i forgot password wireless modem linksys befw11s4 Linksys Befw11s4 Wireless Router Issue Hi: I just got a new laptop and I want to get on the internet via my wireless modem (Linksys BEFW11S4). However, I cannot remember or find the password. How can I reset the password? I have heard I can hold down the red button on the back for 40 seconds and then give it a new passwird. OK, I can do that, but how do I give it a new password?? Thanks for you help! I don't know a lot about this stuff. -question by Hollywood

Ok for one you NEVER want to clone your mac. Useless unless you have a "sticky IP" dynamic and static ip's are always subject to change. When your IP changes the router is stuck to the clone without option to refresh. I am not that familiar with DSL junk because its just too slow. However I do know that AT&T was requiring a purchase of there routers at one time and no other would work in this area. You can request for a few extra dollars a month a "sticky IP" from your ISP then your good for cloning the mac. Now the basic deal is the router needs to assume the DNS IP of your modem. If it does not assume the IP the ISP server or CMTS will reject its ping. You can try powering down both the modem and the router then power up the modem let it sync up. Then while they are connected power up the router. Try connectivity if none keep rebooting the router at least 3 more times trying to connect. If no success call your ISP or router manufacture for further support.-reply by cabletech

What Game Like Gran Turismo For Pc I've been playing GT4 for a while now. I did about 23% when I first got it and quit playing it for about 3 years until here recently. I guess I kinda got burnt out on it after spending so much time on GT3 to get 100%. Anyway, Gran Turismo is by far my favorite racing sim game ever. I too have looked for other alternative games for PC because I have a nice Logitech MOMO wheel for PC. I initially got that wheel for the Nascar Racing games by Papyrus(Yet another AWESOME sim game that no one has come close to). Some of you may remember, but the last game released by Papyrus was Nascar Racing 2003. Go look for that game now and you'll find that people are selling it for well over $100. There are some die-hard Nascar sim fans out there that spend their weekends racing in their own online leagues. If someone would make a game like Gran Turismo, with all the cars, all the tracks, and all the upgrades for PC where online play was much easier, I know that they would definitely have my $50 for their game. I've tried games like GTR and fFactor but the game content just isn't there. GTR does have the best driving physics that I've seen so far. If I knew how to program it, I'd do it myself. -reply by John

I currently use Freewebs, and it's rather nice. I switched to HTML Only Mode, and the number of options has grown quite a bit. By downgrading, you can easily make your own layouts and such.Freewebs is especially nice for beginners with little to no knowledge of HTML. The templates they have are quite customizable (changing to logos in some replaces the main banner and certain templates are CSS-customizable)The small bandwidth/space doesn't matter if you use Photobucket in conjuntion. hardrive questions Adding More IDE Ports In Computer I have multiple hardrives I have collected. I want to put them all in the same case so to speak, I've seen 8bay hardrive usb enclosures, & it doesn't look all that hard to build one. But the problem I thinking of is the bridgeboard. I can build a custom case & add the approiate power supply, but the hd enclosure case I'm using as a model to build from, I can't see how the board is built, I know it goes from the hardrive, to a board then converts to usb, & then the usb plugs into your computer. The one I saw is @ cyberguys.Com. I know it has 4 ide cables plugged into this board, it also had other pictures to see more than just 1 pic, but it doesn't say who makes it. I want to built a custom board to handle as many hardrives I want, I know I have more than 8 hd's, so if any body can give me the 411 on where to search on how one looks like (the bridge board), or where I might be able to buy one so I can try & custom build a board myself, all help will appreciated. Windows XP "Remembered" passwords Where Does Windows Xp Store Its Passwords ? Using Norton Password Manager, I can delete 'remembered" passwords used for websites, programs, etc. How can I un-remember a password "remembered" by XP? Often when I go to a new website that requires a password, Norton Pass/mgr pops up and asks if I want it to remember the password I just entered. Sometimes XP or Internet Explorer, not sure which has its own popup asking the same thing. Operation system not found -- Tryed alot of stuff Operating System Not Found Yea I was trying to activate my windows when I found a XP Activator I DLed it passed 3 diff kinds of virus detects and I opened the file putting me in to reboot my comp which when I did I had to reformat it. I put my xp disc in and installed windows xp...Problem is It re loops the setup screen on the disk if I leave it in But if I remove it All it says is [- Operation System Not Found -] How can I fix, would really appreciate it a lot!
