VR GamingThe Future Of MmorpgsI think that VR gaming would be really great. I think the no pain thing is kinda retarded though. I think it should be like 1/2 prince, where you feel like 30% of the pain. That would be pretty neat, I'm anxious to see if any of the major gaming companies might start considering making virtual MMORPGs, it would be a huge fad. May 2010 I have personally been playing both games on and off for about 5 years or so. 1. Stop attacking the graphics of RuneScape. If you have played recently, or even visited the homepage of RuneScape, you would have realized that it is improved by leaps and bounds. 2. RuneScape is 3D, MapleStory is 2D. 3. RuneScape updates a few times weekly, whereas MapleStory updates only once a month. 4. RuneScape is an online game, mind you. On the otherhand, MapleStory is one where you would have to download and install. You can play RuneScape on any computer on the go, but if you were at a friend's party or something similar, you wouldn't be able to play MapleStory. 5. RuneScape's membership is really worth it. $5 a month(quests, skills, items - really extensive), compared to the main 'cash-sink' of MapleStory the A-Cash store, where you spend $10 on items only. 6. RuneScape does have 2x experience too. 7. RuneScape can also be played in fullscreen. 8. During my time with both games, I have found the RuneScape community to be generally more mature, helpful and constructive compared to the ones on MapleStory. The bottom line: Depends on personal preference. If you enjoy 2D gameplay that is updated once a month, go for MapleStory. If you look forward to 3D graphics, frequent updates, and an open community, go for RuneScape. Either ways, just don't get too addicted.

Good post VB.NET: Switch Regional Language Automatically First - respect for this great post - it addresses an issue that is quite complex as well as providing a logical solution for a quirky problem I was having with the language setting switching when I wasn't expecting the keyboard switch. Apparently in my case I was inadvertently hitting Alt-shift sometimes and causing the language to shift out of the one I wanted to be using - sometimes frustrating the hell out of me as I was entering a password and not realizing the keyboard language shift had happened!! Anyway, I went back into regional settings and took the check-marks off from the key-sequence setting for switching and now only switch with the mouse. I will come back to this page when the more complicated problem of multilingual data entry becomes a need in the future! I checked the inside of the case and everything seemed mostly fine, but like someone else mentioned before it seems to boot-up and then reboot while in the middle of booting-up and when it doesn't do that the image on the screen is distorted in so many ways it would be too hard to fully explain. From reading this forum I get it might be the video card, though like another person before me it did at one point said something about a disk error. I checked inside the case to see if I could spot anything wron, but didn't it. I need some tips, I could try reformat and have it reinstall any possible missing drivers/devices but I kind of want to se if it can be fixed without resorting to that. Tip appreciated.
