I have gone through an ebook titled "Happy About LinkedIn For Recruiting". I think it was worth a read, I liked the way it explores the different dimensions of recruiting with the online networking tool LinkedIn and presents it as a very interesting way. Has someone here read the book? I would like someone to share with me their thoughts, if not, you can fetch a copy from here: http://www.happyabout.com/linkedin4recruiting.php

It would be greatly appreciated if you were to use real words and drop the digits from your posts. I am a man and can't do Math and English at the same time. Thanks for your co-operation.

Oh wow, sounds pretty exciting. July 29th? Oh, that is soon! Can't wait to check it out. I'm not too fond of those games, I mean, really there are just millons of them and almost all of them are the same. And almost all of them have lousy graphics However I do play a few just because I've met a lot of great people there and we have a lot of fun arranging wars. Usually it's all about killing. Fantasy, space, mafia world - that's the most common themes I think. It gets boring, does someone know something different than that?

Blog Comments Anyone who runs a blog would love to see the blog posts flooded with comments, but at the same time there is a hidden risk. I found this long thread in WMW forum quite interesting. How does it occur? If you are new to blogging you may wonder why at times your blog posts are flooded with irrelevant comments. This is a live case which requires a citation. A new user had employed automated blog comments posting software to increase his link popularity. He managed to get as many as 3000 links within a span of just three months. His website was within the first five in Google SERPs prior to spamming. Google Ban for Comments Spamming: But soon he discovered that he has lost his position in Google as that site was banned for blog comments spamming. As reported by different experts, Google has NEVER condoned automated blog comment posting (spamming),so, that website is more likely to find no place in Google index anymore. Hidden risks for your blog: This is one side of the story in which the website was banned for comments spamming. And that is, beyond any urguement, the most deserving judjement those spammers can expect. But there is another side of this story. Your blog may even be penalised for indulging in such offence. Blog Spamming Detection: Anyone who runs a blog should well be familiar with the comments submitted by the automated softwares, they usually look like "nice..i found this link in my RSS", or "nice website". I have seen another way of comments spamming, and that is, these spammers will quote a part of the content of that post. Such spamming is difficult to detect as you can think that someone has made a genuine comments about your posts. However, in most of the cases, you can easily identify those comments because those are mostly irrelevant to the content of your post. For a new blogger, at times it becomes difficult to mercylessly delete comments that praise the blog. But one must take extreme care while moderating comments. WordPress Blog Software has an excellent tool for comments moderation. By employing that you can easily detect most of the spammy comments. And, if you are desparately tring to increase link popularity for your website, there are better ways of doing it than to employ a spammy software to do the tasks for you. I think it is better to rely on organic growth of your link popularity, it works in the long run. SearchEngineJournal.com Regards, Sid

Is Your Internet Speed Good Enough Vs. Cost ?
iGuest replied to Cookiemonster1405241499's topic in Websites and Web Designing
China, unfortunately. And, it is! Everything is really cheap here! You all should pay me a visit -
I think I spend....around 10 hours daily. Oh wait. 10 hours at daytime, and around 3-4 hours at night(or early morning)So, I spend half of my day online. Yes, I'm addicted. Sometimes I can't sleep at night thinking of a new script that I can't get working or thinking about a new design for my website. Hmmm....may sound like I'm a lonely and very unhappy person, but amazing, I still have a life. A good one actually=)One of the reasons why I spend so many hours online is that my favourite person is very far away from me right now, and the net keeps us closer.

Who Is Your Favourite Free Host? whats your fav free host?
iGuest replied to teartrack_sos's topic in General Discussion
I've only tried freewebs. It is good for those who have no html knowledge but still willing to have a website. Grrr...but those ads are annoying and if you take the website thing seriously, you definitely shouldnt go there. However, it is obvious that Xisto is the best one among all others at the moment. And, the best thing about asta is that I can actually view the sites. Since we moved and most of the free-hosting sites never show up on my computer it got really hard to find the right host.In other words - Xisto RULES! -

I need to get online daily and check everything. Other than that... - Online games - Forums - Music - Photoshop - Tutorials - MSN - News (I dont watch TV) - DeviantArt and LivejournalAnd when I get very-very bored, I read books. -

$15/month for 100.0 MbpsHell knows if it's cheap or not. -
Goblet of Fire was rather dissapointing:(I've read all of the books and I've really enjoyed reading them, however I'm not into whole harry potter thing. I don't think the movies are excellent, the leading actor freaks me out(ewww). And I don't like the fact that all of the movies were filmed by different directors. Anyway, I think that the best one was Prisoner of Azkaban - death eaters are hawt!

I have read all the tutorials, listened to countless advice about creating a webpage, tried to understand the very difficult alien language of HTML, tried everything for twenty-four hours and still I cannot make a webpage. I figure creating a real webpage is one of the hardest of things to do, this is why so many people go to the atrocious made easy myspace.com or pay other people to make a website for them. Seriously speaking, not to criticize anyone, but I find making a website the most frustating task I have ever had to undertake. I feel like I need to take up a one to two year course just to make a webpage. When I heard about how Xisto was the best webhost, I was astonished, they sure do have the best resources, but for a noob like me using those resources to create anything has become mission impossible.

You have there a very great article. As the technology advances humanity will come to rely on machines more and more.

Does any one also think harry potters dumb?? huh??
iGuest replied to iGuest's topic in General Discussion
To be perfectly honest, I believe the target age range for Harry Potter is actually five to seven. The Harry Potter novels have a very weak exaggerated nonsensical story; even for fiction it seems absolutely ludicrous. It is impossible to take it seriously when Harry Potter goes to a school where the most powerful wizards are teachers and every time there is evil afoot, the powerful wizards cannot do squat and the students who know almost nothing about magic somehow always save the day. Children are better off reading the Chronicles of Narnia than Harry Potter. -
The e-mail you posted is very interesting. It is quite simple yet complicated. I very much like the messages that it gives. It seems to have the potential for a great philosophy for humans to live their lives by. Thanks.

Since you just finished playing Fable: The Lost Chapters, I'll try to recommend only one new package for you to play.If you really want to get into role-playing video games I recommend you start with the classics. I do not know if you will like Final Fantasy Chronicles because the graphics are dated and it has turn based fighting instead of real time fighting, but almost every role-playing video gamer has played and loved Final Fantasy Chronicles. Final Fantasy Chronicles brings two classic RPGs, Final Fantasy 4 and Chrono Trigger, hardcore role-playing video gamers often consider either Final Fantasy 4 or Chrono Trigger to be the best role-playing video games of all time. Each of these video games will take around forty hours or more to complete.

Personally, I believe outer space has gotten way too much attention. Much of the Earth is still unexplored with new species being discovered every day and sightings of unknown creatures worldwide are still occurring. Further humanity has failed to protect the Earth, the rainforests are being destroyed, pollution is everywhere, global warming is rampant, temperatures are on the rise, humanity is on the brink of causing its own extinction, and several people want to go into outer space. I mean it is absolutely ridiculous to be so focused on space exploration. If humans cannot even live or take care of their familiar environment Earth, they are not going to be able to live and take care of a strange harsh environment. Humanity still has not been able to solve the myriad of problems they have created, found a way to settle their petty conflicts bringing about world peace, to end world hunger and poverty, to have civil rights for all, to put a stop to crime, to end disease and more. Space exploration needs to be cut down. Once humanity finally grows up, solves the problems facing the Earth, and decides to end their aggressive tendencies then humanity may begin to explore space united, but until then space exploration seems to be a waste of resources that can only contribute to the problems facing humanity.

Recently, graphic novels have begun to become more widespread. They are even becoming accepted as something of the norm. Time magazine listed the graphic novel Watchmen on their list of "100 best novels from 1923 to present." Obviously, like novels not all graphic novels should be accepted as great literary works; however there are some graphic novels that have vast merit and grand educational value. Is it time for some graphic novels to be put alongside such classic literature as Siddhartha and Jane Eyre in the English classroom?

Have you ever seen a movie that really made you think profoundly? This being the type of movie whose visuals are wondrous and you never get tired of seeing it. Whose music uplifts you. A movie so incredible that you became fixated on it the first you watched it. So much did it effect you that afterwards all you would think about is that movie and what is the meaning of the movie that you saw.

Chinese Student Jailed 10 Years For A Website
iGuest replied to marretas's topic in Websites and Web Designing
If you all lived in China you would understand why the guy got 10 years. But I'm absolutely sure that there're billions of other illigal porn sites in China. Though I don't think that the news is true(?) I heard nothing about it on TV.One thing that really pisses me off, is that in China, you cannot view free sites such as freewebs, geocities and free blogging sites such as createblog, blogger etc. I understand the reason why, but it still just freaks me out. -
This is the first Tomb Raider video game I have played. I played this video game not expecting much from it. However, once I started playing it, it fully astonished me. The graphics of the video game are amazing; they really draw you in and make you feel small in a large beautiful world. The landscapes are incredible tapestries come to life. Lara Croft?s movements are very realistic, fluid and unbelievably gorgeous. She moves and looks like a real athletic woman. The story is one of the best I have ever seen in a video game. Complex and engaging with various twists, turns and discoveries. The music of the video game is very stirring, rhythmic and divine. The bosses in the game are some of the most unique I have ever faced. I especially could not get enough of the final boss. The difficulty of the game in normal is not much of a challenge but in hard the video game excells.

The game is fun! Been playing it for around 5-6 months now. It takes time to get used to everything, and the real fun begins when you join a decent family and kill kill kill.

Great story, that is truly amazing. You have my sincerest thanks.
