The process becomes very annoying very fast. I've researched cloning at length and have come to the conclusion it is not possible with simple inexpensive duplicators and software, at least not since the V1 chips were upgraded. Amazingly, if you agree to this and can afford to wait until 4:45 am on a Monday morning for the Comcast tech to show with the router, then you will be freed from constantly dropping the IP on your home network. Of course all they are doing is acting like bankers, brokers, and other liars who control the distribution chain. IOW Comcast is renting you a "netgear" router and on their end at the Server they note your account number is a "hn" -- instead of " " . Of course they could let everyone's router work by simply making this change but in their improved business model they have determined since they cannot prevent a user from providing Internet service to several home computers they will charge a monthly lease fee by making sure your installed router - linksys, or netgear, doesn't matter - will intermittently drop the Comcast IP. Nice Huh? Cox does not do this. Verizon does not do this. As far as I know only Comcast stoops so low. Any techie working for Comcast should be ashamed - just like the banks, the brokers and all the other liars it will come back on Comcast and the employees. ok let me start by saying that I do believe that stealing is wrong. However, large companies that are making thousands even millions of dollars still seem to be charging us the consumer out the wazoo. So if I know that my friend has a cd for example and I want it ill just burn it and boom I have it, no expense. now this isnt legal but its fast and I'm happy. same with torrents and here is the big one if I like what I get I can tell other people about it. I totally hear you. I hate my parents most of the time. My mom can be such a total *****, and she's always nagging me about one thing or another. Not to mention that she thinks I can't take care of myself or do anything right. My dad isn't around most of the time, and when he is, he doesn't seem to care what happens to me. I'm generally a good student, but that never seems to make my parents happy. They keep pressurizing me to do better, get higher grades, work harder - they're NEVER satisfied! I got a lead role in the school play and 100% in one of my subjects, but I never got a 'we're so proud of you' from them. My mom just yelled at me because she thought I could do better. I just never feel like I'm good enough or worthy of being their daughter. And they're always fighting. Of course, it has gotten better, and I don't have to spend my days sitting in my room with my iPod on while they scream at each other. I do love my parents, but there're days when I can't stand them. Like today.

They claim that a discount we recieved via shutterfly.Com enrolled us into a membership that charges us the $12.00 a month. We have an order from Shutterfly but no record of a membership to Reservation Rewards that mentions anything about charging us money. RESERVATION REWARDS is the shadowy hand of SHUTTERFLY and is how they SCAM you for money without it being directly associated with Shutterfly. Best solution...BOYCOTT SHUTTERFLY. They want to engage in poor business practice...Take your business somewhere else. There's plenty of other options on the web for printing your photos. NortonWhat Do You Think About Kaspersky Antivirus 2009?I;ve just installed Norton Internet Security 2009 and I must admit I'm impressed. I was never a fan of this software because it was always so slow and hogged system resources. that's why I started to use Nod 32 a couple of years ago with a separate firewall.. I then upgraded to the Eset Smart Security system and I was impressed by this although I did notice the odd trojan or backdoor would sneak past but thats where the firewall came in. I put it in interactive mode and then I was asked when a program wanted access to the internet or if the internet wanted access to a program on your PC. This I find is the only downside of Norton IS firewall component. I have also tried the Comodo security package (free) the last few days but I found the lack of antispam for your email a big minus. For speed I have to admit the guys at passmark are correct, this is the fastest security suite that I have ever seen. Here's a list of what I've tested the last few weeks. Norton IS 2009 - Great suite, fast, doesn't hog resources. The only thing is the interactivity of the firewall. The AV is superb and the antispam works a treat. Eset Smart Security- A close second. Is a little slower and I don't find the av to as effective as Norton. The firewall is excellent and the antispam also. Zone Alarm - The worst of the 3. Caused a lot of problems on my PC and it was removed again the same day. Avoid this one. For those of you that want free protection. I found that a great combo is Comodo Security Suite but because it doesnt have antispam I use Bullguard. I didn't get any complications and the 2 programs seemed to work well together. -reply by D Gourley
