Posted Today, 12:40 AM Hello all. I'm very curious about something. When a song is played in reverse, (in certain songs) does a singer/rapper really incorporate subliminal messages? Or does it just sound like something is being said. For instance in Rihanna's song Disturbia when played in reverse, some argue that it sounds like she is saying " please release me, I'm dying in here". Others say that she says "let me go" WTF? Also Led Zeppelin's song stairway to heaven, supposedly he's sending satanic messages as well. And in one of Tupac's songs he's telling people that he is alive. Well...It really sounds like he says that, but then again I am not to sure. Do you think people read into it more than they should? Or do they really send us messages in music to play with our minds?

As someone that loves music I have to wonder sometimes of all this myself. Yes I have listen to Stairway to heaven. Myself? Nothing was there other than a bad beat. Now I do know for a fact though that when your in alot of stores the music that you hear playing will have something hidden in it telling you to buy this or buy that. As for Rihanna, and Tupac? No, and I will tell you why. For the lovely Miss Rihanna, She is on top of the charts with anything she does. Yes people will read into it, and think what they want or hear what they want. As for Tupac, much the same way. he had a lot of big time fans, and with him being gunned down the way he was. again people will hear what they wanna hear. It is the same with say Evis. After he died everyone was playing his music backwards, or at double speed just trying to hear that he was not dead or it was all a joke.

Yeah it can be done. But the question is who will write the addon or program to do that? The criteria to block such messages would also have to be decided. I get spam from people on my friends list when I jump on MSN so it could be either their machine has been taken over by a bot or that bot is imitating that user.

Well as said below you would need a white and black list. The one's say that are loaded onto your messenger would be in the white. keeper list.

In order to prevent from blocking legitimate links you may require both a white list and a black list. Attempting to block sites from just anyone that sends you an instant message is problematic. As much as it would be convenient to block a message that is spam without having it blacklisted first, it's not possible if you seek to allow your friends sending you links, like of YouTube videos. The white list would be to list users you trust to allow sending messages with links in them. The black list would be in case the user's account gets hijacked, which would at least prevent the user from sending you the same message with the same link over and over and over again, while allowing legitimate links. The script could also have a warning that informs the whitelisted person that they attempted to send a link that is blacklisted.

Yes a warning would be great. Say it give the sender a warning message, so if they are a real person they know not to send a link or a full link again.

Have you ever opened up your YIM,MSN or what ever messenger and been bombed by bots selling there sites? Yes you can set up your messengers to only accpet from persons on your list only I know. But has anyone ever thought or seen of comming up with a program that would block out someone that gives out a web address? I know something like this would be almost impossible to do, but think of it. Having a Adon for your messenger that would block out such junk as this. Why Yahoo,MSN and Google has not come up or even thought of this idea I do not know.

Seems like you're missing out on some things... especially asking us to judge how good a build is without telling us what it's for. I'm going to assume gaming.
You're missing RAM, hard drive(s), and whatnot. If you're going for gaming with no objection to price, aim for a motherboard that supports DDR3 instead of limiting yourself with DDR2. Then look to throwing even more money at DDR3 RAM pairs... as DDR3 isn't as cost-effective as DDR2 at the moment.

If you want to, you can throw even more money towards a sound card like something from Creative's X-Fi series.

From what you have at this point, it seems like a dream rig, considering that I haven't even heard of the 290 series... and I am somewhat on top of new technology. Give us more details!

I have to really agree, details man Details. What will you be using this build for, Gaming Editing or just surfing.

andything BUT capet. here are reasons why.1. it's a beep if you happen to spill anything on it.2. if you have a pet. well you can figure that out on your own.3. you have to have a vaccume, and have to deal with messy bags. Reasons for a Hard wood or laminate floor.1 a lot easier to keep clean. 2 the look is so much better.But there some draw backs to a hard floor too. If your home has a lot of traffic. the floor will become scuffed and scratched quicky then have to be replaced. and that is costly. So I can see why your fokes picked the carpet. Now a days everyone has to save a dollor anyway they can.

yea I saw on the weather channel that London had snow. so pretty. been trying to get with a friend from there to see if he took any photos. still havent heard a peepl

have used them both, can't stand both. but as for software goes? and if I had to pick one of the two to use. Northon only because they have been around the longest and have the best record.

Hello Every1

I am undergoing a trouble with my PC

I don't know whats wrong or which software did spoil the xp

 

I have a PPPoE internet connection and i use dialer software(KD-link or Lanroad) to connect.......

before 2 days it was working fine but now it is not when ever i connect to the net after 5-10 mins it disconnects giving the following error and it is with every dialer software i use........

 

the exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x5b86a3c0.

This error gives me 2 option

Ok to terminate

Cancel to debug

 

If i don't click any option the internet works for sometime but after that it disconnects

and if i click any of the option it disconnects immediately

 

 

Do any 1 of you know how to solve this problem.........

 

Any help would be appreciated and ya I used system mechanic to clean the errors but it did not help and i had a virus in my computer which was cleaned by NOD 32

So no luck this time for me from Xisto...........

 

By the way i found my self searching on google that this problem can not be solved as the registry is affected.......

 

And because of this the only way left to solve this is to reformat the computer...

Boy, 2009 looks exciting for Microsoft with Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8 looking to be released this year. Wonder if they will be launched together?

be willing to bet my last $ that they will be. why? think about it. why put IE 7 in the new a new OS when as soon as IE 8 would come out say a week or 2 later everyone will upgrade. Common sence tells you they will be together. But then again it's Microsoft. Just hope they have all the bugs worked out of the IE before they put it into Win 7 and turn it into a vista.

Well, it shouldn't be a real surprise. I dont think Disney is the only theme park that is losing in profits. I think smaller parks are getting hit more, like Seaworld or Bush Gardens.

Anyone see anything similar to this in your area? I live near Orlando, FL, so there are a lot of theme parks in the area. We've been seeing a drop in tourists.

well Disney has always been a roller coaster stock anyways really. If they have a hit show or star there high, if they dont they low. But with the way things are now yes I can see why there theme parks are going. Same with bush gradens, seaworld. And 6 flags here in new jersey was down from what I hear. But you have to remember this also. that was for the 1st quarter, of the fiscal year Oct Nov Dec and Jan. Generally slow months for any outdoor theme park Be it in Fla. Cali or even Japan. Willing to be you though of that 32% 16% was due to the time of year. the rest due to the state of the world and the bad Depression we are in. Yes I said Depression. never read or heard of a november 2010 WWIII myself, and all out nuke war would not distory the earth just mandkind I think. What I have head and read, is that the Earth will be distroyed.
