I see this is old but wondered if any one knew how I can make a table in a database as that seems to be the only thing I cant do so far ...Iv done it once several months ago on a free test server but now I have VPS server to upload to I have forgotten how I did it

This is why a black background is optimal for causing the least amount of damage, you want to reduce the overall amount of light being directly emitted into your eyes. Animals are doing nothing harmful to us, but people who is doing bad things to them, should be punished. In real football the toughest sport you can have a helmet parylize, break a knee cap, any place that isnt covered up by pads can be crushed by the same so called protection. I cant stand one to two hours of homework a day! its stupid and it just stresses me out not to mention I have hockey practice after or during my homework time, even if I work my *bottom* of in class I still go to hockey and don't finish my homework and if I do after hockey I stay up to late to get a good nights sleep. Sometimes I have to wake up for volleyball practice at my school at seven o'clock in the morning and I finish my homework the day before at midnight, I don't get much sleep and then I'm tired the next day. My thinking is, the people were barbarians, and they were ignorant of keeping their bodies clean, and using a toilet.
