too muchRunning, Jogging, Training Just a small heads up, running everyday is TOO much. Period. No if ands or buts. In fact doing a an exercise routine everyday is just a bad idea all around. At 14, this might seem easy, but the older you get the more rest you are going to need. Also you should get into a good routine now, so that you don't over do it and wreck yourself for later in life. Advising people that the only way to stay fit is by jogging 2km at day bla, blah, balh is pretty irresponsible and I sincerely hope that you learn a little more before trying to inform people of good exercise habits. First off, you must take into consideration how fit you (or the person you are giving advise to)are to start with, what activities they enjoy or currently do and what level of fitness they want to get to. Then plan an exercise schedule around that person. I have worked with lots of folks who stay fit and have a good exercise routine without a single run. According to your opinion that would mean they couldn't possibly be fit. Other good cardio activities include things like cycling, swimming, even ashtanga or bikram yoga and Pilate's will give you a good cardio burn. Dance classes too. The person asking the original question is actualy doing quite a lot already. Playing football twice a week plus a twice a week run leaves you with only one more day of exercise and the correct number of rest days to let your muscles and joints recover. If anything, he (she?) should add in a weight training session or two before adding in more running.

Over hamachi network and it is working 100% with no proablems, but before to achieve the above "statament" (I mean working 100%) I've tested aprox. 7 days to find out whay it wont't work in the first place ... so I have one ruter from my ISP: Speedouch 615v6 with one lan out and a router DIR-100 who give net to my 2 pc on my lan net. Ok. So if I want that my age 2 C. To work I put my pc directly on my speedtouch router and age works 100% after I opened the ports needed for aoe 2 and that are: 2300 to 2400 and 47624 to 47624 TCP and UDP. I've made all but all possible combination on my second ruter dir-100 from D-Link and nor was working. I modifyed port forwarding on my router DIR-100, aplication ..., I put my pc on DMZ zone, I 've erase all the firewall rules and then put only my pc ip on DMZ .. Nothing could make it work right. (in these steps it let me to make the game others could see me .. But if my friends make the game I can't even se de game on lan PCT/IP ); and in the last try I've disable de firewall .. (but as I see on DLINK web site the firewall will never be disable 100 %). So I need now a switch to put my pc only on my ISP router ! and only on my ADSL SpeedTouch router I can see the other game and I can make the game and others can connect to it without the error "Could not connect" ! We bought a netgear WGR614v9 model and installed it using the setup assistant. However, after we have reached the activate the network, we couldnt seem to proceed to secure network. There are also times when I would be able to connect to internet using the router but when I try to set up again, I lost the internet connection. After several attempts, I was able to connect to the internet using the ethernet cable. How would I set up the wireless internet? Is there a procedure I need to follow or do? But Terry (my boyfriend) has stuck with me through so very much! and for that I am grateful and appreciative. He could have easily left me a long time ago and been like "wow this girl is too much" but no, he never did...He continued 2 stick by my side. This proves to me he loves me unconditionally..He loves me alot! . Terry is the very first and only boy I have had sex with and so I have a very intimate and close bond with him. But in the past I let my depression take control of me when really, I should have been the one to take control...I acted irrational, insecure, selfish and also needy/desperate (which I know is stupid and unnatractive). And well theres only so much a person can deal with till they have had enough. And enough was deffinately enough for him and well I sourta don't blame him for being fed up. He was always so busy tryna help me with my problems that he forgot about his own. He felt alot of pressure and stress from me . I would get mad and start arguing over stupid pitty stuff or assume stuff that wasn't even really true. Ex: "you don't even care about me! if you did u wouldn't hurt me". And alot of the time would say stuff I didn't mean and just said it out of anger.I have alot of regret for the stupid irrational ways I acted and things I said..And I hate myself for it. The day came when Terry told me he wants a good break from me..He said we should go a break so I can work on me and getting better and so he can do him and take care himself. I was devastated and hurt also confused. I would continue to cry and beg for him not to do this..He said its something that needs to be done. He said he still loves me to death and is still here for me and is not trying to find another girl or be with another. He just needed to get himself together (he is 17) and find out who he is..And also he said he still wants me in his life and would like a future with me, but right know he cant. He can't handle the stress and problems of being in a relationship at the time and needs time alone..To gather his thoughts and to just do him for a change. It has been a month and a couple weeks now since we have been on this break and his grades have improved 2 all A's, he has a job, and is spending more time with his family. He calls every now and than and sometimes even stops by. I get soo happy 2 hear from him and it feels so good to be in his arms again and for him to just be in my presence! he seems happy as well. But he fears that I am going to act up the ways I have before yelling, crying and chasing after him and being angry. I have told him many times I will not and have changed..He says yeah I might have changed but he doesnt want to risk finding out and things ending up being the same problems..This is why he only comes around sometimes..Every once in a while.I get upset at him for bringing up the past because its pretty much full of alot of negative things..I wish he could just forget and 4give. We have had sex like twice during our break..But he said it wouldn't change anything and that he doesnt want me to feel like he is just using me. So he told me he isnt going to have sex with me anymore because he doesn't want me to get upset and hurt. He really cares about me and says there is so much more to a relationship than just sex. When I see him he seems emotional like his eyes get teary like he can cry..But he doesn't really say whats on his mind all the way..He seems happy but sad in some kind of way..And well I can't read his mind so this makes me upset . When we talk on the phone I end up bringing up how I do not want to be on a break and I miss him so much and it has been too long and I'm tired of hurting. And he says he is sticking to what he has said..I get upset, start to cry and get angry..Than he ends up getting upset and gets off the phone. Which makes me cry..Cause he says he doesn't want me to say the things I have already said over again and doesn't want it to lead to an argument so he gets off the phone. He say's I will talk to you later, love u bri by. And click. He hangs up. I havent said bye yet cause I'm shocked and hurt how when I am not ready to get off the phone or when I am in the middle of talking he interupts and says he has to get off and will talk to me later. He says I already told you what I'm doing and how I feel so why do you keep asking and bringing stuff up?. When he hangs up I start to cry and become full of anger. It feels like he is ignoring me or doesn't care..But really I know he cares. He must be pretty strong. Because I was and could be an emotional wreck cause of this break.I am proud of Terry for being strong and doing well with his time 2 himself..Heis doing alot of positive Although I miss him like crazy..I know for certain he isnt doing this 2 find some1 new or to be with some1 else and he has reasured me many times thats not the case..He is doing this for his future and in order to take care of me..In order to take care of some1 else you must learn to take care of yourself.
