Those others are even more threatening because they make viruses that spread through the internet and infect everyone - but they are untouchable (the crackers), it's very hard to arrest them. Maybe the law should try a bit more to catch those guys, and only after that to catch the ones that attack a certain are of the network. Actually, the best way is to make you own But I know it's really hard for beginners. About a year ago I wasn't able to make a decent web page, but I didn't use templates. I went with the ugly design, and improved it all the time. Yes, I did download templates, but only to learn more about web design. Just be patient and make what you can. You will anyhow need a lot of time to develop a good web site, so why not spend one year on web design? It's worth it, because if you perfect your skills you can charge it just like that.
