I don't know if I'm correct, since I use SMF, not IPB, but would you lose some of the MODs through the transition?I know a few forums that couldn't update because of this.

I am not of legal age to vote yet, but I would vote mostly Republican if I could. Here is why:There are way too many people sponging off the system. Many people know how to get unemployment when they aren't even looking for obs, and who are the people that pay that unemployment? Us, the taxpayers. I believe that if somebody really needs it to survive, and they are looking for work they should get it. But too many people are using it to support themselfs when they should be looking for work.Health care. Like the first one, there are too many people that would use it to their advantage. In Canada they pay high taxes, to subsidize the people who go to the hospital for small things. I know that if you get injured badly, you should go to the hospital, but there are a lot of people that would abuse the system.Current day-Iraq. Right now Obama is planning on pulling the troops out of Iraq the first chance he gets---bad idea. when we leave, Iraq will be in chaos (the UN won't do ANYTHING about it), and oil prices will skyrocket. Think $4 and $5 gasoline was bad, it will be even worse if Obama gets his way with Iraq.I consider myself a conservative on many issues, and a liberal on a few, but overall I support the Republican party.

I could really use a Photoshop like picture editor for my Mac. CS2 is the only one that works, and I don't have the mney for it. That's terrible that they have to close. I think what probably killed their chances of making it was the fact that not many people are spending money because of our crappy economy. Stores that sell expensive items (like Circuit City and Best Buy) are the first to get hit along with car dealerships and mortgage lenders.On the bright side, at least you can get some Christmas gifts for a lower price.

SEO- SMF doesn't have any MODs that help SEO, they say it is already optimized I don't believe them.The reason why I created it was the official Message Boards (there were two) closed down, one had 5,000 members (and you had to pay to join) and almost 500,000 posts. I'm trying to beat the odds, and be like that Message Board. The other one had about 100,000 posts.Another problem that I'm facing is MSN ranks me high, #1 (http://www.bing.com/search?q=disturbed+message+board&FORM=MSNH11&mkt=en-us)But Google doesn't rank me at all.I will look into SEO blogs. Wee the thing is I don't plan on getting many donations, so I probably wouldn't get enough money to pay for the hosting, just to drop in a little whenever somebody donates. to boost my account. What I'm going to do is have members donate to a paypal account, where the money will sit until I get $25, then I will drop it into my MyCENT.

I get these all the time from places that sell my spam email account to Nigerians. Just poke fun of them, pretend to scam them back (ex when they try to send you a money order say that you will send them one, and you want the difference in cash), but never tell them personal details! They most likely have a contact in your country! (US/UK mainly)

Duh. You never put your real info in there! Most of the time you have to but ADT security or Dish TV and they get the money from there. They figure it's free since you get security or tv, but you are actually paying for the iPod.

It is most likely because you are using the new system. Before, you would get the [Hosted] title when Shree or BuffaloHELP approved the application and you received hosting.
