If u're using WindowsXP, you can go to control panel -> Regional/Language Options, and in the Advanced tab, modify the ununicode-application's language will work.

I started out on 56k and then progressed to 650k then back down to 150k because it was only for 2 months then up to 750k because i got x-box Live 8) Which makes me very happy. Halo2 and ProEv4 are my Live Enabled games if you're wondering.There is no contest between Dial up and Broadband. i would cry for days if i had to put up with a 56k connection again. :roll:

Try Knoppix, you can burn the image to a disk and boot off of it (similiar to booting off of a floppy). This way you can test/try Linux, and see if you like it without any big hassle.
