starcraft is good but its old.moreover, starcraft 2 is going to be released soon in 2009i think. i'll go for starcraft. like you said, its well balanced and warcraft heros arent really balanced and theres some bugs when you use cleave where it deals 50% or more splash damage. they dont count the splashed units armor.

    it aint gonna be out this year i guees, might be in early 2009 they haven't given any notices on the release date yet.

Starcraft, its like done nine/ten years ago (correct me if im wrg) but i started playing it 6 years back and now im still playing it heard that starcraft 2 is going to be released this year end/early 2009. not sure if its true tho they are so good with graphics.hope it comes out as the *best game of the year*.
  18. hmm, my opinion is that counterstrike is not a suitable game for cheats and also, its an easy game if you play with bots, but out in the world there are some real pros playing counterstirke.basicaly i really like this game. no offence>.< its just that to me, its boring. *killing and repeatedly killing and killing* dosent end until you close the game.

  21. what about windows 92 or lower? but we need to pay for the adwares/spywares to be detroyed.what about malware, whats that. you could also run the disk defragment on your computer right?by the way, does cookies slow computers down too?
  22. im not sure what is the cpu name i only remember its windows 92.i didnt know how i learn it too but most of the things where practical stuffs are involved, i just know how to do it but not really sure about what im doing.Well, at least i didnt make the computer crash :DP.S i got it when im four years old, its so fun playing with stuffs that you're not familiar with.
  23. ill spend time with my gf playing the whole time, take sleeping pills at the last 2 hours of my life and sleep till im dead then ill never know im dead
  24. my range of sleeping hours is very unbalanced,sleep if i feel like it or dont sleep at all.but when i sleep i sleep like a log until im satisfied. the range of hours i sleep are around +/- 1hr - 18 hrs.
  25. i mostly dont have dreams in my sleep too unless im really stressed out or tired, is this normal? i too feel that i get rather tired if i have no dreams. are there anyone who have no dreams in their sleep too?
